I don't think any of the cheap gaming license countries really have the net infrastructure to do casino hosting in volume
What are the cheap gaming license countries?

Question is if it is required by the license to have the gaming server within the licensing country?

3783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: March 13, 2017, 02:21:45 AM
In overall gambling is wrong in every aspects, But nothing is wrong when you gamble in right way. I mean when you are just gambling for fun and not take it as a source of income so nothing is wrong until you do gambling in wrong way. In overall gambling is wrong in every aspects.

One thing to remember is that gambling is not a job. Judi hanyalaj a game played for pleasure seeking. Not everything that can bring in money is a job. Football is a game that can bring in money and become a football player is a job. Gambling is also a game that can bring in money, but became a gambler is not a job. Because of the uncertainty that we will get into gambling, gambling is a shortcut to earn money but have a very high risk.
For professional gamblers it is a job.
3784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about bonuses on btc casino ? on: March 13, 2017, 02:14:35 AM
When you play poker, first deposit bonuses are extra cash. For Dice or Sports Betting, the wager requirements could be very high.

Leaderboard prizes are also cashback and fair for everyone and any kind of game you play. The more you play/wager, the higher will be your prize. Smiley

3786  Economy / Gambling / Re: ►►DiceBack.com: Play as usual, get % back! 5 sites, 7 games, 7 coins on: March 13, 2017, 01:24:13 AM
This site is revolutionary in the world of gambling. Congratulations OP, good idea!
Leaderboard prizes as an extra rakeback exist since a very long time. The only difference is that some operators give diceback a higher affiliate commission like they give to their other affiliates!

3788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: March 12, 2017, 05:15:15 PM
I wonder how you do your research if a gambling site is scam or not?

Lol if you ever see an scam gambling site you think theres a player who played that?
Sure, there are and will be players playing at scam sites like betcoin.ag

Common sense is all you need when you want to play in gambling website first thing is you will see the advertisement of that gambling here in forum...
Betcoin.ag was not allowed to advertise their scam here in forum.

Signature campaign advertisement means absolutely nothing as you can see with betcoin.ag! 1xBit also had a heavy signature campaign here until they withdrew recently.

...and there are lot of players who actually give a review and also reputation to those who handled it.
Here is a good and unbiased review: Online Gambling Scams

This review is of course not complete, as there are 100s of operators and new operators join the market frequently, but definetely worth to take a look on it.
3789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does every casino ask for documents? Wtf? on: March 12, 2017, 04:26:41 PM
Bitcoin casinos doesn`t ask for documents, this is the case with euro/dollar casinos. There is casinos that started to accept bitcoins, and they ask for id`s, or other documents. If you wish to gamble freely and without any identification gamble at bitcoin casinos, for example betcoin.ag where I play poker you can register easily and without id verification, fortune jack, nitrogen and many others are good casinos, depends what you like and which games you like you can play choose casino that suit your needs.
It does not help you much if a publicly proven scam do not ask for documents, while they themselves are hiding as well:

Betcoin.ag scam!

What's wrong with Betcoin.ag? Here's a list.
3790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you choose casino to play? on: March 12, 2017, 04:07:19 PM
Actually, I'm not sure the number of casinos is actually increasing these days - we just hear about new ones, but rarely notice the ones that vanish.
Btw, these days when USA is still in the dark ages when it comes to legislation and EU have more and more taxes - it doesn't seem like an easy money.
This. People speak like you would have just to open a casino and money would automatically come in. But you have also to invest a lot of money and time. Competition is strong, etc.

You can easily play at Bitcoin gambling sites from the USA. In this case Bitcoin gambling is really helpful. Yes, EU have more and more regulation and more and more taxes, but not for Bitcoin gambling sites.

Hence, Bitcoin gambling could really help to increase traffic, but on the other site, a lot of scammers try to abuse this decentralized and anonymous system.
3791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let us talk about a Bitcoin poker room in free fall, betcoin.ag on: March 12, 2017, 05:16:39 AM
Betcoin.ag adjusted their poker room data a little bit on pokerscout.com!

From 55 / 20 to 52 / 18 players, but I am sure they lost more!

3792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does every casino ask for documents? Wtf? on: March 11, 2017, 10:23:56 PM
most of the bitcoin gambling sites don't ask for documents , but in most of their TOS they say that they have the right to do so if they needed but as I said most of the time they don't ask for that
in my experience only powerbet ask for unnecessary documents , and the fiat sites that accept bitcoin
If a site does not pay a 500 Bitcoins jackpot win Betcoin.ag extort 500 Bitcoins Jackpot winner for “settlement”, it does not help you if this site does not ask for documents!

3794  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which casino will be the next big scam? on: March 11, 2017, 04:57:47 PM
I just look at those who are doing advertisements here or those who will be willing to pay a lot for different services and that is how I see a gambling site that wont scam.
If they can sacrifice a lot of money then they might be staying for long also to get back all the capital plus profit.
The others would be a scam for me.
There is one error in your "logic"! You do not know from what they pay the advertisements, services, etc.

An operator could embezzle 90% of all customer balances and would be still able to process all pending withdrawal requests: I explain it here:

Online Gaming Embezzlement - General info

To run a casino does not necessarily mean = make money! A lot of operators fail!
3795  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ BitBox - Run your own BITCOIN GAMBLING SITE ★★★ on: March 11, 2017, 05:18:59 AM
So glad I was skeptical of these guys.

They kept PM'ing me and I didn't let the conversation continue unless it was public.

Another scammer in the Bitcoin world and another day.

Surely there is good dice scripts people can sell elsewhere? Or is it all sketchy?
Do you plan to open a casino?

Their offer was too good to be true! I myself was impressed about the price, but know the costs of 1 year gaming server hosting and unlimited 24/7 support.
3796  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which casino will be the next big scam? on: March 11, 2017, 05:10:08 AM
Satoshidice is already a big scam: Satoshidice scam, 500+ Bitcoins defrauded and disappeared!

Next? My tip is SportsBet + BitCasino: Too good to be true promotions, leaderboards, moneybacks and manager already embezzled player funds.

The Hague also already know that they are illegal: Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ

Good luck!

3798  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1x฿it.com - Most Competitive Sports฿ook & Casino | ฿est Odds & Wagering Options on: March 10, 2017, 02:49:30 AM
How about the issues? Are they fixed already, no updates from both players and owners. A little bit surprised after the sign campaign stopped, those who were participating give no more defensive posts to help 1xbit.

Well it looks like this ship is going down. They stopped paying for their campaign so there is no one here to defend this scam of a site. They just suddenly all stop caring about the welfare of their casino boss and just jumped shipped when they stopped paying. Hence no more defenders here. They were just there when the money was rolling in and they did not really play on the casino and don't care whether it was a scam.

Ironically, those people defended for a scam site because they were paid to shill, they knew this is scam but they had to say positive, now no campaign therefore they don't defend for this site.
Ironically, you and the other 70 betcoin.ag scam promoters do exactly the same what they did!

Hello,

I have also been scammed 2.7 btc from this bookmaker, i have shared my story here in scam accusations.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1810630.0

I kindly ask the reputable users to help and give 1x-bit user the red trust he deserves, until the issues with me and others are resolved.

Sad you have no legal expenses insurance, otherwise you could sue them directly in Curacao!

I guess the most legal expenses insurances would refuse to bear the costs in betting affairs.

At least my legal expense insurance in Germany did so as I filed a suit in Belgium against a Belgian off- and online casino & sportsbook so I had to take over all costs by myself (court proceedings still pending; trial is in February 2018).

Don't know how it is in the US or other countries in the world.
Thank you for the info. Smiley

First time I hear that someone reported a gambling account issue to his legal expenses insurance. Could you please quote the paragraph based on what they denied to pay the legal proceeding costs and or what their explanation was?

How much are your costs so far? I have interest in your case and you can also send me a pm here or use Report issue.

The sad part is that enforce our money is financially makeable for only a small percentage of the total damage, but I think most of the players are brain washed by the paid shills and affiliates.

Imagine our justice system would work based on forum complaints: Every time a criminal offense/damage is committed, you report it in the forums and that's it!  No police, no courts! That would be crazy, wouldn't it?
