@CoinClarity Thank you for the clarifying information. ...I can't think about any other safe destination for stolen coins. It is not practical to transfer the stolen coins directly to exchanges.
It is... Certainly less in 2019 but it's always been, more or less. For years it was almost usual. There was no 'control' or 'analysis'. There were hardly any experts. And the exchanges either didn't care or didn't have the needed resources. After a few years, it began to change It's not something that's openly announced but I can tell you that the biggest exchanges (Kraken, Bitstamp and others) work together to fight against funds coming from a hack or other. For example, to block coins received, etc. After that, it started to be public when some exchanges proudly announced: "We blocked the coins of this hack". It has become an opportunity to promote themselves. But they really work together when necessary. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of exchanges that still don't care where the coins come from, or don't have the resources (like back in the earlier days) Someone else (@CoinClarity?) was posting a pic about coinjoin transactions. It's possible to make your bitcoins looking not used with CJ

You don't really need a lawyer and it's not as expensive as someone says. Spending from $1k to $4k at max is peanuts for a company, and if there is no budget for, then there is a problem in the 'set up' Do you really need to file the patent in the US? There, it's USPTO in charge of cases regardin the protection of inventions and trademarks. It decides whether or not to grant a patent. But you can use PCT to file a patent application in several countries at the same time https://www.wipo.int/pct/en/(it doesn't include the US, only USPTO can deliver it)

About the Universal basic income.
I don't know enough, but it's the thing where everyone would make the same amount of money, no matter what's your job?
Young people are not going to go to school for 10 years to become doctors if it is to earn the same salary as the one working at Mac Donald's. The redistribution of wealth, yes, but the one who doesn't do anything with his life and watches Youtube all day long, he lives as well as the one who works hard? What the hell is this? They have a free house, free food, free pocket money, free everything, I call this already the redistribution of wealth
Didn't expect you to make this blunder. As others have pointed out. It is not what you say. Universal Basic Income is something that everyone will receive no matter what. You can of course be a doctor and make more money or a teacher or anything that your heart pleases. But that's your job. What happens if you are unable to work or are penniless? You become a drag on your relatives or the government. At such instances, the basic income is something that you would receive in your bank account would be like free money that the government would provide you so that you can afford to live. On paper this can be a game changer, although there are many pros and cons to this system. a blunder? Excuse me to not be an economics dictionary lol But I think I got it and I think the same. Lazy people will stay on a sofa all days. In my country, they have it already (not exactly called the same). They get a free house, free health insurance, etc... And they earn near the same as someone working (perhaps 3% less) ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Every month the money hits their bank account. Doing nothing mate. Why would they want to work for i.e. $1000 while they already get $950 if you are unable to work or are penniless then it's simple, go to find a job. It seems normal. If people already working with a salary will get a 'second salary' I won't refuse free money ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

...It is scam monitor site, created only for that purpose...
All HYIPs monitors are scams, they're paid to list a website on their site and often they're also paid to keep a site listed as 'Paying'. They include a referral link because it's part of the deals with HYIP owner. As well reinvest any $ earned from commission (so the monitor can also post on forums and get paid for) Some of the most popular monitors are owned by someone who managed an HYIP before. :/

I told it some days ago, wouldn't be surprised if it goes below $7,500. But now I'm more and more confident the scenario will happen. At least we will be fixed to know if the downtrend continues or not. We turned to a fear period for some days. By the way ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fpbs.twimg.com%2Fmedia%2FEC-y1lsXUAEOnBF%3Fformat%3Djpg%26name%3D900x900&t=663&c=FtF9Am7W3tHKjw) Possibility for major breakout? We have a large ascending triangle on both 3hr candle and RSI If accurate we should breakout this large sym triangle within 3 days Bears are still lurking and a possibility for 8k All depends on legitimacy of this ascending triangle imo ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) https://twitter.com/TheCryptomist/status/1166347470902833154

So you expect to see a mixer (supposed to anonymize you) applying a KYC legislation? That doesn't make sense in any way. Whoever uses such service does not necessarily mean he has something to hide, as well that doesn't mean he's doing anything illegal. It's called having the right to privacy because people don't need to know what you do with your money. What would you say if your bank account history was accessible to everyone on a monthly basis?

For once Chainalysis doesn't publish something to say bad things about mixers...
We can see that there are many different user types that use mixers, (and some use multiple mixers to mix their bitcoin, for obvious reasons) but I would have thought the gambling rate would be much more significant. Knowing that exchanges platforms do not accept TXs coming from betting sites & co, I wonder how gamblers deal with it (or they all lose their money on betting, the house always win, it's true lol)

@Theb
Yeah, it's a similar thing. Let's say it's based on a 'condition'. I had read his comment yesterday and I had also thought about the stop-limit order. The difference is the condition for a stop-loss order is based on a price. While the condition for @shield132 idea would be based on a date for example.
But like @TryNinja I didn't see the point, @shield132 says it's good for those who can't hold. I think if someone can't hold on their own BTC, they're better to use a 3rd party like coinbase, and they shouldn't start to use something like that if it's a newbie. If it's a matter of price then a limit order is the point to use

There is not much information about it. What or who are the funds for? On the redemption date, you will see both the principal amount and the interest accrued in your Binance account ‘balances’. This process will be automatic.
So they pay everything back (principal + interest rate) only at the end? Not interesting if the redemption date is 1 year later for exemple I don't think that they are legally allowed to delete your information in the first few years. But even if they were, nothing prevents them from pleasing you by saying ' we deleted your information' while in reality they didn't do it. If you also take into consideration that they use a third party KYC desk, Binance itself isn't even in control of people's KYC information. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) It may be different since GDPR. The person has the right to obtain from the service to erase any personal data related to him/her and the company has the obligation to erase anything as soon as possible. Especially since Binance was hacked at least once, it may be considered as a legal reason to ask to Binance to delete data. (no matter if it was handled by a 3rd party, it will have too to remove everything asked) The thing, it forces the company to remove anything about you only from its servers but not from their archives. Because as any company, it keeps archives for different reasons (accounting, etc) and no choice to keep it otherwise the company is breaking a law.

I think this could be a pretty popular thing if implemented correctly. I would probably use such a site instead of buying giftcards for amazon @ a 10% markup rate.
I considered the demand too low for such services (maybe wrongly) and the fact there are already a few websites (as quoted) old and established for some. Basically, I could even process to pay the bills instantly for the EU and use other currencies for others. As well, a gift cards option, (with a 1:1 rate and no crazy rates). Can't say much, in case I was wrong (I'll do a KW research again) but it was something a little more advanced
