Shift is super cheap right now but they will soon have a product
ARK has a good community
Neo will be big,(i hope)

Im using a lot of exchanges, i like bittrex and binance the most. If you want to buy tokens and go oldschool, check out etherdelta but be carefully if you put in an order
If you want to buy small coins, check out cryptopia.
I think the safest are kraken or gemini.

Stratis is really a hard coin to like, i invested early so its all got. but since September its bleeding. Dont really know why development and community seem good.

If you dont sell you didnt make a loss. Just hold on to your alts, if you believe in the project you can buy more to lower your Dollar Cost Average. I believe the alts will rise very soon.

I think money is flowing into BTC and ETH and away from Altcoins. Now is a good time to buy some altcoins if you did your research and believe in the products.
