Sorry you are on a public forum  Roll Eyes,
If the post is off topic, use the report to moderator thread.
The person who is trying to get their legendary account back; can't say I blame them.
Repeated threads you can always link the OP to the thread and ask them to lock theirs, or report to moderator that it is a duplicate thread.
I haven't looked any further than what you provided.
Also not sure what the rules are around the rest of the Forum but if you are in Marketplace you can bump a thread once a day, just delete the previous bump.

Good for you, you have so much patience with this, I'm always reading on some threads and unluckily I'm hanging around just in here, THE META SECTION, that's why I don't give shits to those threads/comments. It's kinda annoying for my side, instead of reading some quality posts I can only see those lurking around here. Can't even find some threads that are worth reading because they've been flooded by  shit posts.
3782  Other / Meta / Re: BUMPING??? on: May 10, 2018, 01:24:05 AM
I think the OP here is complaining about the threads bumped by their creators.
People are bumping threads to get mods/theymos attention with different suggestions/complaints.

Absolutely,At first I thought it was only lag issues that's why I'm seeing older posts but it wasn't. I'm a bit irritated on the way as it is,Almost all of the threads were just bumped by newbies with their useless / redundant post of other posts. Well, it's hardly okay if the threads were bumped by useful posts, but it is not.
Is the forum are now tolerating this shit? We've been seeing a couple of these, it's too much now more than the last time.
Just like this posts below This Posts were created yesterday:

3783  Other / Meta / BUMPING??? on: May 09, 2018, 06:38:57 PM
I already tried refreshing my page but still I've been seeing Bumped Threads all over the Meta Section. What the hell is going on here in our forum? First the less actions of the MODs and DTs on the reports, and now this? Almost all of the threads in the first page of the META was a Bumped Threads.

Oh god why, it seems that the MODs and DTs have been tired of this shits, that's why we're seeing more shits even now. I hope the new forum will now soon emerge.
3784  Other / Meta / Re: Joel_Jantsen's Merit Distribution Thread (Newbies Welcome) on: May 09, 2018, 12:38:43 AM
always a pleasure, this make me so angry. I have a dream that someday someone start to tag them all. This is not far for the good people here.

3 merit abuser, or better 1 merit abuser with 3 alts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2896910.msg36729723#msg36729723

Reports now this days aren't having their actions needed, I really don't know why but it's kinda annoying that this shits keeps on lurking around here. I really hope that some Mods or DTs will take action in no time.
3785  Other / Meta / Re: [List] Rule-Breakers. (Homographs attacks included) DTs/Mods attention needed. on: May 09, 2018, 12:30:58 AM
Bumping this thread due to lack of action from the Mod's side.
Added users using homograph attacks on my second comment.
I'll gonna go add my report here, so please kindly excuse this from your thread. Thanks. (This isn't a suspected Merit Abuser, but a REAL ONE. The fact that he only have a few Merit to spend with his alts, I think if this guy have a lot of sMerits he would definitely send more from it.)

And also I wanna add this guy to the list for being a bounty spammer.

3786  Other / Meta / Re: Is the merit system flawed? on: May 08, 2018, 05:41:20 PM
With the current number of cheaters, farmers, and abusers... Yes, it is flawed. If only Merits that was given to the shitty accounts can be removed, I guess it will be necessary to call that the Merit System is a success.
3787  Other / Meta / Re: What are the classifications? on: May 08, 2018, 04:08:15 PM
For merits theymos did say that he will not moderate any abuses so i'm assuming same applies for moderators not blocking any accounts if merit abuse is reported. About posts yes recently even i saw that no action is being taken maybe there are too many requests or mods don't want to block them

Speaking of merit abusers as theymos said he's not moderating nowadays dt members have also stopped tagging merit abusers , i don't know why is this happening but i feel it's maybe because they are scared that they might be removed from the list or like mods they also don't care

If this was the case, then it's kinda annoying for us. Nobody will take this system seriously if they tolerate those shits as what they're doing right now. If onky I can tagged them RED then I would but my account will be at stake if I did that. What i mean is if I tagged them RED, there is also a possibilty that they will also tagged me together with their alts. And that would be a problem for me.
3788  Other / Meta / What are the classifications? on: May 08, 2018, 03:55:17 PM
Recently I have been seeing some accounts that has been giving Merits to their alts. I also saw some accounts that are not capable of contributing to the forum with their quality posts hence they're the shitposters.

I've already reported those accounts and even made a thread related to those. As for my own perception, my reports are just being ignored.

May I ask,Is there any classifications for the mods to take action on the reported accounts? If there is, what are the  classifications for you to report those accounts and be completely called as shitposter and merit abusers?
3789  Other / Meta / Re: [List] Suspected users that are abusing merit 3.0 on: May 08, 2018, 12:26:16 AM
When I was sorting some new threads to be read I recently found this Topic:

This newbie caught my attention for the reason he already have 2 Merits, I'm actually aware that almost all of the newbies now aren't gaining some of this that's why I looked into his Merit Summary.

And suddenly, I found out that the Merited Post of this Newbie wasn't deserving.

So, I actually investigated the Merit Source of that post and voila!  I actually found a Merit Abuser and a Bounty Spammer just like this guy (celtic99).

This Accounts Are Definitely Handled By One Person.

The best thing to do is bring it to professionals that would do this for you. Tinkering with it might cause more problems than what it has right now and ultimately lose all your data forever. Problem is, once you allow someone to retrieve your data, then they can have access to it too. So you better weigh the consequences of doing so. Since I do not know where you live, you have to do your research on where to find these professionals.

Computer Technicians here are way too lazy, The moment I asked them if they're fixing HDDs, they just keep on saying that it can't be fix so better to buy a new one. So I just taught to myself that I can't rely on this people, that's why I'm now searching for possibilities here. If only I can have a spare board for my HDD, I'll be happy to try it out. But if my files doesn't have any chances to be retrieved then I'll just accept it. At the very least I tried my best together with a help of somebody.

EDITED: I'll be locking this thread once I found the answer.
3791  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust ratings on: May 07, 2018, 04:55:46 PM
After reviewing mprep's trust ratings, it seems that some of his neg trust was due to some auctions that he participated in the past.

As for me, I'm seeing his trust rating like this:

He's also a fellow human being, getting tagged by other people isn't that impossible, he also might have mistaken from what he did before that's why he get that, even if he was already a mod.
3792  Economy / Services / Re: 5$ Service on: May 07, 2018, 03:34:33 PM
Well first of all, which operating system are you running?
I'm currently using Windows 10. Apparently my problem is not on software, its on the HDD itself.

If the fault was an instant one (without death clicks) replace the circuit board with a new one. you're not seen a running on the HDD means, a circuit board fault (Mostly), if it wasn't the drive motor. As I feel, this is a recoverable fault.
The HDD isn't vibrating as the way it was before so I'd say it's not gaining any current into my power supply. I already tried cleaning the bronze thing in the circuit board but still it wasn't running. Now I tried removing the board at the back of the HDD but I don't have any spare yet. Is there other ways to fix it? I do have a current tester but sadly I dont know how to use it.
3793  Economy / Services / 5$ Service on: May 07, 2018, 07:23:54 AM
I'm offering a 5$ reward for somebody who can teach or give some guides on how can I recover my files in my corrupted internal HDD.  I already tried to put it on other cpu but it seems that it doesn't have any current running on it. I tried to remove the board at the back of it but sadly I don't have any spares yet.  Please someone help me recover my files.
Some people already said that internal HDDs aren't repairable but I don't believe them.
3794  Other / Meta / Re: I don't understand this "going back to merit" thing on: May 06, 2018, 03:42:28 PM
This person might have experienced some lag issues during his awarding of merits to that said post. This may be a posibility because sometimes it really does happen. If this isn't it, then the one who was given by him a merit seems his alt.

That's the only two possibilities that may come. But judging by the time he awarded it, I think it's really some lag issues and he tried refreshing it though, but still there's quite a lot of it so the possibility of this being his alt is also high.
3795  Other / Meta / Re: Joel_Jantsen's Merit Distribution Thread (Newbies Welcome) on: May 06, 2018, 01:57:52 PM
I didn't post a report here just to have a merit. I also just want this guy/s to be out of here. Seriously, this guy annoys me whenever he posts some offtopic replies just like he did to my previous post which is already deleted, entitled " what's new"

Kindly check this person's account, in my point his absolutely a bastard bounty spammer and upon looking his merit stats... You may find something fishy together with user "green547"

Why?

But still don't be alarmed.
3797  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: What if.. on: May 05, 2018, 04:05:35 PM

Well, I just based on some comments of some certain persons in Meta, I really don't know what's the cause of these issues, on why they're not giving any shits out of us. Some have said that they're tired of seeing filipinos as they're also one of those shitposters and bounty spammers.

3798  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / What if.. on: May 05, 2018, 07:34:16 AM
What if some sections in locals will be remove, and philippines may be one of those, are you in favor of it? Many foreigners here especially some of the higher ranks doesn't seem to like us here. They just keep on saying that we've just been doing shits all around here while lurking.

Maybe this might be a problem for us if this is where about to happen.

Temp banned him and currently cleaning up his threads. If he continues this behavior, just post here again.

That was quite fast. Then how about my post regarding of a shitposter? Can you also put an actuon on it? I recently moved it on the reputation section. Anyways, here's the link:
