Frank Lampard is announced as the new Chelsea's Manager.
I think he will do great. He is already respected in the whole league and especially from Chelsea fans, so they are reluctant to see results. Also, everyone knows that he will do his best with the current players as Chelsea suffers from financial fairplay restrictions.

We all think it's great. But we are talking about Chelsea. If they made few lost games in the row, he will be sacked like anyone manager in Chelsea. if it does not get fired at the end of 2019 it will be a surprise. Especially now, without Hazard and no new big players.

Frank Lampard as a player will always be fans favourite, but as head coach of Chelsea he won’t last long. Every new coach needs one or two transfers to make his mark at the club, but he’ll be getting none because Chelsea are banned from buying players. Their most important player Hazard has been sold to Real Madrid, and those who remain back are not good enough in my opinion. It’s pertinent to note that their owner is known to be impatient for results, and when he sees no results he’ll not hesitate to pull the switch on Lampard.

I think this move is too early for Lampard. Chelsea don’t tend to give their managers time in the job, it would be very detrimental to Lampard's career if he gets sacked. I suppose because he’s a Chelsea legend Abramovich might be more lenient if things don’t go well but I think this move is a couple of seasons too early for him.

If he doesn't do it as a Chelsea coach, of course Lampard will never have experience later. So it's really good if Lampard is now the Chelsea coach. We are just waiting for its performance for the season to be coming. Very much awaited every game.

- lost their main and the best player in the last 10 years

If Lampard gets the chance to build his team from scratch this year, without the pressure of great expectations, than he will have chance for success.

Or maybe the opposite if he does well and he will be immortalised if he does a brilliant job. The odds are stacked against him though and he's already a lot of the bookies favourite to be the first sacked and it wouldn't surprise me if that happened. He should have stuck with Derby for another season as he narrowly missed out on getting them promoted but if he could have got them up this season that would have been a huge success and speak volumes about him as a manager. I don't think he's ready for such a big club yet and there's a lot of pressure on Chelsea especially when there's at least three other teams that are far superior to them.

Yes the game is getting interesting now and more players are joining the game, I am sure it will take new turn this week, it is much better to play with the young players and to win the bitcoin because it is now new era digital currency matters allot, so getting online payments in forum of bitcoin is pretty good thing I guess.

That is what the new Coach (lampard) should do to build his Team first. Because it is not possible to only need approximately one season, it can immediately become great, very impossible. Unfortunately we already know how Chelsea owners who always fire the coach if Chelsea always experience defeat, whoever the coach is. That always happened before.

but usually before training a big club one must have the experience of training a decent new small club to train a big club like Chelsea, in my opinion even though he is a player respected by all Chelsea fans he also has to do something before training Chelsea.

What Chelski needs to do is develop a new culture for the club.  Quit sacking the manager whenever things are 'bad' and hire a sporting director ffs.

I say 'bad' cos it wasn't really all that bad with Sarri.

Sarri didn't get sacked because of bad performance.
He had respect problems with the players and actually they didn't listen to him at all. After the incident with Kepa in the game against Man City he decided to leave the club and try to find his luck somewhere else. In the end it was his decision, not the board's.

Just remember when Lampard plays for Manchester City his last season in PL. Chelsea fans were frustrated and there were many ugly words to him. It is a big step for him, but coming in a very hard time for the club.

Chelsea is a top team that would prefer an experience manager better than Lampard. I also hope his antecedent with previous managers, working with other players to send managers away, wont hunt him. Now he wants his English counterparts as his coaching crew, Ashley cole etc, this is not derby county, it wont work like that. My only consolation and motivation is the era of Guardiola at Barcelona, He also got no experience then but made good run as a coach. Of all the top 6 managers Lampard is the least experience and he got the job because of Chelsea transfer ban

Sarri left Chelsea indeed not because of poor performance. Because sarri gave the Europa League championship trophy to Chelsea. That means a good shot is a Chelsea coach. I think the right reason is Sarri feels that Juventus provides a better opportunity. And this is the right step taken by sarri.

Sarri left because the fans treated him like shit, the players tried to control the dressing room & he was shown no respect by the whole club. He got them CL football & won a trophy, he should be respected.
