Я вот уже примерно 2.5 месяца назад послал через госуслуги в суды официальный запрос, на тему, почему на мой адрес уже несколько раз, не один, и не два, а больше, приходят вызовы в суд на человека, который никогда не жил в моей квартире, мало того, он уже умер 4 года назад. А почему-то судебные документы до сих пор приходят НА МОЙ ДОМАШНИЙ АДРЕС. Я послал ОФИЦИАЛЬНЫЙ запрос. И он был принят. А ответа я так и не получил. К чему бы это так? И что делать дальше? Слать еще раз запрос? А кто виноват? А кто должен понести за это наказание? А кто виноват в том, что те люди, которые посылали на мой адрес левые документы до сих пор не понесли наказания? А почему? И так далее до бесконечности..
Проблема представителей нашего общества (например, журналистов) в том, что они НЕ УМЕЮТ, НЕ ЗНАЮТ И НЕ МОГУТ задавать правильные вопросы. А ведь это очень просто. Просто ЛЮБОЙ вопрос должен начинаться со слов "КТО ВИНОВАТ В ТОМ, ЧТО...."
Вы отправили запрос. Если еще раз ситуация повторится, можете жаловаться в прокуратуру, администрацию президента, председателю суда. Строчить жалобы у нас не запрещено. |

Сливают, если нужно, ЛЮБЫЕ банки в РФ. И даже те, которые не сливают, если к ним придут серьезные и вежливые люди в погонах и попросят слить конкретные данные, да так, чтобы это не отразилось ни в одном документе - сольют и не обосрутся даже. Потому что такая уж наша банковская система! Скорее всего он имел ввиду то, что если приставы возбудят исполнительное делопроизводство, то начнут блокировать все доступные счета, но киви не тронут, и это правда. Киви не входит в спектр их видимости, поэтому картой можно легко пользоваться, даже если все ваши банковские карты арестованы и с них слетают любые суммы, которые там появляются. В этом случае карта киви действительно отличная альтернатива. Мой опыт. После выигрыша суда вам дадут исполнительный лист. Если отдадите приставам, то подвигов по возврату от приставов не будет, они все перегружены и процесс закончится стандартной процедурой запроса в несколько банков. Забрать деньги быстро можно 2 способами. Решалы, которые берут до 20% и работают с приставами. Они пробивают должника, и если есть где забрать, дают эти данные приставу, а пристав может забрать деньги. Пробить должника самостоятельно и отнести исполнительный лист в его банк. Копия заявления будет у вас, и банк в установленный срок отправит вам деньги. Банк эти нормы нарушать не будет, себе дороже. Забрать деньги можно с любого банка, дело только в комиссии посредникам. |

Example: my investment of 300 euro becomes 500 euro. Is it better to take out my initial investment or only take the profit ? And reinvest that profit ?
How do you guys do this ?
I just feel like i'm missing potential profits by not selling and seeing my potential profits go up and down.
You don't make all the money in the market. The best scheme is to wait for a profit of 200 percent and take your invested money. Or you invest as a long-term investor. But then you are waiting for a bigger profit but you also understand that you can lose most of the investment. |

^^^ I was trying to convert it to my local currency and €0.5635 per Kwh translates to ₹45 per Kwh. For me it sounds outrageous. I am paying around ₹7 per Kwh (and it is higher than what most of the others pay in India, ranges from ₹3 to ₹8 per Kwh).
And what's the minimum wage in India and how does it compare to the 12 euros per hour minimum in Germany? It's a German thing and has been like so for a decade, despite your endless claims about cheap energy that did bla bla since Ostpolitik (you really love that word, don't you?) that gave all that misterious advantage for German's economy, the prices for electricity in Germany have always been atrocious. Same as gasoline price, around 1.5 euros since 2003-2004, E10 is currently 1.77/liter. Even diesel that is by default more expensive was 1.42 12 months ago and is 1.82 now in full economic doom and gloom, Germany will freeze to death, run for the hills, Europe is going bankrupt apocalypse everyone who hasn't set one foot in Europe claims because it has seen so on Russian propaganda. I don't know very well the details of how the energy industry works, but I can't quite explain those prices, being the average price in Spain 0,2460 €/kWh nowadays (The link I have provided gives data from the end of May. Такую стратегию я бы использовал для венчурного инвестирования, где из 50 проектов несколько сделают 100 иксов, несколько 50, а остальные пропадут. А распылятся на 30-40 фундаментальных активов не хочется, потому что они примерно одинаковые иксы дают, по среднему выйдет тоже самое, если продать правильно.
