I would like to recommend you ETH, Stellar, Cardano,IOTA,Dash, Ripple and NEO for long term investment, because all those altcoins have already been established coins and good trading volume with good liquidity.

Nobody of us know that why bitcoin is going down from few weeks. In my opinion firstly it's may be because of negative news regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrency from many countries, secondly due to traders whose are book their profit or sell to stop loss of their trade.

But my preference for specially some good middle range coins are as follows: DeepOnion , Stellar, Cardano, Ripple, Iota, Tether, Aelf, and Aeron. Both wallets are very good and safe. But I go with ledger because it is cheaper then Trezor and supported to all Ethereum based coins. But take care when you purchasing it, buy it from the original manufacturer.

Both Ethereum and waves are good coins. But in my opinion Ethereum has more potential to grow-up and it in demand in present scenario then Waves. Eth can give more profit then Waves.

Yes I am afraid of hackers and I think everyone also afraid of hackers because they always tried to steal your tokens/coins from your account. To avoid this always install a good antivirus and anti malware software on your system and use secure browsing of them.
