Well for now --people of Karnataka must follow this introduced bill to avoid punishment, this is too strict and I won't risk my life and be in jail just to gamble. That is the law that we must follow, you can migrate into other countries that dont have banned gambling. That's a good question, but I think you are right, people who have never win anything are less likely to get addicted than people who have won big prizes. When you've made good profits I think you start to think you can be lucky again and win bigger prizes than those you've earned until now. Good to know that you mentioned "if you are greedy" in your submission and that alone will take care of your word "natural". To be greedy in playing gambling it can simply means you must have made some money and you want to make more and that process will lead to addiction.
