The 4G iPod deal fell through?
Not so much fell through as they are debating whether they want it or not. This was the other parties message, "Ok. I'm still debating on whether to get a Touch or a tablet and need some time to think. The price is decent, but for $20 more, I could get a Nexus. If someone else offers to buy it in the meantime, by all means, sell it to them. Thanks for the info."

The prices will be changing due to updated BTC price by the end of today, get the while they are hot! And by hot, I mean cheap.

Daily Bump. 4th and 3rd gen Ipod still up for grabs.

I object to this agreement on the grounds it's for pokemon cards.
Too funny. Yeah I would have kept this deal private. Nothing wrong with a 90s kid who never got to collect them all, finally trying to complete his collection from when he was 10

I'v talked to Cosmos, and we have decided to postpone the transaction. I just killed my 6870, and am too broke to replace my GPU and buy the cards.
I apologized through Pm, and apologize formally here. Thanks for understanding Cosmos, I look forward to doing business with you, as from our chats, I would deem you to be an honest person with the best of intentions as a buyer/seller.

And yes, I know I'm a loser

I, Cosmos, have made a contract with SaltySpitoon for the sale of one binder of Pokemon cards including 28 Foil cards for 14 BTC. I will ship first with tracking info to Salty and agree to have BTC paid upon arrival.
Agreed

Star Ruby and Star Sapphire sold to Vanderbleek for 2.8 BTC. I am shipping them out tomorrow, and they should be arriving in 1-2 days.
Yep. Need to think of a use for them. Very pretty to just look at. I spent probably 30 minutes just shifting them around in the light trying to see how to get the star pattern to show up the brightest and largest. I should probably mention, if anyone else is interested, now is the time to buy. I updated my pricing on the 16th, while BTC were about $14 each (yeah just in time to watch the crash) so I will need to price readjust very shortly. I would do it now, but I figure while I'm going to the post office already, I should give everyone a chance to buy cheap and save me some time.

Everything is still up for grabs right now, people are making up their minds, and allowing me to continue to take offers while they are deciding.

Also, sorry about the giant pictures, I have the tendency to do that though, so if you are interested, take your time and scroll to the right, and you can see in better detail.

Check your states hunting and resource conservation regulations carefully before selling harvested meat.
My state prohibits any commercial hunting and/or selling of the meat, processed or otherwise. You may consume the meat, gift the meat, feed the animal scraps to livestock, or destroy the meat. Same goes for any bone, antler, or taxedermy, although there is a huge market for skins, heads, bones, antlers, and products made from them.
Hate to see you good folk caught up in a world of legal shit accidentally.
Props to you and your Dad.
That is true, you are not allowed to sell meats in this manner, for $ that is. BTC is perfectly legal. Legally speaking, by selling the jerky/fish for BTC, we are giving it as a gift, as Bitcoin is not recognized as money nor commodity by the U.S Gov. Just know that there are restrictions on shipping food items via customs. Bitcoin is world-wide so you'll run into a few of those problems I'm sure. We have shipped jerky/sausages, and other things that we have made to realitives we have in Canada, and it has never been a problem, but I will look into this. Again, thanks to everyone for the feedback, questions, comments, and support. I appreciate all of these questions, so I get a chance to get all necessary info out in the open, and see what the community's feedback is.

Where is your father obtaining the meat from for his jerky?
The Beef would be purchased through a grocery store, or a local butcher, Venison would be from what he hunts (again, just throwing out that option to see if anyone is interested.) From what I'v seen personally, some people are all on board with responsible hunting, others are morally opposed, so that option is not mandatory Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I'm sure we could ship internationally, the shipping would be higher naturally though.
