Yes just hold the coin until it become fully recover and reached new all time high is the best way to do this time because every time in the market when it dumps there is always a pump that is possibly reaches new all time high. Yes we should wait for the price to pump it and avoid selling at this moment because it is not a good time to sell on where many people are become panic but, it is a good time to buy more and hold because sure it will be going up soon and reaches new all time high and those panic sellers now are become regret later.

Yes it is good to join in ICOs because you can have a chance to contribute in their project in earlier days but, before investing you should study it first so that you are confident for what you are investing and not believing on any bad news because you know that investing on it will give you a good profit in the future and can help you to minimize the risk of lossing a money.

In my opinion it is not a good idea because you hold your coin for a days and now you are deciding to sell it after the deeps and start again after you sell it?. Did you study  it before entering the market?
