I think this move is too early for Lampard. Chelsea don’t tend to give their managers time in the job, it would be very detrimental to Lampard's career if he gets sacked. Chelsea is a top team that would prefer an experience manager better than Lampard. I also hope his antecedent with previous managers, working with other players to send managers away, wont hunt him. Now he wants his English counterparts as his coaching crew, Ashley cole etc, this is not derby county, it wont work like that. My only consolation and motivation is the era of Guardiola at Barcelona, He also got no experience then but made good run as a coach. Of all the top 6 managers Lampard is the least experience and he got the job because of Chelsea transfer ban Yes I agree that a top class team like Chelsea needs a more experienced manager.
