Any one available to escrow for my client?

This is an outdated list, check this one instead: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.0

Try to see if one of them is online and P.M him (make sure to read the ANN thread first).

Not sure about the desktop wallet, but for the android version, that's not possible yet:

Code:
This script does not produce reproducible output(yet!). Please help us remedy this.

EDIT: I've checked walletscrutiny and apparently, they didn't get a match after trying to compile it either.

I'm looking to get 300$ PayPal (1:1 preev rates). I prefer doing the whole amount with one person but if not possible, I can do 100$ (or above) deals.

Only dealing with trusted members. P.M me or post below.

Not in a hurry but thanks for sharing this site. I hope it also does not require the KYC ?

It doesn't. Think of it as a copy of Paxful/Localbitcoins where KYC is not required and you have full control over your funds (you can export the private keys).
3729  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Disposable phone number in the U.S. paid with Bitcoin on: December 22, 2019, 02:09:20 PM
To answer your question. You can get a disposable phone number with http://textita.com

If you are advertising your service here, you should at least accept bitcoin as a payment method. If you want to accept bitcoin + other methods as well, you should take a look at PaymentWall.

Also by reading your website, it seems like you have two products? SIM hosting (which allows you both send/receive) and a disposable phone number that can only be used for verifications (receiving). Only the latter has a checkout page?
3730  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why? on: December 22, 2019, 09:24:51 AM
Sure! I'm aware that a cryptowallet is a storage first of all. Nevertheless, I sometimes need to buy some small amounts via wallet, so I don't really see the point in using cryptoexchanges for that.

You have both Coinomi and Exodus (Multi-platform) with a built-in exchange (ShapeShift/Changelly) but neither of them is open source so I wouldn't suggest them for storing large amounts.
3731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How do I get my on chain Bitcoin into lightning wallet on: December 21, 2019, 04:07:24 PM
Another (more simple) way is to use Bluewallet.

1. Send funds to your on-chain wallet.
2. Open your LN wallet ==> "Manage funds" ==> "Refill".
3. You're good to go.

3733  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what is mean 1, 2 confirmation in bitcoin transaction. on: December 20, 2019, 06:18:12 PM
When you send Bitcoin to someone, your Bitcoin transaction enters the Bitcoin network as an unconfirmed transaction. The transaction pool is created with some more unconfirmed transactions. Miners create a new block with some unconfirmed transactions from the transaction pool and try to place this new block in its intended place on the blockchain.

Suppose, if the new block number is 100, then the miners start looking for the number 99 block. When they were found, they placed the new 100 number block next to the 99 number block. When this new block sits at its intended location on the blockchain, all the transactions on that block receive 1 confirmation. After that, if a new block sits again, the transactions in the previous block will receive 2 confirmations. In this way, the more the blocks sit, the confirmation will increase.

I mean:
1 block means = 1 confirmation
1 block + 1 block = 2 confirmation
1block + 1 block + 1 block = 3 confirmation

6 confirmation is standard. Most wallets want six confirmation.

That means the more blocks and confirmation I received then my transaction will be, the more safer?

Yes. Read this for a better understanding: https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/8360/how-many-confirmations-do-i-need-to-ensure-a-transaction-is-successful
3734  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to cash out btc from online work without kyc crap and fees as good as... on: December 20, 2019, 05:58:48 PM
Centralized payment processors like BitPay would've worked but since you're dealing with the adult/porn industry, that won't help as its against their TOS.

1. Use BTCPayServer to accept payments. (third party hosting if you don't have any technical knowledge).
2. If you are from Europe, sell your BTC using SEPA at Bitonic (no KYC required). If from elsewhere, then I would suggest using PayPal or Skrill and trade on the forums. There are many long-term suppliers that you will have nothing but smooth transactions with them.

Paybis

3738  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services on: December 20, 2019, 07:25:17 AM
An escrow won't be of too much help here since PayPal is reversible. It only helps if neither of the buyer/seller want to go first but there will still be a risk of a chargeback afterwards.

It might make sense from the buyer's side, but there is also no reason for the seller to agree to that since the risks are known.
3739  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / OmniTrezor (USDT support) on: December 19, 2019, 01:42:46 PM
I didn't find any mention about OmniTrezor around the forums, so I thought about sharing it with you guys.

The wallet allow you to spend/receive USDT or any other omni-based coin stored in your Trezor device. It's open source and also listed in Trezor's coins list so it should be safe to use.
3740  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto exchanges comparison [trade fee + listing fee + age + mobile app + more!] on: December 18, 2019, 05:27:30 PM
Thank you for creating this topic.
I was looking for something like this.

I see that Coinmarketcap website added a bunch of new unknown exchanges,
and they are reported as having largest volume! I think this info is false and I don't trust CMC at all.
Maybe there is some legit exchange in this list:
https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

Most of these exchanges on the pic you're showing have scam accusations on the forums. I do agree that CMC should do a better work (maybe more requirements to get listed there) but IMO it's the user's responsability to do research about the platform he's trading on, you should not assume that a coin/exchange is reliable just because it's listed there.
