Generally if you always fail to use 2FA usually the problem is in the time zone I mean the time on your phone is different than on your computer , specifically I have never experienced it it's just that I heard from some friends , If it still fails then support is the last solution ask support to reset your 2FA but it will take some time to confirm that you are the original owner of the account. This is the first time I contact support to ask for help I'm glad they gave me the right instructions, I just checked the setting and resync the authenticator for the 2FA to function properly got my account, and recover my coins glad that I have most of my BFG tokens on my wallet in case I lose my account I only have a small amount in my dashboard. |

That is a strange behaviour, specially when they have spend 100$ bucks on Christmas giveaway. It had some issues, and it turned to be gamblers need to deposit before they can withdraw rewards, but I've managed to withdraw part of giveaway without it. Basically got free money.
