3761  Other / Meta / Re: Ponzi Schemes are illegal right? on: June 13, 2018, 09:49:58 PM
I want to know why this is if they are illegal in the majority of the countries. Doesn't this forum have to follow the laws that its hosted in?
I am sure ponzi is illegal in all countries.

Actually I don't think ponzis are inherantly illegal. If you tell people in your terms and conditions and they agree to them, then it's up to them whether to follow it or not.
False advertising is the illegal part not the idea behind it.
Nonsense.

To be honest this is very interesting topic.

For example, if someone try to sell fixed sport games, topic will be removed because it is illegal to sell fixed games.
Ponzi is also illegal but it is not moderated.

Why are fixed sport games moderated? I mean, both are illegal and both are scams.
3762  Economy / Reputation / Re: Need something cleared up on: June 13, 2018, 07:26:56 PM

Well no, as  I've said, I've been talking about this two times. First time with lauda and then with actmyname and I can write it all again and find pms from both of them (I do believe I've talked with actmyname over telegram, so he might be able to provide that sc or something).

No, what I've meant was "Should I spend my last 30$ now and have it removed or later on, from the first salary, when I'll be able to lose those 20$ if the trust doesn't get removed".

p.s. I didn't wan't to pm them about this because then it would be more suspicious. I know I've made a mistake, a few, and would rather have the whole deal out on the open.

You asked loan on May 29, 2015:
Hi, I'm looking for a small loan of 20$ in btc. I can offer my account as a collateral. Will repay in two weeks or so, currently in a bitmixer.io signature campaign.

Loan (June 02, 2015) : https://blockchain.info/zh-cn/tx/dbf878723436d3da6fba61ab43b8fe3429694551f16118086cf3884f29e4dcdb

And you posted this from your alt account just few days after you took loan on June 06, 2015 :
Is anyone here using brawker? It seems to be shut down or something, it's empty. Can someone help me out a little here? I used to buy with btc from ebay via brawker, now that that's out of the question can someone order something from an ebay for me (I'll provide the info for everything) and I'll transfer the money. Here's the link to prove that I've got the funds on my wallet. blockchain.info/address/1HdK3k1LWG429jADbu9GXTszWmGGz9uVdX

And then few months later you tried to reclaim your account:

~
I've made an account two years ago, late november and used it untill I got to Senior member a year later and decided to take a break due to college... Well now after a year of break I've deided to come back into btc talk and to my surprise I couldn't login so I've tried al of my possible password combinations
~

Month later you registered account Tyrantt and this was your first post:

Hello! I wasn't much into bitcoin, or not at all, but lately I've been hearing lots about it from my friends and reading on the internet. So, here I am. Can you tell me some ways that I can earn bitcoin with? Thank you.
Stop playing dumb.

Since I wasn't paying attention to that loan I've "bailed" on a few years ago (even tho I've had a collateral), will I have negative trust removed if the loan is repaid?

This is mainly for hilariousandco and marlboroza.

Did they tag you for the loan alone or did they tag you for being an alt account? let us wait for trust system moderators to see what is their opinion on this.
Even a troll like yourself can read this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1247289.0

This kind of bonus usually come together with 40X wagering requirement so most likely 99% players won't be able to win anything.
Some casinos will even enforce KYC to make sure you are not abusing this bonus with multi accounts.
But sure, it is free money, why not take a chance and win some free cash.

Please refrain from re-posting your own posts without additional imformation.  If you believe someone is a scammer, mark their trust wall accordingly.  Don't expect others to do your work for you.  You've now re-posted the same post twice.  Give it a rest.

3771  Economy / Reputation / Re: digaran is an alt of... ... on: June 11, 2018, 06:45:15 PM
I thought you will say digaran is an alt of digaran2 because they both have two "a" in username but ok.

Maybe that number "2" in digaran2's username is connected with your calculation. If you remove two zeroes from 200 in Pirateat40's avatar you will get number "2".

Notbatman has -2 in his profile which means  2 - 2 = 0 which means "2" in digaran2 doesn't really exists.  Shocked

Also, notbatman has -2: -1/ +0. We all know (-2) X (-1) = +2.

Strange, 2 + 2 = 4, adding 0 to 4 will give us 40 which is number in Pirateat40's username.

Note: Pay attention to colors.

Reason for your tag is that I am not on DT ~blah~
Read reference.
Conspiracy theory number 7.
Are you also in bed with marlboroza? it seems that you have a habit of obstructing justice wherever you go.
So far a global moderator is in bed with marlboroza, he included him on DT2 and after a few weeks marlboroza changed email address, could we say that don hilary is also doing something shady with DT1 position he was given temporarily?
Conspiracy theory number 8.

First he bribed DarkStar_ with DT2 position, of course that's just in my head because don hilary's alt is not in chipmixer signature campaign. this is all conspiracy theories and all are in my head. nothing shady here. <sarcasm tag>
Conspiracy theory number 9.

This forum need new rules.
No more than 5 conspiracy theories per single day.

BitcoinPenguin has problems with withdrawal lately, read more here:

On side note, ask game protect for license of sites which they are FREE advertising, especially unlicensed casino which they are FREE advertising.

3780  Economy / Gambling / Re:💰Buff88.com |In-play|eSports |Sports |Casino |BTC, ETH and altcoins accepted💰 on: June 10, 2018, 11:49:39 AM
On side note
First of all, Buff88 is an illegal casino without valid license! Illegal casinos can not have juridical valid terms and conditions!

Hence, whatever reference to "their" terms and conditions is nonsense!

Don't listen to game protect.

He FREE advertise unlicensed casino BitcoinRush, according to him - no valid license = ToS is nonsense and with that said according to GP this part of BitcoinRush's ToS We ask that minors not use the site for gambling is nonsense. Game protect obviously want minors to gamble.  Roll Eyes
I said the reference is nonsense. Roll Eyes
I spoke in reference to Buff88 and not BitcoinRush! Roll Eyes
Where exactly does Game Protect state it wants minors to gamble? Roll Eyes
Minors gambling is automatically regulated in the civil and criminal laws of the applicable jurisdiction!
So you do agree that bitcoinrush's(which you are FREE advertising) ToS is nonsense.

As I have wrote previously, I didn't even know making multiple accounts were against terms and conditions.
It is clearly stated in their ToS.
As I have wrote above this quote, When you register account to certain website which doesn't require detail information such as personal information but only requires email address, who read all of the Terms and Condition? Seriously?
This is not excuse for breaking ToS.
Quote
At this time, withdrawal amount was small, so I think they have approved my request. And they have mentioned about I have account "B" and "C", and they have suspended "B" account.
Well, I have created new account (Account "C"), but "B" Account they have suspended was account of my colleague's from my company.
Whos account is account A?
So you violated their ToS with 2 accounts, they limited one account, banned the other one and then you created third account?
You are basically saying it is OK for you to break ToS but if they enforce the same terms it is not OK.

Quote
Since our company have 1 main IP address for outbound, Buff88.com thought these were all my accounts.
ToS:
One personal single account pertaining to one domestic household address or IP address
