If bitcoin is to become a worldwide currency people will need to be able to buy anything with it good or bad. The porn/sex industry should get aboard asap in my opinion

I think it is on aboard as many people have already started to watch the porns on pornsites by paying in bitcoins it is much more popular in western countries as people are more aware about the bitcoins and bitcoin payment is going to change the porn industry in a drastic way in the coming years.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your first bitcoins came from.. (faucets aside) on: July 21, 2015, 07:17:33 PM

383  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: July 21, 2015, 07:13:42 PM
I like that it is decentralized and i think bitcoin is a future of currency, so i can hold my money noone no i have

Yes Decentralization is the first and foremost advantage of holding a bitcoin. And other thing I really like about the bitcoin is that it helps in getting rid of the banking system where you need to keep on wasting your time for depositing or withdrawing funds and also the best thing about the bitcoin is it is the most convinient way to transfer money online.
384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: July 21, 2015, 07:09:30 PM
I tried telling how bitcoin works to some of my friends and family members. They seem to be amazed at how things work for bitcoin
I think be amazed is not enough, maybe you need to recommend them get into bitcoin world Smiley But you also have to tell them the risks in bitcoin like fluctuation price or scamming.

Yes every coin has two sides and ofcourse it goes with the bitcoin too. If you are recommending someone about the bitcoins you need to tell both the advantages and the disadvantages associated with the bitcoins they only purpose will be served. As every one wants to earn more money, but after knowing the volatility of bitcoins they might not be interested.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: July 21, 2015, 07:05:15 PM
Exactly and gambling is not a good way to earn bitcoins. Gambling should be limited for a fun like once in a year, If it becomes addiction than surely we are gonna loose all our bitcoins at the end of the day.
There is always pros and cons about whether gambling could make us rich or not. I like sport gambling and do it in every week, but just consider it as a match sweetener, not a method to growing our money  Wink

Well , you can say exactly the same about trading too. The price is heavily manipulated by the elite whales, we are just peasants trying to profit from the waves those whales create. We can't do much about it. We have to go with the flow and try to profit along the way.
There is a strategy to get profit in trading, you can seek it in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0 . In gambling, there is no potent strategy imo, it just depends on luck.

Yes there is no as such strategy in gambling. The only strategy is that you need to gamble on the favorite team. That is the only thing we can do. But sometimes it might happen that match is fixed and non favorite team wins So basically it is totally depended on the luck factor which is not in our hands.
386  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: July 21, 2015, 06:56:10 PM
"I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." the value of bitcoin was 10,000 USD for 1 BTC.   Tongue  But who wouldn't, right?  Cheesy

I wouldn't.

You are brave enough.. Cheesy When would you sell your coins?

Would never sell all of them.

Sell a few at 10k...sell some more at 100k...but still keep majority of coins.

Think about it, the higher the price goes , the less you actually need to sell to have a large pile of fiat.
And if they are that valuable, why sell them?  Unless there is some reason you think they would lose value.

Very True. Why to sell all the coins if the value is really high, Just sell part of it and keep rest of it for the future as we never know what future holds for us, and yes if the value is high you can get high profits even by selling few of the coins, So selling all the coins when value is high is not a great idea.
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: July 21, 2015, 06:50:49 PM
bitcoin is good in india we can trade at here https://btcxindia.com/ Smiley
I personally believe India is one of top 5 countries in bitcoin because many members from there and its going to be very developed if we have some good solid back then we could be on top

That is true that many memebers from India here but at the same time those who are not here are completely not aware about the bitcoins. And they should be made aware of the bitcoins by the members present here. As India's population is very huge, the users of bitcoins can be to the extreme level if they are made aware of the bitcoins.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is NOT a currency debate! on: July 21, 2015, 06:45:16 PM
Bitcoin is can be commodity and can be a currency too, it's depends on you used it, you look at the value of btc to fiat exchange, and you see bitcoin as commodity which only can exchange to fiat only, you need see is widely, now a lot merchant or company accept bitcoin as payment processor, it's prove if bitcoin can be a currency.

Yes bitcoin can be a commodity but no for currency. not all the thing that can be as a payment must be a currency..let say a cheque or travelers cheque can be a payment but it is not a currency but it have a value of money and same as bitcoin we can use it as a payment but it is not a currency but it have a value of money

As far as bitcoin is concerned, Bitcoin is just a payment system rather than saying it as a currency. We use bitcoins to make a payment whether it is online or in the shop it is just an mode of payment which is done by just one click. So it has a value but you cannot say it as a currency.
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is wealth boring? on: July 21, 2015, 06:39:16 PM
i think it depends most of all on how much wealth you have. if you are filthy rich beyond imagination it can get boring in long time, that is why there are bored millionaires seeking weird kinds of thrills just to keep themselves from getting too bored!

No Dear. Wealth can never be boring. If you have wealth you will be feeling of having more and you will never stop earning wealth. Everyone wants to be rich and everyone keeps on trying to multiply their wealth and that is only possible by continuous effort more you get more you want. But Boring??  I Don't think so.
390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Internet connection and bitcoin on: July 21, 2015, 06:35:18 PM
Hello,
Recetly in this forum i found out that you can have bluetooth or NFC bitcoin wallet but this information is not really out there to new people for bitcoin.

In usa or uk or other bigger countries internet on a mobile phone is a must but in other countries its either low signal or very expesive or areas with no connections. I think they should be bigger awarness about this when it comes to paying with a bitcoin in a coffee shop in a small village. Maybe im wrong but i never really found any information about this.
Bitcoin still evolves and is not accepted in many places. Personally I haven't seen any shops in small villages accepting bitcoin and I am sure that this situation won't change for many years.
Until then your mobile internet probably will be so advanced that you might be able to run full node wallet on your smartphone.

Exactly. There are many countries who are not aware about the bitcoins even in the metro cities people haven't heard or used the bitcoins. So it will take a time that small villages starts accepting the bitcoins and the internet speed in small villages is very low as compared to the metro cities So it will take time to get into the mainstream.
391  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: July 21, 2015, 06:29:01 PM
worst mistake that i was made in bitcoin is, invested on gambling. Yes! I just bet all my bits at hig risk and lost all within a second Sad Shocked

~Rude Boy Kiss

Same with me. I betted huge amount of bitcoins on the team which was favorite but I was not lucky that day. The major upset created in the game and the non favorite team won the game and I lost most of my bitcoins in a single day and since that day I am staying away from gambling. Grin
392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, the Religion?! on: July 21, 2015, 06:23:33 PM
i would not say that, but is pretty close to that, at least for some ppl, you just need to read how they talk about it Tongue but most of the bitcoiners just believe in the success of BTC and this is not enought to compare it with religion.

Yeah it is too early to call it as an religion but yes For me I think it has become an addiction. The more I earn the more I want. I keep on thinking how to keep on multiplying my bitcoins so in future I don't have to depend on any other investment products. So for me I think its an addiction.
393  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: June 16, 2015, 02:12:39 PM
Have a written budget, the easiest way to cut your costs is to know where you are spending your money. Having a written budget and tracking your expenses to ensure that it’s accurate is half the budgetary battle.

Budget and action plan can make a difference. Creating only a budget will not help in long run you also should be ready with a good action plan and need to follow it rigorously on regular basis try to postpone the expenses which are not important and carry it for the next month.

I agree, a budget can show you what you REALLY spend in a month.  Just make sure you put EVERYTHING.  Even that 7.99/month netflix bill.  Thats the first big hurdle is to actually figure out EVERY last thing you are spending money on. Then figure out what needs to be cut.  Everyone has somethign that can be cut.  Then make sure you have a SAVINGS category.  Whether you put that into btc or not is your call  Smiley

Unwanted expenses should be avoided or should be carried forward to next month and who knows next month you might not need to spend your money on those expenses and you can also save a small part of money in a piggy bank  Grin
394  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to turn 2BTC into 4BTC on: June 16, 2015, 02:08:59 PM
Hey guys. I currently have a little over 2btc at my disposal. I was wondering what the safest and best way to flip that into 4btc, and the 4btc into 8btc, etc. I really want to save up for a powerful ASIC, and am stumped as to how to turn this into more. I've tried exchanges, but end up losing more than I gain. Im looking for a solid and sure way to make coin off of what I have currently. Thanks!

Hold your bitcoin and trading is the best way I think. Don't gamble except you're lucky guy ever Cheesy

If you want to get rich in a single day go for GAMBLING!!! What are you waiting for??  Grin It is Do or Die and why to Die without taking chances DO it and who knows you might grab the jackpot and you are through.. Cheesy
395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Use In Philippines on: June 16, 2015, 02:05:37 PM

396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MasterCard makes the case that it’s safer and faster than Bitcoin! LOL on: June 16, 2015, 02:02:52 PM
They are shitting their pants because bitcoin is covering a niche which tradition systems like mastercard cant offer and when bitcoin gets the backing of a major government know they are fuckd.

Actually, they want Bitcoin to get the backing of the government.
They want onerous regulation on Bitcoin so that it doesn't succeed.  Smiley

I don't think that government will come in support of bitcoin as they don't have any control over it. And if they don't have control on bitcoin why would they promote it and will definitely support the fiat currency.

because they want to tax it maybe? if they can take money from something, be assured that their interest will be suddently great toward that thing

for me the only good raise is the one that surpass the ath, all the others are only temporary recoveries

Governments will come in support of Bitcoins if the value of Bitcoins grow. Government is waiting for that day when the value of bitcoin grows and becomes more stable so they can collect taxes from the bitcoin accepting companies.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: June 16, 2015, 01:59:54 PM
in brazil at my region most people doesnt know or even use bitcoin ,but there is already some traders that use it well i may say here there isnt a knowhow about bitcoin no ones know about it,me and my friend i showed him bitcoin we were about to buy a rig but we gave up since the roi and energy would take some months ,like a year...and we couldnt handle it on the time

The country I live no one have heard about bitcoins and that make me really sad and even if I try to explain them about the bitcoin they don't show their interest in a product which they really don't know and find it risky.

are bitcoin legalized in your country, are they banned? because if they are not seen well by the government, then people will not speak about it, or they will ignore it because they will be terrorized by their own government

it's a psicological thing, many would say that they don't know about bitcoin ecc.. but they actually know about it, they just don't want let the government that they are pro bitcoin

they are afraid of the possible repercussions

Government has not come to any decision yet. Because People have not created any issue related to bitcoins in my country as least of them have heard about it So the government is also staying away from the issue and the government has not arrived to any decision yet.
398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Ever Bitcoin Bank to be Opened in Switzerland? on: June 16, 2015, 01:54:45 PM
How much dividends for deposits will it pay and will there be any official written agreements or this bank will be able to scam you out of money like all these popular cloudmining websites our days? Cheesy

Exactly You cannot afford to trust the banking system when it comes to bitcoin. It is better not to invest in banking and just get carried with the procedure that we are using it right now that we would stay away from government and banks.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: June 16, 2015, 01:46:40 PM
i shoul stay, i see , like many of you, a lot of potential in this fabolous coin!
people have just to start using it, like emails in the past etc.

Yes but it has not become necessity like emails because there are many alternatives available for bitcoins like fiat currency, credit card, paypal etc so it is difficult to judge that whether bitcoin will be a monopolist currency or not.
400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2015, 01:44:33 PM
if you like the risk and the easy money you wager them in a dice  , otherwise all in a paper wallet and just wait.
Signature campaing are great to have some btc for your work!

Dice is too risky I guess. I gambled once on dice but lost so never thought again to gamble on dice rather then would love to gamble on other sports such as tennis or soccer where you know the game and can gamble accordingly.
