It is really the luck of the draw. The group had over 500 THs and did not hit a block. Yes but this miner has maintained 25TH for over a week (not sure how long). Got home from work last night and saw I had a 33G bestshare. Got home and saw it reset, so what the hell normally I'd check the the thread. But for shits and giggles I ran my client and low and behold 25 immature coins! Thanks CK for everything over the years, answering my early questions and all the work you and Kano do. Tips inbound as soon as it matures and for the curious it was my equipment no rentals. Good luck to all! Hey was that one of the units I sold to you?

We take pride of the quality of our units and service yet even our units have their limit, just like any other electronic device. Our customer service has RMA several units as I'm sure the forum members can verify, however we cannot cover damages that are caused by improper maintenance. Our team will continue to work with you as best they can to help you out and will be happy to continue doing so in the future. Regards, Gadi
Wow!!! What an unbelievable claim. I bought 15 SP20Es and I've been trying for over 2 months to get tech support. All I ever get is the run around from Barbara. I have no reason to believe that tech support even exists at Spondoolies-Tech. I wrote detailed emails explaining what I tried. Barbara keeps telling me I have to open a port and let you Skype me because I have 2 DOA SP20Es that have never booted into the user interface. Just what will letting you snoop around my PC tell you about a network device that cannot be recognized by my network ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) When the 15 SP20Es arrived 6 of them would not hash. I found a cryptic FAQ called "MY UNIT IS NOT RESPONDING AFTER A FIRMWARE UPGRADE. HOW DO I RECOVER IT?" Even though these 6 SP20Es had never booted into their user interface and were not recognized by my network I gave it a try any way. I had to go to 3 shops to find this microSDcard with reader in the photography section and bought it for $19. I installed the image and managed to get 4 of the SP20Es running, although not fully. E.g., some are missing a board " or something" as the ASIC Stats report says: 2.6.14 Uptime:73146 | FPGA ver:100 | BIST in 19 -----BOARD-0----- PSU[UNKNOWN]: 0->(247w/247w)[247 247 247] (->247w[247 247 247]) (lim=270) 0c 389GH cooling:0/0xe0 -----BOARD-1----- PSU[UNKNOWN]: 0->(5w/5w)[5 5 5] (->5w[5 5 5]) (lim=270) 0c 0GH cooling:0/0xe0 -----BOARD-2----- PSU[UNKNOWN]: 0->(261w/261w)[261 261 261] (->261w[261 261 261]) (lim=270) 0c 401GH cooling:0/0xe0 -----BOARD-3----- PSU[UNKNOWN]: 0->(195w/195w)[195 195 195] (->195w[195 195 195]) (lim=270) 0c 351GH cooling:0/0xe0 LOOP[0] ON TO:0 (w:6544) 0: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:712 vlt2:719(DCl:794 Tl:794 Ul:719) 99W 139A 64c] ASIC:[ 85c (125c) 1010hz(BL:1010) 3263 (E:193) F:0 L:0] 1: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:716 vlt2:719(DCl:794 Tl:794 Ul:719) 100W 139A 74c] ASIC:[ 85c (125c) 1010hz(BL:1010) 3281 (E:193) F:0 L:0] LOOP[1] OFF TO:0 (test serial failed or something) 2: disabled (serial problem) 3: disabled (serial problem) LOOP[2] ON TO:0 (w:6733) 4: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:710 vlt2:719(DCl:794 Tl:794 Ul:719) 106W 148A 71c] ASIC:[115c (125c) 1040hz(BL:1040) 3325 (E:193) F:0 L:0] 5: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:714 vlt2:719(DCl:794 Tl:794 Ul:719) 104W 146A 89c] ASIC:[120c (125c) 1040hz(BL:1040) 3408 (E:193) F:0 L:0] LOOP[3] ON TO:0 (w:5733) 6: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:667 vlt2:674(DCl:794 Tl:674 Ul:719) 86W 128A 84c] ASIC:[120c (125c) 960hz(BL: 960) 3018 (E:193) F:0 L:0] 7: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:640 vlt2:642(DCl:794 Tl:642 Ul:719) 69W 109A 82c] ASIC:[120c (125c) 860hz(BL: 860) 2715 (E:193) F:1 L:0]

After paying for my order I received this email: After a successful burn-in test, we are happy to announce that your units were shipped and are now on their way to you. The units were shipped with Fedex. Please see attached shipping documents. A lot of work was put into designing, building, and shipping these units. We believe you will enjoy them very much. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at info@spondoolies-tech.com. Best Regards, Katya Penkar Sales Operations Manager Spondoolies-Tech LTD. Tel.: +972(8)8606636 Fax : +972 (8)8643050 Mobile: +972(54)4882443
So if this email was true and the 15 SP20Es worked when Spondoolies-Tech shipped them then they are so fragile they degrade and die in transit. Please explain why SP refuses to RMA or refund (1J3p2htyCPucmJ1pNaCamsmKdZBbLwhBy5) my two (2) DOA SP20Es and what to do about the SP20Es with the dead board " or something". Not to mention the 2.5 months of lost production from 2 SP20Es plus a few partially functioning SP20Es. Order: SO1500241, Your Order: 4364, Customer Number: 101113 Gadi, Why don't you or someone at SP answer me ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I have not received one answer to any of my questions or my numerous emails to your company. I provided the PO numbers so you know I'm the one that bought 15 SP20Es directly from SP and have been contacting you for months. It appears you've gone out of business. Hi Miasma, The last email correspondence with you that I could find in our system is dated March 31 where Barbara offered to RMA the units but you have not responded. If you have other tickets open please share them either here or via PM. I also understand that you were asked multiple times to contact the support team via Skype and were also offered for them to contact you. The tech support team is the only one who can diagnose the unit thoroughly. Were they able to get in touch with you? Gadi SpondooliesTech gives BitCoin a bad reputation. Had I paid you with a credit card and you shipped me the two DEAD SP20Es I would have disputed the charge and gotten my money back. But with BitCoin you got paid upfront and just thumb your nose at me. You've ignored me me for months and have never answered a single one of my reasonable questions. You pretend as if there's some way you can diagnose the two DEAD SP20Es via Skype. Why don't you stop lying and tell the truth ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) You do NOT stand behind your warranty. You lied to me and said you did a sucessful burn-in test before you shipped the 15 SP20Es and yet several of them failed to work out of the box. I had to spend hours reinstalling their firmware images. How does that constitute a sucessful burn-in Depending on what they do there is a lot they can tell via skype/teamviewer. They can see how the miner reacts, and also they are able to tell you to open it without voiding warranty since they are watching. I would say give them a chance on Skype, it's far better then paying shipping if they can get them possibly fixed from the Skype session. Notlist3d, When are you going to repay the money you borrowed from me on BTCjam ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I bolded this part in blue , please pm me both notlist3d and Miasma I want to know the truth about this statement. thread is locked until this statement is proven true or false. I opened this since notlist3d wants to speak about this accusation.

I will try to start up on sat the 16th ot very early sun the 17th
goal is to not over pay which means using about 0.0095 to 0.0101per th
philipma1957, just a thought: you should align your plans with altcoins launch ... if there are some sha256-based altcoin scheduled to be launched over the weekend the price will probably go higher... Great point. Then again, if the order is set for the max of 0.0101 and the price goes beyond that, wouldn't the order just sit unfulfilled until the prices dropped back down? By the way... is that a hint that some SHA-256 alt coin is launching this weekend? ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) I thought the same thing but I can sit and wait for price

philipma1957, just a thought: you should align your plans with altcoins launch ... if there are some sha256-based altcoin scheduled to be launched over the weekend the price will probably go higher... well I have 7 of 10 btc needed and not that I want to wait weeks or start to soon but A) I need to wait for 3 btc B) since it is solo mining say 250th west 750 th east stoppages are no cost. Eventually price will drop down again. C) we are 4 days from the diff adj I rather start after the adj then before it. D) We were almost never frozen due to price last time we did it. So for timing most likely I am waiting for the new diff. to happen rather then starting today or tomorrow. The adjustment will come on the 17th. it looks to be 1or 2%. your pool prices tend to heat up right before adjustment and of course when there is a hot alt coin. I think I am too close to the next adjustment to start this and of course we need 3 more coins form the 10 that are in this time.

Isn't mother's day a US only "holiday"? Since the majority of hash power is overseas I don't see how Mom's day would contribute.
Well we did 122 blocks then jumped up hard on mon and tues. so 122 is a lot for variance . if we are truly flat 134 to 154 is more then likely variance. Some mining gear needs baby sitting and on a day like mom's day miners in the usa could be too busy to maintain gear . the network is 340ph and should make 144 blocks so if 10ph got shut off due to holiday business that is about 4 or 5 blocks. the rest is variance . I figure most of europe lost home mining due to power prices. I think 80ph is USA . I think 10 ph is Canada http://www.statutoryholidays.com/mothers-day.php USA Canada a few other countries see wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mother%27s_DayChina is in the list for Sun the 10th of 2015

I am in a bidding war with bitcoin shops (btcs) to take over Spondoolie Tech. Please speculate on my success rate.
You have less then 10 percent chance of winning, but more of a chance then that of a snowball's chance in hell.

Mr Con May I ask you If one miner make 200 billion best share 200,000,000,000 and didn't discover a block , That mean block diff not in 0 to 200 billion ?
Or someone new join and made a 50 billion bestshare can solve ? Or he must do over 200 billion to solve it.
200 or 50 Billion, it doesn't matter both are block solves at this difficulty. And the 200B will have no effect on the difficulty on the following block. The difficulty is adjusted every 2016 blocks and that is the target of all block solves for that period of 2016 blocks. If the 200Billion share didn't get rewarded then it must have been orphaned. Well if it was orphaned ckpool did not show an orphan in months. IIRC. As I understand this the guy did a solo pool ticket from nicehash . NICEHASH pointed the ticket to ck's solo pool and the guy got a 200 bill share with no block reward. Which means something is wrong if and this is a huge if the poster really got a 200 bill share. 20,000,000,000 looks like 200,000,000,000 without the commas look below: 20000000000 200000000000 one number is 20 bill the other is 200 bill To the poster do you have a screen shot or any kind of proof? This appears to be an older problem 20 days old? Maybe I am reading this wrong.

http://btc.blockr.io/charts5/ 3/2015 140 blocks----------- that is - 2 since about half were the last adjustment and half were this adjustment 5/ 4/2015 130 blocks---------- that is - 14 5/ 5/2015 154 blocks---------- that is +10 5/ 6/2015 157 blocks---------- that is +13 5/ 7/2015 148 blocks---------- that is +4 5/ 8/2015 143 blocks---------- that is -1 5/ 9/2015 140 blocks---------- that is -4 5/10/2015 122 blocks---------- that is -22 5/11/2015 147 blocks---------- that is +3 5/12/2015 154 blocks---------- that is +10 we are down about 5 blocks at the moment. we have made 1406 blocks -5 means we should be at 1411 So we have a 'real number of (-0.35%)I suspect some variance has been in charge this entire adjustment period other then Mother's Day which was the lowest day. I think that day was the miners had do do Mom's da thus some gear was turned down.

Sunday the 17th for another try. I am busy the next few days so I can't babysit the pc.
Hey, philipma1957, like kenshirothefist said a few posts back - why the heck aren't you using NiceHashBot? It will do the babysitting for you ... all you have to do is to run a simple app... That app is easier but it does have no ability to think 2 moves ahead. Lets say you are at 0.0097 a th with 500 th and some one is at 0.0096 with 400th just under you. Your max setting is 0.0100 Someone does a very small max order which does not last long puts it in for 0.0099 if I see this I think 2 moves ahead and do nothing the small max order burns up . The bot sees this and moves my order to 0.0100 I am pretty much anti bot for this type of renting. A lot of people all using bots basically tends to drive the renting price upwards more then babysitting the site does. Okay back to the rental I got a lot of pm's 7btc + 1btc from me = 8 btc of the 10 we are looking for. I will reply to the pm's later today.
