It is because for some reason that efficacy is lowering overtime and there were those countries that got their vaccines contaminated. There are also talks about taking the booster shots after several months because of that issue. Although some countries got their people 80% vaccinated and that means herd immunity, some issues were raised that didn't do good for the countries that have issues through manufacturing of those vaccines. I'm not afraid of the vaccine and I do recognize how effective it is as I've seen in those countries like Israel but it's not the same as other countries that has been reported but hopefully, most of those issues will be cleared and there will be a confidence with vaccines in most parts of the world.
