Who needs racism when you have advice like this from muslim clerics?

1.Is swimmming allowed in the same pool where non-muslims swim even if no-one is in the pool?As they do not do istinjaa, would the water be najs?

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

If the size of the public pool is more than 225 sq ft (20.9 m2) then it is considered a large body of water and will not become impure by non-Muslims swimming in it.

If the pool is less then 225 sq ft (20.9 m2), then if the non-Muslim had taken a bath before swimming, the water will be pure since there is no impurity on him.  If he did not take a bath before swimming and it is certain that there was impurity on him before he swam, then the pool is impure and all the water must be removed and refilled with clean water.  If the non-Muslim did not take a bath before swimming and one is unsure whether there was impurity on him or not, then it is better to abstain from such a pool until it is purified.

One should try to refrain from public swimming pools since there are usually occupied with women in immodest outfits.  Even the men usually wear outfits in which their satr is visible.

http://www.askimam.org/public/question_detail/15667

BY CONTRAST HERE IN THE USA, pools have been free for all races and ethnicities since the mid 1960s.  There's an interesting history on that.

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=90213675

racial segregation at pools in the North arose during the 1920s and 1930s, at the precise time that cities started to gender-segregate pools. And so in case after case after case, racial segregation occurred at the exact moment that gender integration occurred.

And the concern was the black Americans, black men, would take advantage of the pool environment, to brush up against white women, to touch them in the water, to visually consume them, as they were wearing, you know, relatively-tight-fitting, relatively-revealing swimsuits. And this sort of played into a psychology of needing to separate black men from white women.

MARTIN: So when desegregation happened, '40s and '50s, they were - swimming pools were integrated, then you write about what was called "white flight," essentially, from municipal pools. People started - white people started building their own private pools or individual, in family homes, even. Can you talk about the legacy of that phenomenon?

Fortunately, that is wrong. A place/thing which contains less than 2 qullath(approximately between 200 and 270 liters) and if we bath or wash in it(not with it), then no matter whether he/she is a muslim or non-muslim, the water isn't good to use for another use for cleaning the body or any part of it. Smiley

General thing about a pool:

It is advised to "take a bath before you enter into a pool so that the dirt and sweat will be removed". This board can be seen near many pools. It is also advised to take a bath after you swim in a pool because there maybe people who have any disease which may cause some problems in you.
3742  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: March 22, 2015, 10:24:17 AM
I also seek to help them realize misconceptions and blatant lies which they thought was true.

Here is the latest atrocities from "the religion of peace."

2015.03.20 (Damasak, Nigeria) - At least seventy dumped bodies are discovered after a town is recaptured from Boko Haram.
2015.03.20 (Hassakeh, Syria) - Thirty-five Kurds celebrating their New Year are turned into paste by a suicide bomber.
2015.03.20 (Sanaa, Yemen) - A large number of children are among one-hundred and forty innocents eliminated by Sunni suicide bombers as they worshipped at two Shiite mosques.
2015.03.20 (Kathua, India) - Radical Muslims storm a police station and murder four people.
2015.03.19 (Giza, Egypt) - Two people go up in flames when suspected Ansar Beit Al Maqdis firebomb a youth center.
2015.03.18 (Shirqat, Iraq) - A man and his wife are executed by the caliphate for her not wearing a veil.

So that means you didn't agree with me in "psychos and muslims are different". As I have said earlier if some people are doing it, does that mean whole muslims are bad people? No!

I can show you many example where US bombed others which killed hundreds and thousands of people. Do that mean all US citizens are bad? I would never say that, maybe if you are sticking with that type of mind, I mean if some do bad things, all of that community are bad, you will say all US citizens are bad. What richest people are doing is un accused by UN. Sad

Some of them:

United States bombings of other countries

It is a scandal in contemporary international law, don’t forget, that while “wanton destruction of towns, cities and villages” is a war crime of long standing, the bombing of cities from airplanes goes not only unpunished but virtually unaccused. Air bombardment is state terrorism, the terrorism of the rich. It has burned up and blasted apart more innocents in the past six decades than have all the antistate terrorists who ever lived. Something has benumbed our consciousness against this reality. In the United States we would not consider for the presidency a man who had once thrown a bomb into a crowded restaurant, but we are happy to elect a man who once dropped bombs from airplanes that destroyed not only restaurants but the buildings that contained them and the neighborhoods that surrounded them. I went to Iraq after the Gulf war and saw for myself what the bombs did; “wanton destruction” is just the term for it. – C. Douglas Lummis, political scientist 1

The above was written in 1994, before the wanton destruction generated by the bombing of Yugoslavia, another in a long list of countries the United States has bombarded since the end of World War II, which is presented below.

There appears to be something about launching bombs or missiles from afar onto cities and people that appeals to American military and political leaders. In part it has to do with a conscious desire to not risk American lives in ground combat. And in part, perhaps not entirely conscious, it has to do with not wishing to look upon the gory remains of the victims, allowing American GIs and TV viewers at home to cling to their warm fuzzy feelings about themselves, their government, and their marvelous “family values”. Washington officials are careful to distinguish between the explosives the US drops from the sky and “weapons of mass destruction” (WMD), which only the officially-designated enemies (ODE) are depraved enough to use. The US government speaks sternly of WMD, defining them as nuclear, chemical and biological in nature, and “indiscriminate” (meaning their use can’t be limited to military objectives), as opposed to the likes of American “precision” cruise missiles. This is indeed a shaky semantic leg to stand on, given the well-known extremely extensive damage to non-military targets, including numerous residences, schools and hospitals, even from American “smart” bombs, in almost all of the bombings listed below.

Moreover, Washington does not apply the term “weapons of mass destruction” to other weapons the US has regularly used, such as depleted uranium and cluster bombs, which can be, and often are, highly indiscriminate.

WMD are sometimes further defined as those whose effects linger in the environment, causing subsequent harm to people. This would certainly apply to cluster bombs, and depleted uranium weapons, the latter remaining dangerously radioactive after exploding. It would apply less to “conventional” bombs, but even with those there are unexploded bombs lying around, and the danger of damaged buildings later collapsing. But more importantly, it seems highly self-serving and specious, not to mention exceptionally difficult, to try to paint a human face on a Tomahawk Cruise missile whose payload of a thousand pounds of TNT crashes into the center of a densely-populated city, often with depleted uranium in its warhead.

A terrorist is someone who has a bomb but doesn’t have an air force. (Grin)

The bombing list:

• Korea and China 1950-53 (Korean War)
• Guatemala 1954
• Indonesia 1958
• Cuba 1959-1961
• Guatemala 1960
• Congo 1964
• Laos 1964-73
• Vietnam 1961-73
• Cambodia 1969-70
• Guatemala 1967-69
• Grenada 1983
• Lebanon 1983, 1984 (both Lebanese and Syrian targets)
• Libya 1986
• El Salvador 1980s
• Nicaragua 1980s
• Iran 1987
• Panama 1989
• Iraq 1991 (Persian Gulf War)
• Kuwait 1991
• Somalia 1993
• Bosnia 1994, 1995
• Sudan 1998
• Afghanistan 1998
• Yugoslavia 1999
• Yemen 2002
• Iraq 1991-2003 (US/UK on regular basis)
• Iraq 2003-present
• Afghanistan 2001-present
• Pakistan 2007-present
• Somalia 2007-8, 2011
• Yemen 2009, 2011
• Libya 2011

Plus:

• Iran, April 2003 – hit by US missiles during bombing of Iraq, killing at least one person 2

• Pakistan, 2002-03 – bombed by US planes several times as part of combat against the Taliban and other opponents of the US occupation of Afghanistan 3

• China, 1999 – its heavily bombed embassy in Belgrade is legally Chinese territory, and it appears rather certain that the bombing was no accident (see chapter 25)

• France, 1986 – After the French government refused the use of its air space to US warplanes headed for a bombing raid on Libya, the planes were forced to take another, longer route; when they reached Libya they bombed so close to the French embassy that the building was damaged and all communication links knocked out. 4

• Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, May 13, 1985 – A bomb dropped by a police helicopter burned down an entire block, some 60 homes destroyed, 11 dead, including several small children. The police, the mayor’s office, and the FBI were all involved in this effort to evict a black organization called MOVE from the house they lived in.

Them other guys are really shocking

“We should expect conflicts in which adversaries, because of cultural affinities different from our own, will resort to forms and levels of violence shocking to our sensibilities.” – Department of Defense, 1999

The Targets:

It’s become a commonplace to accuse the United States of choosing as its bombing targets only people of color, those of the Third World, or Muslims. But it must be remembered that one of the most sustained and ferocious American bombing campaigns was carried out against the people of the former Yugoslavia – white, European, Christians. The United States is an equal-opportunity bomber. The only qualifications for a country to become a target are:

It poses a sufficient obstacle to the desires of the American Empire;
It is virtually defenseless against aerial attack.
The survivors

A study by the American Medical Association: “Psychiatric disorders among survivors of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing”:

Nearly half the bombing survivors studied had an active postdisaster psychiatric disorder, and full criteria for PTSD [posttraumatic stress disorder] were met by one third of the survivors. PTSD symptoms were nearly universal, especially symptoms of intrusive reexperience and hyperarousal. 6

The worst one and the saddest one in the history is Hiroshima-Nagasaki bombing. The affect of the bombing is still being suffered by Japanese. This was also supported by UK. Cry

Do you need more? And please don't tell me "US citizens are bad" because I don't like the that sort of thinking belief. Smiley

Please read. Vod's feedback is appropriate IMHO.

At worst it is a violation of contract law, which would be a CIVIL case. It is however NOT a violation of CRIMINAL law, so there is a very big difference. Violations of CRIMINAL LAW are not allowed on the forum. This is what VOD was disingenuously trying to frame this as so he could manipulate staff into acting on his extortion for him.

I understand. Thank you for telling! But did you check Vod's trust feedback? It does have a relevant point but the second last line of the negative feedback may not be approved.

Quote from: Vod's Trust Feedback
This user is selling Microsoft product keys they get from MSDN subscriptions. This is not allowed. Microsoft does not sell product keys without Certificate of Authenticity.

All it will take is a single person to report his illegal purchase of a Microsoft key (even someone who intentionally buys just to report), then Microsoft can trace it back to the original MSDN subscription that generated that key.

ALL keys generated from that MSDN account will then become invalidated (i.e. stop working) and FuckIdolPlus will NOT give you your money back.

This is a scam. Do not purchase keys from this account!

The bottom line, if you want to become a reseller, you need to become a Microsoft Partner who resells the entire package, not just product keys.
 =snip=
you bought an MSDN licensed key, which carries up to 10 activations unlike full packaged retail licenses which only carry 1 activation. The person who sold it to you probably sold it to 10 other persons. Somewhere along the way, one of those persons might have installed it on a second system, activated it, because it went past 10 activation threshold, Microsoft detected it that it was being abused and blocked the key from further use.
=snip=

Edit:

The TOS is a contract between Microsoft and the person who is using the key. Violating the TOS of something, alone is not a crime. Although what the OP is doing may be against federal anti-piracy laws (I am really not sure on this)

This might be different case but I think this is appropriate.

Example of how your tips are used.

F.B.I. and Chinese Seize $500 Million of Counterfeit Software

A multi-year investigation by Chinese police investigators and the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation led to the dismantling of a piracy ring responsible for pirating and distributing up to $2 billion of software. The two-year investigation led to the demise of two criminal organizations - located in Shanghai and Shenzhen - and included up to 25 arrests according to officials from both nations. Microsoft, in gathering evidence it later handed over to the F.B.I. and to Chinese authorities, said more than 1,000 people had notified the company and sent in counterfeit discs. The consumers who sent in the pirated discs were apparently unaware they had purchased illegal software until a notification popped up on their screens. The F.B.I. said that a joint effort with the Chinese authorities had led to the seizing of more than $500 million worth of counterfeit Microsoft and Symantec software that was being made in China and distributed worldwide.

The arrests, according to industry executives, represented the most significant crackdown on software piracy. In the last couple of weeks, the operation led to the seizing by the Chinese government of 290,000 counterfeit discs and certificates of authenticity. The F.B.I. said that Chinese officials had seized more than 47,000 counterfeit Microsoft discs.

Armory offline wallet is the best. Use it on a permanent offline PC and interact with a USB stick through it. Make sure the hard-disk is encrypted and also hide your passwords very well, its the best security that i can think of, secure enough to hold 1 billion $ woth of bitcoin in it.

But only if you know how to secure it propertly.

Otherwise for smaller sumps Xapo, Blockhain.info and other online wallets are pretty decent too.

I recommend a Qr Code over USB. See https://github.com/hank/armorycompanion-python/

Again this proves it is a violation of the terms of service, NOT criminal activity like VOD has purported in order to attempt to trump up the accusation to the point of getting staff involved. This is just more of the same from VOD, defining his own value by how many people he can harass over non-incidents.

So "violation of TOS" isn't chargeable under the law". Huh

By the way, check Vod's trust feedback and the third paragraph in 1st of mine. See whether you can fin Vod is right or wrong about it. Smiley

Solution: 100 vpns so the cops have a 1/100 chance of getting it right on the first try  Grin
Use a long trusted VPN with a large history of deleting logs.
You cant really get proofs that they delete logs. That's the problem here. VPNs is a rather expensive option to go for, especially if it's 2 or more. MITM can still happen if an exploit in HTTPS is found or if the server hosting the VPN is compromised.

there are many free vpn, that offer a good service, like tunnelbear, surfeasy and many others at $4 per month, unlimited data

for anonimity you could use also a vps with a private ip instead of a shared one like those on vpn

The bottom line, if you want to become a reseller, you need to become a Microsoft Partner who resells the entire package, not just product keys.

Most ebay sellers reselling product keys are reselling stolen product keys from MSDN subscriptions.

About MSDN or TechNet Product Keys

They are genuine Microsoft product keys, they are actually retail licenses, but it is intended for a particular product channel either the Microsoft Software Developer Network (MSDN) or TechNet for IT Professionals who pay a subscription fee. The main purpose is for evaluation purposes. The great thing about them, unlike trial Microsoft software, MSDN or TechNet keys don't expire. [b{Because the agreement under which the subscription is provided is a single license, none of the software should be distributed outside of it[/b]. Even though its $50,000 worth of licenses, it is for one person only to use and no one else. Unfortunately, regardless of the licensing terms, persons still abuse the program, either giveaway product keys or resell it on auction sites. Microsoft licenses it in good faith that customers won't do so, but I guess human nature wins out.

In your case, what probably happened is, you bought an MSDN licensed key, which carries up to 10 activations unlike full packaged retail licenses which only carry 1 activation. The person who sold it to you probably sold it to 10 other persons. Somewhere along the way, one of those persons might have installed it on a second system, activated it, because it went past 10 activation threshold, Microsoft detected it that it was being abused and blocked the key from further use.
Quote from: MSDN Terms
Many MSDN subscribers use a computer for mixed use—both design, development, testing, and demonstration of your programs (the use allowed under the MSDN subscription license) and some other use. Using the software in any other way, such as for doing email, playing games, or editing a document is another use and is not covered by the MSDN subscription license. When this happens, the underlying operating system must also be licensed normally by purchasing a regular copy of Windows such as the one that came with a new OEM PC.

Hope this helps.

But what about legitimate users who have a now invalid email? Why are you leaving them out?

Probably they will put a short message saying to change email and put a link to thread. Also, this might also be available. IMHO it is better not to give access to passwords.

=snip= A secondary (maybe slightly-hidden) method will be to use your current password. So you needn't worry about having an invalid email address now.

A valid email address might be required in the new software, though. I'm not sure about that yet.

Term Length  : 3 days

denied or what? no response still.

Denied.

MZ, I'm wondering how much is available for loan currently?

Because I see the "Total Available" as BTC0.45 but you loaned out nearly BTC1 atm.

It hasn't been updated for a while. Total loaned will be different than Total Available. Total available is the amount I have atm but Total loaned is the total amount I loaned to people from the start.

People named Mohamed debating you should also be embarrassed.   Mohamed: it's as if you are debating a chicken, a cow, and a duck.   What's the point?   You can't change somebody's nature by debating him.

You might be right but I ain't debating with them, I am trying to help them to realize the misconceptions or blatant lies which they thought was true. Smiley

Edit: Even a chicken, a cow, and a duck can be guided among their way using our words and hands. Here, I am doing the same*.

* I ain't telling anybody here is a chicken, a cow, and/or a duck.

True true, if your address in your identifier account is linked to a scam I guess the FBI can ask blockchain. VPN is fine though, just not tor.
So why can't they ask the VPN provider? Even though many VPN provider claims to delete logs, you won't know for sure if they delete the logs. They may even be spying on you.
If they are a trusted VPN logger than I think you won't have the problem of them snooping on you. Also maybe use 2 VPNs in a row, just for that extra anonymity (if 1 of the VPN gives up your IP it will be from the other VPN)

Many VPNs logs are saved but there are a few VPNs which erase after 24 hours. You should check depth-review about the VPN you gonna use.

@funtrory: What if the FBI ask the first VPN provider? AFAIK dedicated VPN with advanced control for the user is secure but you will have to spend some $$$ on it.

I may have erred in snipping your post, if so I apologize.

No problem! Sometimes, when excluding important part, it may looks like you take it out of context. Smiley

With respect to lifespan, here is what I mean.

http://www.sarahwoodbury.com/life-expectancy-in-the-middle-ages/

http://www.wonderquest.com/LifeSpan.htm states:  “Anglo-Saxons back in the Early Middle Ages (400 to 1000 A.D.) lived short lives and were buried in cemeteries, much like Englishmen today. Field workers unearthed 65 burials (400 to 1000 A.D.) from Anglo-Saxon cemeteries in England and found none who lived past 45.

Kings did better. The mean life expectancy of kings of Scotland and England, reigning from 1000 A.D. to 1600 A.D. were 51 and 48 years, respectively. Their monks did not fare as well. In the Carmelite Abbey, only five percent survived past 45.”

I think that if people today only lived until their 40s, they certainly would start marrying earlier and having babies younger.  There are still parts of the world where this is true, although perhaps fewer each year.

Thank you! If you like to know the reason, "Life 1400 years ago was very rough in the too hot desert. The average life span back then was 50 years. People used to die from all kinds of diseases. Both parents of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for instance, died natural deaths before he even knew them.".

Medically 12 years is too young to have babies, but that's a bit of a side issue.  Long ago, marriages were often arranged years in advance.  I just think that if one wishes to criticize Islam or Mohammed, there are so many valid points to do it on that alleging "rape" in the case of 12 year old marrying is neither right, nor a good choice for criticism.

If prophet had that intention, prophet would have married young women but almost all of spouses was widows.

Edit:

OK. A simpler question to you then. Does the concept of sharia laws breaks the concept of a Republic, breaks the concept of a Democracy, when sharia laws are applied within a Republic or a Democracy?

Are sharia laws compatible with Republic laws, with Democratic laws? Which Republic? Which Democracy? ANY of them.

Sharia itself means law, so an additional "law" after sharia isn't needed. Smiley

It also depends on what is your definition for Republic and Democracy.

A republic is a form of government in which power resides in the people, and the government is ruled by elected leaders run according to law (from Latin: res publica), rather than inherited or appointed (such as through inheritance or divine mandate).
Democracy is "a system of government in which all the people of a state or polity ... are involved in making decisions about its affairs, typically by voting to elect representatives to a parliament or similar assembly."Democracy is further defined as (a:) "government by the people; especially : rule of the majority (b:) " a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections." According to American political scientist Larry Diamond, it consists of four key elements: "1. A political system for choosing and replacing the government through free and fair elections. 2. The active participation of the people, as citizens, in politics and civic life. 3. Protection of the human rights of all citizens. 4. A rule of law, in which the laws and procedures apply equally to all citizens"

Both doesn't break Sharia. If you can tell your definition, I might explain better. Smiley
