3741  Economy / Reputation / Re: WHERE IS TMAN? for 1 month of inactivity 🤔🤔 on: June 05, 2020, 08:53:14 PM
(This post is also for those saying karma has hit him blah blah, well no, it hasn’t. He chose to take a beak is all).
Just some sore losers who are not supposed to be here or probably first timers on the internet. If mere words from a person one doesn't know and vice versa can offend that them. Then they should probably log out so that they don't have deal with the trauma.
3742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Current US Economic Catastrophe Caused by Anti-Racism Movement has Impact on BTC on: June 04, 2020, 10:59:36 PM
Not everything that happens on the Globe has to be connected to bitcoin's price because i still believe a very small change of the world's population uses bitcoin as a mode of payment or trades in it. So even if there was to be an "impact" due to the Anti-racism movement. It sure as hell would be negligible to the bitcoin price movements.
3743  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Possibly Phishing Haircomb Wallet & Using of Stock Image on: June 03, 2020, 11:52:51 PM
- my photo is really fake
Am not going to push hard on the side of the virus detection since i don't have technical knowledge until someone with coding knowledge can come and show us how malicious the file is.

But when it comes to fake image the I can not trust you. Why did you choose to use a fake image and lie to us?
3744  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Localcryptex.com - Crypto P2P Exchange - BTC - DASH - LTC on: June 02, 2020, 11:49:01 PM

3745  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ProExchangers Exchange Review and Aggregator platform on: June 02, 2020, 11:17:19 PM
This is just temporary, we are ranking by reviews immediately we have accumulated enough reviews.
Maybe you should put up much more strict rules regarding reviews if you are going to majorly relay on them. Having multiple emails even if they are not throw away emails is quite easy. For example there are services that provide temporary verifications for Gmail account using very many phone numbers. Some charge $0.1 per verification number. So someone can even have over 100 verified Gmail accounts for just $10

And trust me, scammers or exchanges that fake volume can do anything to keep up their reviews faked too. It will be an even easier job for them as compared to faking volume. Just look at how messed up trustpilot is.
3746  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: DueDEX-Crypto Derivatives Trading Exchange opens for trading on August 5, 2019 on: June 02, 2020, 11:09:48 PM
NEW LISTING!

ETH/USDT
perpetual contract is now live on #DueDEX

Each contract is valued at 0.01 ETH. You can now easily trade #Ethereum perpetual contract with USDT as collateral on DueDEX.

Details: https://duedex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048093073-DueDEX-ETHUSDT-Perpetual-Contract-Is-Now-Live-
Try now: https://duedex.com/trade/ETHUSDT
Why not just make 1 USDT contract equivalent to 1 USD.

It's a little confusing if 1 USDT contract is equivalent to 0.01 ETH. May you guys should also clarify on the clear cut difference between this new USDT contract as compared to the old contracts we have been used to and what it's cons or pros are.

Moontrade.org is being flagged by Metamask extension as a phishing website. Is there anybody else facing the same issue?
It might be a false negative but non the less be careful trading on the platform just in case something happened to the website. Better safe than sorry.

3748  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help: A list of LocalBitcoin alternatives (P2P marketplaces) on: June 02, 2020, 10:38:55 PM
Recommended... stay away from http://moontrade.org they seem to be a fraudulent website. I've tried to sell Bitcoins on their website and unfortunately it's been in dispute status for over 4 days with no response. 3 trouble tickets have been placed with support and even though it states it will Auto cancel after a short period of the buyer not responding...nothing happens.

STAY AWAY can provide screenshots as well.
I remember moontrade, they used to have a signature campaign here, last year i think.
It would be better if you just opened up a scam accusation in this board, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 with all the details of how you got scammed including Tx details, screenshots and chatlogs
3749  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I HAVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED USING BITCOIN LAUNDRY MIXER on: June 02, 2020, 09:45:20 PM
They have a habit of mixing small amounts of bitcoins but when you trust them and send large amounts, you get scammed right away. It sad that you got scammed even after warnings by other scammed members had already been put across.

1.  This user lost 12 BTC
What happened: bitcoin-laundry.com will STEAL YOUR LARGE AMOUNT DEPOSIT!!!

After I sent coins to the provided address, I refreshed the page, and the deposit address surprisedly changed to another one 359cX3M8L8gb3X1SGPVdQH3EeJvQ5cCiuS, while the page still shows "Waiting for Bitcoin".

This is the transaction of my deposit: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/d1b4919df80249136388b0e17d106c5d51ae7f7075223f5f973e4dc5749d7be0

2. Another one lost 6.2 BTC
Hello Everyone,
Bitcoin-Landry.com totally scam they accept to send you the small amount after that they block the big amount
After when you sent the big amount the session ID change automatically
So you will never see the exact session ID because it’s a scam website
Scam scam scam
last week we did 0.1 they acceptable to send it but they stole 6.2btc
The owner of website they speak as a Robot

3. Another Victim
DO NOT USE BITCOIN LAUNDRY!! I took a screenshot of before and after my transaction.
BITCOIN LAUNDRY IS A SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
I watched the confirmations and as soon my transaction hit one confirmation, BAMN they changed the receiving address!!
I've messaged their support several times with no response whatsoever.

Before the transaction had one confirmation here's what the session looked like:
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/05/14/blob8a6a92dd5edb44aa.png

After the transaction got one confirmation, the address changed! Look here:
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/05/14/blobd4c1203508f1ce2b.png

Exact Same session ID and as soon as the transaction had one confirmation, they changed the deposit address.
3750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is based on probability. on: June 02, 2020, 09:19:47 PM
Every choice we make in life is based on probability.
For example when you set up a business. There is a probability that it may succeed or not. Everything involving making more money is about risk taking and so trading should not be any different.

What one needs to learn is risk management so that in case things don't work in their favor, they won't get their money, portfolio or investment swept off clean.
3751  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin broke 10K wall and Downtrend line on: June 02, 2020, 09:13:00 PM
Does anyone here have still open long/short positions?
Luckily i closed my long positions yesterday and took some profit. The correction that took place earlier on today was expected though i thought it wouldn't touch 9300 in a short time. Absolutely gutted for not shorting after taking profit last night.

I know most people who opened up positions at the 10000 - 10200 level with high leverages must have been swept off clean with that correction
3752  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Fake product reviews on RP9 Mining on: June 02, 2020, 07:06:33 PM
Which 3 pin post? What's the topic? Should I use "Bitcoin Discussion" topic and create a new topic under?
He was directing you to use the format in this post to report a new scam accusation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

Please let us know if you have any questions, we would be glad to answer them.
Why are you encouraging members to reply "I read the post and will send PM for discord invite" Is this a tactic of making members bump your thread in the  name of getting an invite.
Why not put the discord invite link in the OP or ask those interested in the invite to PM you instead?

You are breaking forum rules encouraging spam/thread bumping and i am going to report your ANN.

If you would like to be one of the first beta testers to try out something entirely new, reply to this thread with:

3754  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Fake product reviews on RP9 Mining on: June 02, 2020, 06:31:59 PM
hi, I have the same scam issue. I think they are 100% scam and they unfortunately took my money too.
How can we  report this company together and continue with you IC3 investigation?
Please contact me.
@FluffyMuffin005 has been offline for a month and i doubt if he will be able to know about your message. Maybe you can try to PM him and if his email notifications are on. He might be able to see the message as soon as possible.

I don't know you guys are going to investigate these scammers but most of them use bitcoin as a payment method for a reason, that is, so that it's had to track them through the money trail.
3755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: June 01, 2020, 11:54:48 PM
@tomahawk9, it's great to see schedule and can't wait for return of La Liga. But I'm not sure that I'm going to bet on first round after quarantine, it's too tricky.
This is what i was thinking about too. With the loss of momentum, no frequent training and regular football for the last few months. Most players are going to be a little rusty and unfit. So i would expect that to reflect in club performances too.

I think am just going to wait for a couple of match days before i can place any bets.
3756  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [RED ALERT] marlboroza attempt to "conquer" bitcointalk with his friends. on: June 01, 2020, 11:30:19 PM
They are conducting an activity on bad rep against me.
Looks like you got what you wanted. I hope you will now be able to get much more victims with your negative rep.
You can't be a scammer and also rude at the same time here. You won't make any friends at all. Nobody would want to support a rude unapologetic scammer.

Now about what you said last time.
When are you fulfilling your promise of leaving the forum? I can't wait to be part of that last supper.  Grin
3757  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dont fucking ask for KYC at all if your not going to require it at the beginning on: June 01, 2020, 11:21:16 PM
Because they know that very few people would register for their platforms.

Just know that most of the scam Exchanges/web wallets and casinos hide behind the KYC to selectively scam off some people who have deposited or would like to withdraw large sums of money in the name of "investigations for suspicious activity"

While some investigations may be genuine, a number of them are not and one should be very careful when using a web wallet ,casino or exchange. Make sure you have clearly read and understood their KYC and AML policies before depositing anything.
3758  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stake flags for ponzi schemes here on: June 01, 2020, 11:06:20 PM
I removed sites, do you see it now?
I didn't check the thread earlier on but i can clearly see things right now despite having uBlock Origin turned on.

But in the past, I experienced this kind of thing and I even made a thread about it: Is this a forum bug?
@Theymos pointed this out, Maybe it could help @LeGaulois
It's a bug in the "uBlock filters" filter list: complain to them. They're blocking every <span> containing the text "advert" with the rule: bitcointalk.org##:xpath(//span[contains(text(),"Advert")]/../..). This is such a general rule that there isn't much I could do to prevent it from blocking posts.

Ironically, I could easily make it not actually match the ad area, since unlike post contents, I control that...
3759  Other / Meta / Re: this is my reason for whether I can appeal on: June 01, 2020, 10:45:29 PM
yes I recognize the dithread of my first account: ~ then I was suspended (banned) by the system (auto banned) whether it's my fault where there is no explanation. maybe I have made a mistake in my post / reply. rank at that time I was a member. ~

therefore I create a new account and always be careful and follow the rules even though there are some rules I don't know about.
Members have in the past been unbanned by global Mods but that was only after a member was considered to be a net positive to the community (Had contributed a lot to the community and was very helpful and the reason for plagiarism was not financially motivated). Such cases have been very rare and members who have had a second chance after getting banned for plagiarism are countable. In fact there are some members who have never been unbanned up to now but were considered to have been great contributors in the past.
3760  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why is bitcoin not anonymous? on: June 01, 2020, 10:19:22 PM
There was no point of making the blockchain and all the transactions in it public, yet they intended for the network to be "anonymous"
You can't be anonymous if using are using centralized exchanges which request for your documents for verification of KYC to buy and sell bitcoin.

Only you as a person will choose to determine the level of privacy you would want by avoiding KYC platforms, using Bitcoin Mixers, Using privacy based browsers like Tor etc. Bitcoin itself won't do that for you because the money trail is all public and it can all be traced up to you.
