Recently I have been seeing some accounts that has been giving Merits to their alts. I also saw some accounts that are not capable of contributing to the forum with their quality posts hence they're the shitposters.

I've already reported those accounts and even made a thread related to those. As for my own perception, my reports are just being ignored.

May I ask,Is there any classifications for the mods to take action on the reported accounts? If there is, what are the  classifications for you to report those accounts and be completely called as shitposter and merit abusers?

For merits theymos did say that he will not moderate any abuses so i'm assuming same applies for moderators not blocking any accounts if merit abuse is reported. About posts yes recently even i saw that no action is being taken maybe there are too many requests or mods don't want to block them

Speaking of merit abusers as theymos said he's not moderating nowadays dt members have also stopped tagging merit abusers , i don't know why is this happening but i feel it's maybe because they are scared that they might be removed from the list or like mods they also don't care

If this was the case, then it's kinda annoying for us. Nobody will take this system seriously if they tolerate those shits as what they're doing right now. If onky I can tagged them RED then I would but my account will be at stake if I did that. What i mean is if I tagged them RED, there is also a possibilty that they will also tagged me together with their alts. And that would be a problem for me.

Reg tagging someone who likely abuse merit system will put taggers under high risks of being red tagged.
It will result in another abusement, red tagged abusement.

The problem with this is that there's so much subjectivity in tagging suspected merit abusers--meaning it's hard to prove that someone gave someone else merits because there was a deal made behind it, or that the merit recipient is an alt of the merit sender.  That's basically why I don't tag suspected merit abusers, and Theymos has basically said people shouldn't be tagging them unless the case is blatant merit abuse.

Now OP, I would say that even if your reports seemingly go ignored, you're doing the right thing by reporting them.  At the very least you get some measure of psychological satisfaction in doing your part.  After that, it's up to the mods as to whether the members are banned or whatever.  Don't let the non-response be an impediment to you doing your part.  If you just give up, nothing will ever change.

But what's the use i actually report all these people so that an action can be taken against them getting merits simply for posting shit is completely unfair , most of you might have higher ranks but it is us who mainly feel more angry

There is no use if you tag them or they tag you none of you are going to get any red paint it is just going to be under untrusted feedback we need dt members otherwise it's better if we stop reporting and waste our time
