Do you remember what year you've made that wallet. Aside from the suggestions about checking your email, it could also help to know what year it was because it can be a known wallet/exchange that's very popular by that year.
Don't lose that "email:pass" that you have OP. Please keep it until you find out and remember what wallet was that.

If you are in need of a simple website then you can learn that with WordPress. I'm not an expert on it but I've watched a lot of tutorial videos on Youtube on how to create one. But of course, it's not free as you have to pay for your hosting and domain.
I suggest you watch the Youtube channel named 'Website Learners'. But if you're in doubt then just hire.

I have heard that hackers can impersonate the google authenticator app but the mobile phone sim 2fa is more secure. I wonder if it's true ?
Never heard of it but it is possible to happen. But how can they access one's account by just having the 2FA?hmm, maybe they can also do that. But the other trick can happen through sim swap if they have authenticator on their sims.

If I'm an Uber customer that do hold bitcoin, I don't think it's a good time to spend it. I understand that we have to spend bitcoin for use cases like this but the timing for me isn't good. I'd rather pay them with cash or any other accepted payment system/processor just to keep my bitcoin.
But basically, news like this is very much good for the adoption and publicity of bitcoin. If they want to accept bitcoin, they can do that as much as they want but it's better if they've done it before.
There's no such thing about being late when it comes to recognition or a integration of bitcoin into their business since they arent the ones who do go after with profits but rather on just seeing to include something when it comes to payment system. Just like on what Paypal did, we are already 10 years and try to count on how long did paypal on giving out that consideration? On what you had said about saving up your coins then this is really just the same into those places like restaurants, stores etc. that do accept bitcoin, I wont really tend to make use of my precious coins. Yes, it does need to circulate but we cant really just deny that earning opportunity is really there. I believe as well that it's not late for them but I'm only stating that if they've decided earlier then they have probably have received a lot of bitcoin payments before. And that will make them one of the companies that have received a lot of bitcoin for their known service. What's the earning opportunity with that? Just as usual when a company accepts bitcoin as payment, they're really the same as the others with those establishments that you have mentioned because bitcoin is a medium of exchange.

hello guys we all know BTC price reached peaks an year after each halvening followed by 80-90% major price correction and so on after each cycle. i thought to myself it may be different this time since everyone expect this to happen again. since adoption is growing and more money are involved maybe this time price will just climb slowly up in the next years with some minor 10-20% corrections now and then until it reaches high 6-digit amounts (plateau) after some years. if this happens we have no choice but to hold for longer period otherwise we will not be able to buy back. can you share your thoughts on this?
I'm also believing that pattern but can't be ignored that it could be different this time. But there is an assurance that whenever bitcoin starts to plummet again and if it's the same as the bear market on 2018 then many won't let it pass. Everyone will keep themselves bitcoin and will buy that cheap coins together with the institutions buying it up. And for the belief that it might be different this time, we might see the same rise as what happened after the announcement of Tesla's purchase.

Are you paying in bitcoin? if you do, include how much you'll be paying if it's valuation is in USD. Also, this thread will get more attention if you'll move into the Services only if you'll pay in BTC/USD. I might talk to my friend whom I know has the exact experience of your job description. In 12 hours/day, how much would be the hourly rate or you have fixed salary?

an alternative solution is to just use the hybrid wallets that you can use to connect to exchanges and trade from there. you got your coins on your wallet where yo own the private keys and then you can also trade safely/.
But the fees are entirely different from directing to the exchanges where you want to trade. That wallet has a cut if it's integrated into an exchange that they're partnered with. Yes, it is convenient as you don't have to move from your wallet to exchanges. But, there's one disadvantage that you need to accept and take and that is the fees and rates are different from the usual exchange that we use. They're much higher. I guess you have to accept any of those disadvantages, either pay the network fees which are also high, or just accept the fact that rates are different and there are adjustments for your convenience.

You've heard everyone's thought about your worry. Just get used to it and you'll be fine. What you should be worried about is the choice of where you play poker. There are a small handful of poker sites that are trusted by the community.
And in that regard, you have an idea about those trusted and reputed poker sites in the forum. Otherwise, if you haven't found any suggestion for that poker site, you can always ask again about the thoughts of the community about it.

It is HODLING that's always the best strategy in this unstable market. If you have the patience and doing effortless waiting, you shall see the returns that you deserve once the market goes in the favor of what you're aiming for.
The Crypto market will always remain to be as volatile as it is. This isn't for the fainted heart that can't take a risk and don't like the wavy attitude that we used to know from the beginning.

You can do that either with Electrum or Wasabi wallet. These two wallets are a good option if you want to start out. Free to download and easy to use. Just a warning that to only download it on their official websites because there are fake ones that you could download and might steal your deposited bitcoin in that wallet you generate. It's better to use a separate app for each member of your family. I think Exodus, Guarda, Atomic, Ownr anf Coinomi are decent, anyway try to find the most suitable wallet exactly for you.
I've used these wallets but I'll choose the best which are those two that I've mentioned.

Thank you for the feedback sunsilk, Haunebu and stadus! I think there is no shame in telling that I used a popular website theme and that is the reason for the similarity. Please keep the suggestions coming and I will review them. @Hanuebu I have removed 1xBit from the list and will investigate Bitstarz. You know what, it is a good thing that the owner of a reviews website is listening to the suggestion of the people the have taken a look at your website. Wish you all the best and it is a good feature if you're going to add some comment sections on those casinos you are reviewing but it's going to be a challenge how you'll determine honest reviews from the others.

So that basically what happens, when a country confusingly banning bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in general or a certain financial body of it gives restrictions to everything related to crypto then suddenly will turn up a decision and will surprisingly goin to have their own crypto.
This is like the style of those known financial magnates that will say anything against bitcoin and then will suddenly turn and announce that they have bitcoin and likes to invest on it.
And on this case, there's little to no hope about RBI's action towards bitcoin.

MasterCard has already flirted with cryptocurrency through his Wirex service, so I don't believe this is a fake news. Of course they don't want to stay in the shadows of their biggest rivals.
They are in as they can no longer ignore that they can benefit from adopting it. Thus, they are likely have to compete to crypto for a long time. While getting the publicity because eveything that's being reported and published on the news about acceptance of crypto, it's a free advertisement for them although they're already a known company that don't actually need. But it wouldn't be a surprise if they get a surge in profits once this rolls out.

The best is yet to come. We're very overwhelmed with the adoption that was just announced and it's not the final thing to see, there's still some good news in store for bitcoin and for the cryptocurrencies in general.
Those rumors are becoming real. Once Mastercard has already adopted bitcoin, we will see the reaction of other big companies that are still in doubt about accepting and adopting bitcoin. There's this now the Tesla domino effect.

Is this the usual strategy of JP Morgan when a known institution have bought a lot and they're missing the time to purchase just as Tesla and Microstrategy did? and don't forget about Grayscale.
They think the game is still the same as before whenever they publish negative words towards the bitcoin community, here goes the panic sellers that will plunge the market to make the prices cheap for them. It could still be the same but impact isn't great as before.

This is another reviews website that I've seen. The design is very familiar and probably inspired by the other existing casino reviews website that have came to the forum to discuss about casinos that they review.
I just noticed on the games tab that after suggesting other related casinos, it's suggesting one casino but it's also a good casino. I was expecting to see bustadice on the dice tab but it's not there. I'm not familiar with other casinos that you have reviewed, I hope that you can also review the other popular niches for bitcoin casinos/dice sites.

It's a kind of humiliation if the richest man on Earth tells your app sucks. It's somehow a publicity for them but that's a negative publicity although it's still free publicity for them.
Though the "all publicity is good publicity" might apply here, I'd like to take the optimistic stance and like to think that he has followers that are actual users of FreeWallet, and that they're now ex-users. It's just so bad that even though using an exchange as a wallet isn't a good idea, I'd prefer Coinbase 10x over FreeWallet. That seems to be it and I agree that I would choose over a reputable exchange than it. Although honestly, I have never used it nor tried to deposit any crypto on that wallet. I've just taken a look at Free wallet's twitter handle and they were overwhelmed by messages. They have also replied to Elon's address. https://twitter.com/freewalletorg/status/1359401944855547905https://twitter.com/freewalletorg/status/1359485882441555968https://twitter.com/freewalletorg/status/1359435498553544708

Sorry OP but there's no way that you can retrieve it back. You've just said that you've lost the phone and never did a back up for your wallet. If you've just backed up the wallet before and even you lost that phone years ago, you will still be able to get your bitcoins back but it's not.
The important lesson which has been always being reminded by everyone here to the newbies, always create a back up for your wallet. Just in case of situation like this comes, you can have a deep breath and release and everything's gonna be fine. It's not a rare case to hear someone lost their wallets without backing it up years ago.
Yes. I agree. This kind of incident is very unfortunate and anyone did not want it to happen. You might retrieve the wallwt since it's digital by using some backup passwords or private key and seed phrase. And you can contact your phone provider in order for them to reset the phone so that the person who's gonna have it don't have any access on your things on the phone and I know that the phone itself will no ise for them. I'm sorry for your loss. It is not a joke that kind amount of money next time be sure to handle thinga very properly and don't just focus on profiting but also in securing your wallet and funds. That's doubtful if the phone provider can ever help him retrieve those information that he needed to have. It's on his hands and the phone provider or whichever brand he has it before will decline any kind of help or will just have their empathy to say that they cannot help him in his problem. If ever someone is still using it and picked it up by accident, they might just wipe the data on it and reset the phone. That's what usually happens when there are people who picks up a phone by accident and they don't have any plans of returning it to the owner.
