From Salah, yes! from Darwin Nunez, still a 50/50 chance, he has a reputation for missing goals. then for Saka, he did not look very fit against City, Not sure he will have enough game time or even play at all against Luton. We have more difficult games upcoming. LFC will want to reduce Arsenal's GD advantage by a bit and tomorrow is the perfect game to do so.
Arsenal have a chance to make it difficult for LFC to catch up on GD when they play Luton today, before LFC meet Sheffield tomorrow. Sheffield are the last on the table, but can be an upset for LFC. You were bang on for Saka. I never thought I would see the day he is dropped from the Arsenal squad, usually he plays if he can stand on his feet. Means either he is seriously injured or Arteta finally figured out that he needs to give the guy a break here and there. Even Arsenal conserves some attacking options looks like way too much for Luton.

From next season you should start writing negative feedback on forum profile of members who dont submit many times.
That might work if it becomes an actual rule next season, but I doubt it'll get approved by the Cro2 team when we already have enough punishments. Or maybe we could start threatening loved ones in case somebody forgets  At the end of the day BSFL is still just a game and it has to stay fun for people to enjoy it. Current set of rules is already very harsh and I don't think we will add to that. At this point it is probably best to let time relegate those that forget to submit amd we should end end with good situation in top leagues. |

@Trofo - nelson4lov joined the pool earlier but dropped out before the start of GW30. He rejoined somewhere around Sunday before the finish of GW30. The challenge currently is that his GW30 has yet to be added to the league; why?
Couldn't get Salah into my team so now I have to save 2FT before DGW to be able to do it. Salah blank incoming.....

Be careful about deadline today. While we kept it same when looking at CL start times it has possibly changed for your time zone due to daylight savings.
I have to say, it feels great to submit the answers way ahead of the deadline so I don't have to stress about forgetting them. The prospect of losing 1 mBTC if I don't submit on time worked wonders for me. Others with a tendency to procrastinate should consider the same.  @all If you feel you need this kind of service we will happily take your money hostage on our private wallets, no point clogging official one with extra transactions  That way, if you forget money stays with us instead of going forward to next season |

The more I hear about it, the more annoyed I am. If you guys are going to play I will honor my part of the agreement and send the buy-in fee, but I won't be playing.
I don't think the general idea is that bad, it just seems like a hassle I can currently live without. Trofo, I think it's really not worth the hassle then, what say you ? I mean, perhaps, we all should focus on other pools and stuff and call it a day with this one, the complexity isn't worth what anyone would have to play for 8 more weeks. Fine with me. @Trofo @Cryptofrka I’m not sure how the FPL challenge is supposed to work completely, I think it’s a unique challenge for each game week, because the current week is not unlimited budget but rather forward focus or something like I can’t remember, but Forward players are going to be have their points doubled (2X), and it’s as though the league is only valid for one game week, I’m not sure about this though, I just can’t see the league in the current week tab, perhaps it could be visible once the deadline has passed ?
You could be right, I heard someone say it is just weekly based. If that is the case we can just tally weekly wins and winner takes all. Now I won the first one so if you guys want out we can just forget about our bet. If you are still up for it we continue and see how it looks. |

I just cheked the leaderboard from the pool for this round, and man, what a bloodbath, the vast majority of us is with only 2 points, so we can truly say nobody expected this results we have today.
Bayern munich with this game and the luck of the champion on Leverkusen side after comeback so many games in late time is a clearly sign of you know......
Was generally out with the family theses days and now I come back to these results  I knew Leverkusen and Bayern results since those interested me but never would have guessed that it was totally unpredictable round for all of us. Leverkusen with late turn over and winning in 90+ is what finally made me believe they are lifting the title. Up until now I just waited for Bayern to snatch it way, like last season from Dortmund. |

I am still on the line to get it, 81 at the moment. Before today I needed exactly 2.5 correct in every round to reach 100. Now it is even less. I guess I also have a joker from last week, there were 3 games that weren't played. Hopefully I'll get a hit or two in them as well. Should be manageable without too much pressure. |

And especially a team like Chelsea, that rotates too many players and still can't agree on their gameplan.
Palmer is definitely in contention for the player of the season award, although I do feel that Foden was a step above everybody else this season.
Palmer - 13 goals, 8 assists, Foden - 11 goals, 7 assists, Saka- 13 goals, 8 Assists. Going to be a close call and title will play a significant role too. Poor Mason Mount, got his first EPL goal for Manutd to secure important win only for Brentford to equalize 2 minutes later. What a game! The 2.22 Odd was just a trap. No chance Palmer is getting player of the season since Chelsea isn't fighting for the title, to do it in team that low down the table I think he should have double the stats of all other candidates. But young player reward should be his I guess. Not sure what age is the cut off exactly. |

This is probably a prime example that submitting in time can always pay off no matter what answers you choose  Even if you loose badly you are not getting -1 penalty point if you submitted that helps. Also mentioning it once again in hope all will see it, forgetting to submit slashes the rewards from this season as well. Still thinking we will get a shitload of heat when that happened end of season so trying to at least drill it into the heads of engaged managers so you can back us up and say we were actually talking about it all the time It is written in the OP and specifically pointed out when tagging you all before season started but I just know a lot of people missed it. |

Even with a £1b budget, if you're awful at EPL, there's no chance you'll win the EPL challenge because both revolve around picking the right players. Give a bad manager a £1b budget, and he'll put together an average squad.
And I guess your second chance league revolves around picking bad players? I mean what kind of point is that? Should I just stop playing PL on Superbru pool since I know I will never win it? It is fun to compete with the best and see just how far I can stretch in that particular season. That being said FPL challenge will be much more luck oriented and easier for casual players to get results. Fact that you can pick another team every week is enough to remove all planning element from the game and nullify my biggest FPL advantage, planning forward and allowing for blank/doubles and fixture swings weeks before they happen.
I have 3 minutes weekly for Fantasy, if the whole league is set up like this I'm out.
I'll still send the 1mBTC as promised, but no way I'm doing this shit.
Wasn't home so did not try tinkering with the squad but as I said later I think you can just change players that did not play. Meaning you have small advantage if you are picking players you are not sure that they are gonna start. For instance you know Liverpool will do well, you can wait for line ups and then exchange your Diaz pick to Jota pick if you see you missed who will be in first 11. |
