If you're uncertain whether or not you'd make a good gambler, then chances are you're not.  As others have pointed out, for wagers against living animals, knowing their previous wins and losses / whether they are at or near their peak performance can play an important factor, however, more random games such as the throw of the dice, flip of the card, or where the ball lands, these increasingly require a different kind of skill.

But if you could predict where a ball will land, then the game isn't tough enough to wager on in the first place.

looking to exchange some BTC for PayPal, I will do G&S with high ranked members I don't mind it.

What's G&S ??

Is it anything like Family and Friends?  Are you selling in lower amounts such as $50 blocks, or, are you looking to sell the whole lot in one transaction?
3745  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy 30BTC with cash in Spain on: August 14, 2020, 08:12:45 AM
Might be worth checking the serial numbers of the Euro Notes (I presume you're paying in Euro's - Right??) and bring a UV light to check for any markers such as stars or circles etc.  The seller could end up with some very realistic (but counterfeit) notes...

Take a buddy to be your wing-man / second pair of eyes too.
3746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: A List Of The Best Altcoin Casinos Of 2020 on: August 14, 2020, 08:06:40 AM
I have never heard of 1 of those casinos on your list.
In conclusion, your list sucks.

And yet you couldn't cobble together one example, much less an entire list of your own to counter the OP's list?  As far as post count shilling goes, your post doth both suck and blow.
3747  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lauda/TMAN extortion attempt on: August 13, 2020, 07:20:41 PM
Why is this cretin bumping loads of old threads just to try & flame people?

Sad cunt.

Agreed.

Do not feed the Troll.
3748  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BPIP] Bitcointalk Public Information Project [Back in Action] on: August 13, 2020, 06:51:55 PM
Maximum words per minute.
You are scaring me... with this "maximum words per minute" mindset.
I already know I'd trigger this all the time Sad

You would have to exclude some threads such as any data dump threads by LoyceV or tranthidung as well as the known alts thread or any loan threads where lenders and applicants are posting signed messages (or the post your address with (a) signed message thread.
3749  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BPIP] Bitcointalk Public Information Project [Back in Action] on: August 13, 2020, 07:23:15 AM
Is there any chance the BPIP.org pages time's can be manually set to either GMT, Local PC clock or even match BitCoinTalk.org 's default time?

Recent discussions such as the Is BitcoinGirl.Club hacked? thread and the known alts threads are examples where two different time zones are being employed in the same post which can potentially lead to confusion down the track when referencing those posts at later dates.

For lawsuits then there should be some consideration.

Perhaps, but at the end of the day it would be almost impossible to say for certain where a person was to have contracted Covid unless contact tracing was undertaken at the time (which I can't recall having heard the American's have taken seriously in combating the pandemic)

In Australia, the Prime Minister has voiced in the public media that BitcoinBTC is handled the same as a foreign currency but it isn't a foreign currency.

I call you out on that one.  Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been talking about the Covid-19 pandemic for months to the exclusion of nearly everything else.

Where are you quoting from?

Casinos could be allowed with a very limited number of visitors. It seems crazy that casinos are closed but then all the people just gather at different places and don't follow safety rules.

The High Rollers are usually in a different section to the regular walk-in off of the street kind of punters (and there's also far fewer of them at any one time).  Casino's that are savy will no doubt be targeting those high-end rollers ensuring they are well looked after.  It'd be interesting to work out if it's the high-end rollers that carry the Casino's, or, the regular Joe's.
3754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos Scared of Lawsuits on: August 12, 2020, 03:50:10 PM
The Casino's could argue that the person making the complaint acted in a reckless manor while on the premises.  They'd probably utilise video evidence to demonstrate the behavior (e.g. drunk and disorderly / not wearing face mask properly etc in-spite being asked to do so) as a means of defending themselves, but then again how does a complainant *prove* they contracted Covid-19/STD's/Flu while on Casino premises?
3755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos Scared of Lawsuits on: August 12, 2020, 10:09:28 AM
I can't say I'm surprised to read this thread given the lack of knowledge being made in the "Las Vegas Casinos are open" thread.  As long as the Casinos can demonstrate they were following State Legislature, or Federal Government legislation concerning social distancing, hand hygiene and face mask wearing, then the Casino's themselves will have a defense that they were following the mandated guidelines.
3756  Other / Archival / Re: Why are these posts necessary? on: August 12, 2020, 02:38:11 AM
I've made many hundreds of reports to the mods that are applicable to this topic.  On the whole they remain "unhandled" which is mod speak for the mods are indifferent to doing anything about this issue and would rather let the time expire on the report so that nothing is done.
3757  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: August 12, 2020, 12:35:14 AM
For those outside of the trans Tasman Bubble who may not have heard, effective thirty minutes ago New Zealand in its entirety went into Level Two lock-down due to a Covid-19 cluster in Auckland of four person's, one of whom went to Rotorua over this last week-end.  Auckland has implemented Level three lock-down restrictions and there was panic buying of groceries etc overnight at various Countdown's (presumably Pak and Save / New World etc too) open till midnight/24 hours in certain areas.

Anyone expecting refunds from Cryptopia should pencil in further delays as the lock-down further delays proceedings.

Stay Safe everyone.

3759  Other / Archival / Re: Why are these posts necessary? on: August 11, 2020, 05:15:19 PM
People just forget to delete their post after making it to "deleted/ABCD" Actually these post has no value. It had a little bit worth before the merit system comes for ranking up. Also nowadays no campaign manager counts these posts as eligible for weekly quota. So it is really unnecessary and it's a result of Laziness.

While that may be true it helps propel users' into a higher rank that they can then obtain a better payout in a Signature Campaign.

There was a thread about this only a couple of weeks ago.
3760  Economy / Gambling / Re: TOP 10 Crypto Casinos 2020 | CryptoVegas.xyz | Casino Reviews on: August 10, 2020, 05:43:35 PM
what are the criteria to make in the top 10 list?

Like any other site it's the "top" (or more likely first) sites they come across - unless of course they have a commercial agrement with the site to promote it in which case they should make those details known.
