Nobody would pay top money for him in this covid stricken market. Even if the club finances are normal he would be a risk. I think best solution for all parties in this case is one year long loan deal where some club takes over Kepa wages (or at least big part of them). That way if he resurrects the career, Chelsea can hope to get some money back next year or even return him as a first team keeper.
The problem is finding a club in Premier League willing to take him. Most of them don't need to transfer in goalkeepers at this time, the ones that do saw Kepa's performance; they don't want his kind of performance in their team. He might need to be loaned to a club in EFL championship where they have less money for buying players and a cheap (by Premier League standards) loan can be made to them. I don't agree. Laxman, Dravid, Sachin.etc were legendary players. But they failed very frequently while playing abroad, especially in England and Australia. If you check the stats, then you can see that the current Indian team has the highest win percentage for test matches that were played outside the Indian sub-continent. Back then, the batsmen were world class. Now both the batsmen and the bowlers are among the world's best.
Since you are talking about stats, do you know Sachin averages 53.2 in Australia and 54.31 in England on the other hand Dravid averages 38.68 in Australia and 60.94 in England while Laxman averages 44.14 in Australia and 34.47 in England. India had good batting line up but the bowlers were weak and if you look at the current team they had the best bowlers in world cricket who are able to trouble any team. @SaShuRaJaVu I’m not a much into stats, but yes these three legendary Indian player’s really used to trouble Australia and England bowlers a lot even in away games. The stands will look empty. @Saint-loup I would consider this is a big win for the spectators, and I hope that the organisers will ensure those spectators will strictly follow social distancing norms. UK government’s decision to scrap the plans that would allow fans to be back in the stadium post October 1st, has forced the football clubs to claim that if fans continue to remain absent then they could be forced to shut down their clubs. Furthermore if no middle ground can be reached and clubs are forced to shut down then it’ll definitely harm UK’s economy, because so many people will loose their jobs in an instant, and government will also lose the taxes that it would have normally gained from those clubs, hence it’s important that they find a middle ground soon. Lastly it’s a debatable question but is the UK government right as they’re considering people’s safety first due to the sudden increase in covid cases, or are the clubs right who're fearing for their finances, and not bothering about covid spreading if fans are allowed back?.
Now they know that there’s no fans coming in probably for six months and it’s not just the loss of fan income through the turnstiles, it’s all the other commercial income that follows it: matchday hospitality, advertising, sponsorship, weddings, events and what have you.
So, maybe now they might see that the situation is real, that a number of clubs are going to go bust very, very soon because they’re not going to have the cash to pay the wages and other overheads.

Further I feel that Arsenal may finish at top 5 or top 6, but as usual I fear that they’ll start dropping points in the second half of the season. Lastly Tottenham can only finish in top four if Bale is fully fit, and scores in each and every match or create assists for other player’s, however given his injury record I don’t think that he’ll be playing all the matches even post his recovery.
