The problem with automation is that the software only picks specific qualities, unlike humans who can be flexible. What OP has to do it get a better camera, better lighting and a better background for taking the required selfies, then try uploading again. I think he will get approved. I faced a similar issue in the past, but with an exchange that was using Jumio to verify. There was never in a conversation that he will not get his money because he did not upload his documents the right way, in fact, they just want his documents to upload the right way, anyway, the support posted that it will be resolved I just hope OP will be responsible enough to change the title and add resolved when it is finally resolved.
