381  Economy / Speculation / Re: opinions on downward trend on: January 17, 2018, 03:24:03 PM
People with their downward trend nonsense. It's obvious that the market is consolidating, but then within a wider than average range. If you look closely, and see how repetitive the movements are between $13,000'ish and $14,000'ish levels, you will directly spot a great money making opportunity. If you time it right, you can make a decent bit of profit in just a matter of days, and quite often in less than a day. Learn to analyze the market and see how profitable these repetitive movements are for youself. As soon as we break out of this consolidation phase, these repetitive patterns will be no longer there, and thus it's time to just hold again. It's just a matter of logical thinking, really.
This is on point! Every time that the price of bitcoin is dropping drastically, a thread like this is automatic in the forum. Most of them are users who are new to the world of cryptocurrencies and don't really know what to do with their investment, so as a result, they panic. This would be a good way to earn fast money if you can't wait to see profits in bitcoin which is supposedly a long-term investment. Learn and master the technique and see for yourself how it goes.
382  Economy / Speculation / Re: Rough Start on: January 17, 2018, 03:11:47 PM
I think there's a lot of way of making it double but I also recommend to everyone to HODL their bitcoin because this year is the freakiest one that made the amount of bitcoin falls down for a long days that means my money decreases everyday I take a look to it and as I observe it before maybe its just the same as it increase its price so fast last year and now bitcoin still hard to increase its price. so don't make a refund to the campaign you invest or else you might have a wrong decision if it increase again its price.
Last year is the craziest year bitcoin had ever since because of how much the price has soared over a few months. A lot of controversies, speculation, and debates occurred over it. It is right to just HODL on to your bitcoin as this drop is just a result of a correction in the market and we could expect that it would recover after some time. Also, we can expect that it would surge new record in terms of price that will be higher than the price it achieved last year.
383  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: January 15, 2018, 06:24:24 PM
It will be historical revolution in crypto world people priorities will change,Totally world will be change specially in financial sectors transaction will be more secure and quick competition will give more benefit to users by reduce transaction fees.
Even though bitcoin is not yet recognized by all of us in the world, it has become a great revolution in terms of Financial Aspects. It became a long time debate here in the forum if bitcoin can overthrow the use fiat money and use cryptocurrencies instead. But this won't be the case as bitcoin's transactions fees are so high that it would not be feasible for smaller transactions that we are doing in our daily lives.
384  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: January 13, 2018, 03:15:08 PM
im taking two meanings from the op's question.

yes it is possible that bitcoin will be recognised by more and more people across the world.

no bitcoin will not be recognised as a form of 'legal tender' or official world currency or even as a legitmate currency of any country.

It is being recognized now by a huge percentage of our overall population but not all of them are accepting bitcoin as the currency that it is. That is what you mean by your first and second meaning.
If bitcoin will be recognized by a huge percentage of our population and many people started to accept it as a mode of payment, like huge companies/merchants, we could expect a more stable price with an increasing rate and also fewer dips in price. The reason is that, the demand will be high so its value will be higher in the market.
385  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: January 13, 2018, 10:31:15 AM
Well, I don't think that we, little people, have the power to manipulate something.
Probably, big players - joining their forces - can have an effect on the price.
Even people like us who don't hold a huge sum of bitcoin like the whales, we can still manipulate the bitcoin's price even by just a little, it still matters tho. But the biggest factor that can manipulate the bitcoin's price are the whales who are just waiting around the corner to sell their bitcoin at the right moment so that they can gain as muh as possible and then they will later on buy again bitcoin. This is a circle of events that we could consider manipulation of price.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: January 13, 2018, 08:01:07 AM
Of course! We all should be picky about choosing an ICO to invest with. When I was just starting my journey in the crypto world, I joined quite a few altcoin that turned out to be a scam or a failure. A Scam meaning that the tokens were never given and a lot of issues raised in the ICOs campaign midway to their token end sale. A failure meaning that they didn't achieve their goal from the very beginning that is why the price of their token is off the charts and are so low. Ever since then, I became very careful on choosing my next investment on other ICO to avoid more regrets in my crypto decisions.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to identify ICO scams on: January 13, 2018, 06:58:29 AM
Guys, do share your tips on how to identify scams. To widen the knowledge for people who are honestly trying to invest and gain earnings with their hard earn money!
It is really hard for me to identify if a project is a scam, I just rely on my gut feeling about it then I do some researching about it to confirm my doubt. Usually, if an ICO is offering a huge amount of bonuses and you see that it is so good to be true, then it is mostly a scam but if they can prove their claim then you are in for a good project. It would be best if we could identify scams easily so that we can avoid getting scammed in the future.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old? on: January 13, 2018, 06:54:22 AM
What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest at that kind of age?
Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?

It's never too late for them as long as they understand the tech behind bitcoin and how to really use it. So if they are just be living with their pension and has nothing to do anything productive, then they are very suitable to earn bitcoin for themselves. They can join the forum and start joining signature campaigns and study about trading and investing because they will have a lot of time to do so.
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years? on: January 13, 2018, 05:23:49 AM
I also want the same thing as bitcoin increase from year to year, but with the popularity of bitcoin now of course has attracted much government attention in every country. will have a good effect on bitcoin if the whole world accepts the presence of bitcoin, and of course this will further increase the price, as it will automatically increase the bitcoin community. But do not know if the situation will be the other way around, the more countries that resist the existence of bitcoin, it will be bad for bitcoin in the future.
They don't resist the existence of bitcoin, it's just that they don't want to accept the idea of a new currency in digital form. Bitcoin's price will increase from time to time but we should expect a lot of dips along the way although, it will recover.  Also, the fact that it has attracted government attention doesn't mean that it will have a good effect on the bitcoin community, remember that other countries are banning the use of bitcoin.
390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you are weak get the hell out of Cryptocurrency. on: January 12, 2018, 06:34:13 PM
If you are weak and scared and you are easily prone to FUD please do us all a favor and get the Hell out of this line of business. This is a man’s game so either man up and grow a pair or get the hell out of the game.

Blockchain is a rising technology and there will always be a certain amount of risk involved with investments in it. But there is no doubt that the risk takers will be getting the most benefit out of it thou.
Not all risk takers will be getting the most benefit out of it tho, they also need luck on their side so that they can avoid failures in their investments.  Also, the reason why they are called risk takers is that they are unsure about their decision if it will be a success or not, so the best thing they could do is do some extensive research before making a final one and turn the odds in their favor.
391  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading lessons? on: January 12, 2018, 04:32:56 PM
Can anyone please help me to find some good and free trading lesson packs ?  Not just a single ones but the whole structured courses for beginners. Long time ago I've seen someone posting a link to a cool website (that was a nice website designed in green colors) but I was not registered here and did not saved the link Sad
All useful information will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Trading is not simple to study courses and lesson packs. Because if you want to understand complete trading. You should gain more knowledge in the crypto market. But before to study you ask query in expert competitors. It will help for your future development in trading. Many sites are available to studied in trading. But it is not explained in completely. So you should spend one or two month in trading analysis.
Also, going through that study course about trading is not enough if you really want to be an expert when it comes to trading. As they say, the experience is the best teachers in our life, you have to experience at first hand the trading of different coins. Any result you gain will serve as a lesson to your trading career and will help you to your future decisions.

How can you tell if someone is weak about cryptocurrencies? If they are afraid to trade or to invest? If they are now willing to take the risk and to gamble their bitcoin for the greater good for themselves? It may be true for others but not all who don't take the risks are weak. It may seem so, but for them, they are looking at the bigger picture and are being smart with their holdings.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Altcoin Campaign's Stakes on: January 12, 2018, 03:49:27 PM
I've been on the forum for quite a while now and I've joined a few altcoin campaigns. I just want to confirm something because I'm not sure if what I know is true. It's about the stake reward for altcoin campaigns, I know it differs from every campaign but does the stakes that are being rewarded to us is the "multiplier" of the tokens that they will give to us at the end of the campaign? Let's say for example that I've accumulated a total of 2 stakes in the whole campaign and the token to be distributed for the signature bounty is calculated, how do they compute the total tokens for each participant? I would appreciate if you share your thoughts about it.
394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoin prices not rising! should we trade or hold? on: January 12, 2018, 03:36:52 PM
it was predicted that bitcoin prices would fall in the last week of 2017 and rise in the first week of 2018 but none of that has happent rather the price has beet pretty stable around 13500 usd.
what are your opinion on this,is it the time to trade or hold because i dont have enough funds to buy or invest more.

I think it is good time for trade if you have some BTC on exchanges and you watch price these days.Price is moving from 12 000$ to 14 000$ and only thing you should do to make profit is to sell at high level and buy up again when it touch the lowest level. So it is easy 2000$ for sell/buy 1BTC in that price range, but you need to take risk when trading-if you sell at 14 000$ price may go up and you can lose the opportunity to buy back.

Although it seems that this is a very favorable period for such trading, but we never know when new pump can start and price can go up few thousands $ in a few days.
If you have a spare bitcoin to trade with and you are willing to take the risk, then it is better to trade your bitcoin now as its price has been quite stable for a while now. If you feel that this is an opportunity that you should not let past through, then go do it. But for me, I'd rather play it safe as I don't have a huge sum of bitcoin and I was to be wise with what I have right now, so I need to make sure that I will have a good trade before doing it.
395  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: January 12, 2018, 09:56:18 AM
Bitcoin is really a blessing. Before i never meet this crypto currency, all my dreams are just a dream, until i have met this bitcoin, i can say that this is it, this the the answers to all my prayers and a dream come true.
all your prayers come true:) I think a lot of bitcoin development that can not be prevented again bitcoin also help me a lot, is it possible in this year bitcoin price will rise again .. we just wait
There will be more correction in bitcoin, we should expect several forks along the way this year and a lot of dip for bitcoin's price. But worry no less as this is just natural and we should also expect that the price will just continue on rising. Yes, there is a huge possibilty that bitcoin's price will reach new heights compared to last year where it achieved an incredible mark.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you have a escape plan? on: January 12, 2018, 07:17:42 AM
I did thought about it sometimes at my early stage in bitcoin career because I still don't fully trust cryptocurrencies back then and I really don't know much about it. So whenever I earned a decent amount of bitcoin, I always play it safe and withdraw some of it. But now, after some time in the forum, I've gained and learned a lot of knowledge about cryptos, so I'm pretty much confident in my bitcoin decision now.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: January 11, 2018, 03:26:27 PM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

many people and nations still do not know bitcoin, this is a great way for bitcoin to be known throughout the world. bitcoin is sometimes heard on television but it negatively affects the public because of the possibility of money laundering and terrorism in the world of bitcoin. if we look at bitcoin in the advertisement there's a positive thinking so bitcoin will be able to get to know it completely
The reason as to why when most of the times that we hear bitcoin on TV, it only gives negative effects to the public is because they are discussing mostly how bitcoin is being linked to different scam investments. Like in my country, I've noticed that whenever bitcoin is being discussed in some news segment, they are always talking about people should be careful on investing in bitcoin because of the different scams that people are running to scam newcomers to the crypto world. It is always like that, I mean it feels like they are not discussing the good side that bitcoin has, that is why people are being hesistant about taking part in the crypto world.

399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin Down? on: January 10, 2018, 10:19:42 AM
Just another day in the crypto world. Prices go up and then prices do down. Buy when low and sell when high. Just hodl your bitcoin and the price will increase after this dip, it always does.
Right, and this is usually the best time to invest again your money in bitcoin. This kind of dip are what most of us are waiting so that they can add more to their first investment in bitcoin.  The volatility of bitcoin is an issue ever since so we don't have to worry about the frequent price change. We just have to use it to our own advantage.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] ⚡ United Traders ⚡ Payments will be in BTC and UTT tokens ⚡ on: January 04, 2018, 02:11:22 PM
It is best if we could hear some updates from the campaign manager himself so that we can avoid negative thoughts about the distribution of UT Tokens.
