3721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UFC fighters will get their bonus pay by Bitcoin on: April 12, 2022, 11:02:36 AM
The standard for every fight will be high from now on because of this reward, and we have seen it in the recent UFC events, fighters should be educated on the potential of Bitcoin and how the price will zoom up because of its deflationary nature, so they will be inspired to win to get that Bitcoin bonus if other organizations see how motivated the athletes if they get Bitcoin as a bonus they will follow UFC and Crypto.com leads.

The time will come when NBA and boxing organizations will also adopt Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency or even players request that their bonus or part of their salary should be in Cryptocurrency, the future is bright for Cryptocurrency in the world of sports.

3722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sports betting sites that return your money when you lose. on: April 12, 2022, 02:15:44 AM
Yup. Just like what the title says. I have recently been recommended or referred (since it was a referral link that got me to register) by a friend of a friend into an online sports betting site. Being new to such things, I thought I should ask opinions from veterans here whether such things do exist or not. Although that friend claims that he had already made huge amount of cash from this site, I am still pretty skeptical and haven't topped up yet. But I gotta admit it is pretty fun and appealing to me, just wanna make sure before I put some money into it.
I would really appreciate some online gambling veteran insight Smiley)

Edit: this is the website - lmb.cc
The site is unclear it's not clickable, the domain is unsafe according to one article

Quote
Are .cc sites safe?
It should be noted that Google has dropped the . co.cc domain from its search index, which will prevent many users from getting infected, but this will not stop systems that are using . cc domain names from attacking enterprise networks. Security experts have suggested dropping all

https://www.techtarget.com/searchsecurity/answer/Does-cc-domain-malware-demand-domain-blocking

It's not recommended for a casino to link their casino to a .CC domain and if it's true that they are returning your money when you lose, how can they sustain and how about when you win, will they allow you to withdraw any project that offers you unbelivable offers are dubious, and have hidden agenda.
3723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Token Based Casino In Market Aggregator on: April 11, 2022, 12:12:35 PM
Fun token is the only casino based token that ranks high among the token-based casino right now it now ranks

Fun Token Rank #349

but new casinos with their own token are coming up like Betfury's BFG and Owl.game OWLDAO and many more coming is there a possibility of a breakthrough like Fun Token or other casino based token breaking into the top 100 will start a new trend in the casino industry, every casino will create their own token and will we have Token Based Casino section like NFT and Metaverse in Coinmarketcap or Coingecko.
3724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: April 09, 2022, 11:38:57 PM

Quite surprised to see consecutive high roller of above 20BTC on a single wager. Have any of you come across such big wagers in real-time. Came across this while spending time watching the high rollers on the bets tab. Have anyone came across such big bets, and I don't whether this player have managed to make a win or not. Shocked

I have seen it many times on top casinos and you can see these stats on top casinos in the industry, they have no worry about betting a huge amount because they are playing in fully compliant and well-established casinos.

I have suspicious of a newly opened casino or casinos or casinos with a lot of bad reports showing huge stats or bets this is just to entice people that they have high rollers that can bet huge amounts, high rollers know where to play, they are also thinking of doubling their bets.

3725  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitAddax - **New Crypto Prediction Gaming Launch** on: April 09, 2022, 11:03:28 PM
Obviously, OP did not do research before posting here did not roam, and checked other casino threads to get an idea of what is needed to promote a casino here they just posted here thinking that it's one of those forums that they've posted before.

They are not aware of the copper account or a well-designed announcement to maximize their promotion here in Bitcointalk until everyone here is recommending these to them, looking forward to seeing you wearing a copper account and hiring a thread designer, you need to be competitive here or the other casinos will just eat you up.
3726  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another New Rule On Gambling Adverts Ban Celebrities and Sports Stars on: April 09, 2022, 10:43:09 PM
This law only restrict a certain country which is UK, right?
So technically other celebrities are still free to advertise especially the current news about Drake who advertised Stake. The headline should be change and limited only to UK, this can prevent confusion. Though the idea is great, those celebrities has a lot of young supporter and preventing them from advertising gambling can be a big help, if its not allowed they have to obey the law to avoid any problem.

Yes, it is only for UK residents but since this is another law that will help curb gambling among the youth, it can be adopted by other countries if the law is proven to be successful in lowering juvenile gambling.
And yes it is a loss to athletes and celebrities with proven appeal to the youth but all athletes and celebrities have young followers how can they decide if the athletes or celebrities are not appealing to the youth, even a 60 years old chess champion has young followers, they have to set up criteria and lists for references.
3727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My biggest crypto regret on: April 09, 2022, 10:28:20 PM
If I am given a chance to go back to 2020 I would hold my ETH very tight and never let go, when covid was hitting the world at its best I thought it over and I sold 24 ETH which I bought at 120$ each, I never knew I was so damn lucky to buy at that price, learn to hold tight if you believe in a project, there are countless of projects in past years that are way bigger in value right now.

Why 2020 why not 2010 when Bitcoin is just making headlines, we all have this kind of wish even Hodlers and long time investors
but even a coin have all the signs of a potential we still sell them for early profit not taking a chance to HODL longer it is because of the volatility of the market, coins are vulnerable to crash dumps and pumps it's hard to make a decision when you on this roller coaster ride.
There is no need to regret it, all coins which have proven themselves in the market can still go down and it's an open opportunity for us to take, and always look for a new coin to invest in with future potential in the market.
3728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: April 09, 2022, 09:54:58 PM
Ok so much for the GGG is way past his prime argument, he has proven again that age is just numbers in this fight.

Although he has struggled in the beginning, but once he has into his grove, and rhythm you can see the old version of himself. Now, it's Canelo's turn to beat Bivol and set up that trilogy fight in September which is going to be the biggest for this year in terms of money and hype.

Murata is good in the early rounds, he is the more aggressive one I thought GGG will have a long night in that will be the pace but it turns out Golovkin will be better as the fight progresses as Murata gassed out in the later rounds.

I think age is showing up on Golovkin's performance his strong chin and the ability to take punches are proven in that fight the Canelo fight will now seal his legacy as he is getting older I have this feeling that the Canelo fight will be his last fight.
3729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in early stage projects is the most rewarding way? on: April 09, 2022, 03:44:30 PM
Investing in early stage projects during their Initial DEX Offering launch is the most rewarding way?

The early stage of a project is the hardest part for investors because you will have to commit your funds and time to the project
it takes years for a project to fully take off, it's rough and hard along the way, you have to check from time to time how the project is going, are the developers committed to the team, is the platform will be embraced by the community and can they keep up with time.
I have seen so many projects dying because they cannot keep up with the time and the needs of the community, their platform becomes obsolete.
3730  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which would be better ? on: April 09, 2022, 03:16:37 PM

  • And Which Platform should take as a newbie gambler, casino or sports?

You're the only one who can answer this, to get the right answer for you to play on both for a limited time, the one that can give you more excitement and thrill and where you have the most luck then that's the one you should go for when it comes to gambling it's individual experience and preferences, you should be the one to feel it and not coming from others recommendation
It's your money and your excitement that matters.
3731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 09, 2022, 01:24:27 PM
^ Yeah, Inoue love to go toe to toe as well, that's why their style make this fight very interesting. Donaire will used his counter punching skills specially his left hook and we will see if Inoue can hold his chin against that or he will buckle down a bit if he felt the power of Donaire. On the other hard, if Inoue will land his straight right or even his jab which has power as well, we will see Donaire's respond.

In all of Inoue's fights, we have never seen him play safe just to gather points. I also doubt he will do that against Donaire. As I said, Inoue's way of boxing is a close fight. That was his expertise regardless of his opponent who also had the same way of boxing. Since Inoue already knows the capability of Inoue referring to their first match, he surely knows what to do in the event they will again on a close fight.

What will be left and remain standing is the one who is able to overcome all those heavy and strong punches. Both boxers are now surely respectively doing how to strengthen their soft areas or those spots where they can't able to handle strong punches or if anything else, just continuing to harden any of their spots.

Inoue does both, score on points and if he finds an opportunity to knock out his opponent he will do it. If we look at his record, most of his wins are coming from KO, so this guy really has the power and he would want to have an impressive win everytime he fights.
^ I just wanted to know what kind of power? Lol just kidding aside.
This man is really amazing, he had fighting skills as an aggressive fighter and that is right when there is an opportunity to knock his opponent down, he will never stop until it will becomes KO result in favor of him. I like the fighting style of Inoue, it seems they have the same technique that had used by Manny Pacquiao, it will give a rapid punch when they smell the weakness of the opponent. Nevertheless, I cannot wait for their match.

We are all excited to have this match at least it's already confirmed, we will now follow the development of their training and their conference as they build up the fight, both fighters have mutual respect for each other, not like Casimero who showed disrespect on both fighters, they may have respect with each other but it's different when inside the ring, I will be all out for Donaire I believe this time he can pull an upset.
3732  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it really possible to earn money through the service section ? ANSWERED on: April 09, 2022, 12:58:21 PM
Is it really possible to earn money through the service section of this forum?
So many members have done that and they have repeat customers, you just have to establish your reputation by getting a vouch and good feedback.

Quote
Or is it useless?
Those who failed to get customers or clients are those with weak services and poor products

Quote
It is better to do a survey about this because I think most people do not want to buy a service from this forum.
Maybe there is a question of trust!
You don't have to just check one thread and customer's testimonials

Quote
In my opinion, unlike the great technology of Bitcoin, it is difficult to earn money by providing a reliable and good service.
If it is not which services ?
Not because you are not earning you'll think that it's not worth it

3733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another day, Another Lesson for those who want to learn on: April 09, 2022, 11:42:05 AM
This is not new and most of the cryptocurrency users are aware of this scheme, someone will send you a token that has a similar Token symbol and would let you think that you received an airdrop and of course you will check the link to their fake website and might probably ask to connect your Metamask or ask for your seed phrase in short phishing site so be careful in clicking links from those coins you are receiving in your wallet.

It's easy to trace always check the contract address, the contract address is everything, legit projects will always advise you to check their contract address and it's always in the market aggregator if they are listed, and ignore these spam tokens if you do not expect to receive these tokens, scammers are good now in imitation and phishing, they know investors are learning so they have to innovate their scheme and this is a new scheme because the transaction fees on Binance and other chains are cheap.
3734  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bet9ja hacked on: April 09, 2022, 11:12:00 AM
rumor has it that the hackers of Russia 🇷🇺 origin but no proof on that yet.
Source: https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/04/fg-condemns-hacking-of-bet9ja

I don't think it is a good idea to throw baseless rumors like this around. It could be anybody. If there isn't any proof, why would anybody think it is Russia? It is so stupid 20 years ago every terror act was done by Al-Qaeda and now Russia is the new Al-Qaeda.

Some casino gotten hacked? Russia did it.
Some bomb blew up somewhere? Russia did it.
Some guy died of heart attack somewhere? Must be a Russian spy.
Who stole my sweetroll? Fckin Russia.

I did not read in their article that there's a rumor that hackers are of Russian origin, you should post your source, not because Russia is invading Ukraine and they looked like a villain in the world we will accuse Russians of crimes like this without backing it until it is confirmed we should take out that rumor thing.
Anyway, the authorities are now investigating we will soon hear who really did this, I hope you update us more on this.
3735  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SSVP - new fake coin scam on: April 09, 2022, 10:06:51 AM

Quite a common practice on Instagram or tinder where profiles with beautiful looking ladies/models lure horny men into investing into a scam shitcoin or Ponzi scheme. I think I have seen a dozen scam accusations relating to dating sites here, especially tinder.

That's a bad way to decide to invest, you don't look at promoters, you look and dig into the project when investing, even if you are horny, you don't believe what women on dating sites recommended projects to invest, we all know scammers, they use different manipulations for people to invest on their project.
Well, at least now we know they are paying women on dating sites to promote their scam project.
3736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto becoming centralized? on: April 09, 2022, 08:46:19 AM

Do you think ever-increasing centralization is a cause of concern? What would be the impact of tightening regulations over the entire crypto/Blockchain space? Will it still be able to survive? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley

The big concern now is free from scams and projects that do not live up to expectations, I still believe in decentralization but to many bad actors that are hard to trace or prosecute, many bad projects where developers only want the profit side, the industry adhere to centralization to protect investors and the community, there are sides that are decentralized and there are sides that are centralized, decentralization is something that can help adoption.
3737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we just going around in circles? on: April 08, 2022, 11:14:48 PM
Every business is in a circle there's always a point that they always go back to old models but with improvement from an old concept or model, the Cryptocurrency industry keeps evolving, there are new concepts being introduced and there are concepts upgraded, but the tricky part is, there is no safe concept scammers are always there to exploit the weakness and how to imitate the new concept.

I was a victim of farming I thought that farming or DeFi until scammers found an exploit, my point is whatever new concept that comes along there's always the risk so look for that risk and only invest what you can afford to lose.
3738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: FURY vs WHYTE - CONFIRMED on: April 08, 2022, 10:55:58 PM
Frank Warren said today that "Fury wanted to make a statement" when he gets in the ring with Dillian Whyte. The fight will take place on 23rd April 2022 at Wembley Stadium. The report can be read here on SKY SPORTS

Fury also taunted Whyte on Twitter by saying he will knock him out but Whyte has stayed quiet and kept a low profile, he was even absent from the ticket launch last month.

The seating capacity for the fight at Wembley Stadium will be a staggering 94,000.

Fury is so good at making a hype of his fight, but this time it's real he really wants to knock out Whyte for not making a way for a possible fight against Usyk, and there's no need for Whyte to hype the fight, with Fury the boxing community is already hyped on this fight, the boxing community is not expecting an upset, Fury already established his legacy and an upset will blow it away, Fury wants to go further by winning all the belts.
3739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dappsy - Crypto Social Network - The missing puzzle of the Crypto Industry on: April 07, 2022, 11:30:01 PM
Didnt think our project would be on Bitcointalk. Thank you OP for this clear presentation of our project.

We are some weeks away from the MVP release, but everything is going good and cant wait for the mainnet.

Honestly, it's a bad presentation, there is a place where new projects can be introduced and that is the altcoin announcement and the one who created the project should the one to introduce it to the community and if you want to gain respect and miles on your promotion, why not hire designers so you can promote your project effectively an infographic is a big help, go check the announcement section to see others projects.
3740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite casino reviewer here in Bitcointalk? on: April 07, 2022, 11:25:04 PM
Most of the time on which gambling review sites do really been ignored or not totally getting much attention most of the time which we do have that default kind of impression that it might be faked or totally be worthles

to be read upon and its better to have actual experience rather than on relying with those informations which had been said with those reviews. Its true that there are no almost reviewers which are trustworthy

but luckily we do have someone on this forum has really had made out some gambling site reviews which are good and put up that effort which you could appreciate on.
No reviews that are almost trustworthy because each of us has its own taste when it comes to playing a gambling. You can play on a reputable casino but in the end you will still feel incomplete and that makes you rate this casino less than a five star.

This also happens on the each of the gambling review sites that we see, they too have their own feedback and you cant sometimes agree with that feedback. It is impossible for most of to visit and test each of the gambling site so yeah kudos to those reviewers that put some work in order for us to get an idea on what to expect on that gambling site that we are looking or reading at.

They will lose their reputation if they do not call spade a spade, these reviewers are very much different from average gamblers, they have their own criteria they look at some areas and features that average gamblers, do not take time to look at and they have a basis on their rating because gamblers will look on them and some of them will disagree but if they have a criterias that will justify those ratings then they can defend their criterias and gain the respect of the gambling community.
