If you guys have a crashing cgminer (I think we all do, rarity varies), create yourself a new batch file (and place it in your cgminer folder with the rest of your batch files) that kill an reload cgminer every x amount of time. This way you minimize down time especially overnight when you need the much needed sleep. I made this for my Windows 7/8 miners and it works fine.

:top1
cd C:\Users\Home\Desktop\cgminer-3.7.2-windows
START _max_smt.bat
timeout /T 1800
taskkill /f /im "cgminer.exe"
timeout /T 10
goto top1

Replace the second and third line with the proper path to you cgminer directory and third line with the name of the batch file with your cgminer settings. Time T is in seconds, so you can adjust it to your liking.  Run this batch file to periodically call the batch file you'd normally run instead. Wink

How to make .bat file which will do the same as you made, just kill window after 30 minutes and start new one instead of keeping it opened?

you can use task scheduler in windows too set it to kill the job if it runs after X hours.. then set it to start on idle pc after 1 min...

Run CGMiner on a linux rig - 8 hours straight, no crashes. (6 rigs - 6GHs total).  Grin

Rigs are not close to me, I'm acessing to them remotely and it's not easy to do that at this moment Sad

Guys, you don't need to keep memory clock on GPU's on 1200-1500, you can down that to Afterburner's minimum, there is no difference. I keep my at 600 and mining hash rate is same.

I was send coins to https://www.cryptorush.in and to https://www.coins-e.com, coins never arrived. don't use this 2 exchanges!!!

I had this problem,

type the receiving address into here to get the transaction I.D -

http://max.cryptoexplore.com/

then go here and enter the transaction I.D and it should show up in your balance straight away -

https://www.coins-e.com/support/deposit/

Ok, that worked. But lol.....

I got 3 different rig type, all together 6 rigs and one of them crash very rare and other 5 crash often, dunno why...
same, best run is only a couple of hours before a mem exception error dialog

mosta stable rig is one with 4GB of memory on motherboard.. dunno if that have any connections with crashings...

someone help me buy lotto on coinex to push up to 0000054, we need 0.02 or less bt'c there.. then will show higher on coinwarz.

being shown high on coinwarz aint a good thing =P

Gives more attention to the coin so more people would want to buy it I guess right? Cheesy

Something like that and to make lotto more popular.

My very simple and easy to made mining rig. I just wanted to be simple as possible and low cost to made. On this image there is no PSU but they are just behind GPU's.

What's up with all the molex connectors?

No need to use them
