Who won?  Smiley

Someone without a signature, so 11 people ended up getting .1 BTC each, TF ended up paying out 1.1 BTC instead of 1 BTC.  Smiley
3782  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [ANN] New BTC faucet in testing. Come try it out. on: June 16, 2013, 09:24:08 AM
Bulk pay does not work like that, it just bunches up several outputs into one transaction. If any output is 5430 satoshis or lower, the whole transaction will be marked as non-standard and may never confirm.
3783  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: been lurking forever, finally going active :) on: June 15, 2013, 08:56:17 PM
No offence, and nothing personal, but this sounds like bullshit to me. A long con.

Trust: -4: -1 / +1(0)
Warning: Trade with extreme caution!

Whatever you say man  Wink

The +1 is from me, you must not understand how the trust system works - the -1 wasn't actually from someone who was scammed.

Well at least the good news is that retarded kids have moved on from pretending like they're businessmen to pretending like they're reputation gatekeepers or whatever this retarded shit is. The reading level: junior high "business plans" were getting a little tedious.

Precisely, you nailed my job on the head.

In other terms, I take the got out of these people's title of faggot, because they don't deserve to get anything.

Epicness of what happens on CoinChat in the average day:

Me and lordson decided to go tip-mad today, another reason why you should use coinchat  Wink

<3

And of course, the almighty DiamondCardz vs the World battle. Where the mods try to fight me with their powers, while I try to fight them with...tipping.

(of course these periods don't last long, otherwise the whole chat would be submerged in a tip vs 0mute war xD)

And that is your average day, as well as all the other chatter. ;P
3787  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Agreement to pay johnblaze 1BTC on: June 15, 2013, 02:04:40 PM
For reference, what BadBear witnessed is still valid. Untrusted feedback does not mean much anyway if you get positive trusted feedback, @CanadianGuy.

Johnblaze -1btc

final score

I think this thread is enough to get you scammer tagged, in fact.

3789  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Agreement to pay johnblaze 1BTC on: June 15, 2013, 01:41:10 PM
he has come down to my level, basically..

 Grin

Excuse me? No, you're still pretty bad. Maybe I shouldn't have left. Back to the shitcan with your trust. Smiley

Do I think what he's done is ok? No, I think it's very immoral. But if someone offers to make up with you for a $100 bet, that you might have never paid out, shown by your failure to use escrow, and you still say you'll ruin their rep? That's being an ass.

lol, the funny thing is, this scammer has actually confused you so much that you are falling for his tricks

when you make a deal (a bet in this case), you are obligated to uphold your end, otherwise you are a scammer. you do not get to negotiate if and how you will uphold your end. you either do it or you dont.

he hasn't and he won't.

his reputation SHOULD be ruined, regardless if he pays me or not. suppose he engages in another deal with another forum member. the other member pays him for something. he turns around and says that he will not uphold his end unless X, X, and X other demands are met. lol i can't believe this even needs to be said

K, I know what scamming is, dude.

I do not agree with your decision to leave the feedback even if he pays you, you're really being sour.

The feedback on CanadianGuy has been removed, I no longer wish to be involved in this.

you must think its ok for a scammer to scam and hold the funds hostage until his demands are met.

bitcointalk logic at its finest. see my example posted above:

apparently you think this is how it works: "ok you've paid me 10 btc to build you a website, thanks. now i will only build that website for you if you leave me good feedback. if you don't leave good feedback, then i will not give you anything and i will openly and admittedly scam you."

I removed the negative rep because I don't want to be involved any more, he still has the TWC mark because of TradeFortress, so not much has changed.
3792  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TruCoin is a scammer on: June 15, 2013, 01:32:44 PM
Shitcanned his trust rating, he's shady anyway.
3793  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Agreement to pay johnblaze 1BTC on: June 15, 2013, 01:29:28 PM

I wasn't demanding, I was negotiating.  Theres something johnblaze wants and theres something I want.
It is obvious we have not come to an agreement.  Discussion ends.

yes you were demanding. and in either case, you do not get to negotiate which deals you scam and which deals you make good on

you either make good on ALL deals, otherwise you are a scammer

you proved my accusation correct, and your feedback reflects that

I do not agree with your decision to leave the feedback even if he pays you, you're really being sour.

The feedback on CanadianGuy has been removed, I no longer wish to be involved in this.

I mean what the actual fuck, there is no proof it's literally just saying five names and that's it.

You're going on TWC watch until you either back these up or remove the claims.
3796  Economy / Services / Re: Be a mod on CoinChat. 1 BTC a month. on: June 15, 2013, 10:55:42 AM
I've moderated and administrated forums before, so I know that people can get pretty pissed if they're constantly being asked by people if they can be mods.

Just some general tips if you want to be a mod on CoinChat (I speak from administration experience myself):

  • For God's sake, don't ask to be one. As an admin/mod of multiple forums, I can say that unless you've been told that people are allowed to make applications, you shouldn't be asking for mod. I'm pretty sure TradeFortress has this view too - if you ask for mod, you don't get it.
  • You don't just become a mod and then check in for 10 minutes daily, this is at ~2 hours at the minimum daily, or you're going to look like you're taking the piss.
  • If you see the 1 BTC a month and that's the only reason you want to moderate, then you shouldn't moderate. Ideally, you should actually *be liked* by most regulars of CoinChat.
  • That means you need a reputation.
  • Which means you need to chat quite a bit.

Edit: Going to keep an eye on this thread, not going to PM you of course.  Wink

Quote this for posterity.

I will remove the trusted negative rating if you provide proof of you paying johnblaze, or if johnblaze says he was paid 1 BTC.
