Por ejemplo en el exchange p2p de NXT en la red testnet ( http://nxtra.org/nxt-client) acabo de emitir 1000 acciones de una empresa llamada BBV:  Y luego las he puesto a la venta a 125 NXT cada una... Ahora si hay alguien interesado, podrá comprar las que quiera a ese precio, y una vez las compre pasarán a su Address. Luego bastaría leer la cadena de bloques para ver que Addresses tienen Acciones de BBV y hacerles una transferencia de los NXT que fueran el dividendo multiplicado por el número de acciones que posean... No se si me he explicado?  |

WHAT PERCENTAGE of all the currently-mined Zees are listed on exchanges & what % is being held in private wallets?
I think keeping a track of the ratio between the two will give a reasonable indication of how the concept of this coin being a 'keeper' is developing - how many of us ARE actually hanging onto our Zeit for the future.

En el assets exchange podrías emitir las acciones y venderlas, comprarlas o transferirlas... Eso si, sólo sería el apunte de que alguien ha comprado, vendido o transferido el activo... El Titulo de propiedad tendrías que enviarselo, hasta que se considere legal lo que ponga en la block-chain de NXT. Para repartir los dividendos entiendo que tendrías que hacer una aplicación que leyera la block chain y los transfiriera automaticamente a las Addresses que posean los Activos (las acciones) de los que vas a pagar el dividendo... Digamos que la funcionalidad como tal no está implementada, pero que con lo que hay implementado sería fácil construirse una aplicación que leyendo la cadena de bloques pagara los dividendos... La verdad que las posibilidades del Assets Exchange son tremendas...!  |

El asset exchange no sirve por ejemplo para sacar acciones de una empresa y automáticamente pagar unos dividendos a los accionistas verdad? Esto seria el concepto que llaman smart contracts que aun está en desarrollo?
Porque seria interesante hacer esto a lo estilo litecoinglobal o BTC-TC en su tiempo, solo se me ocurre que se pudiese hacer una recompra de los activos por el valor correspondiente a repartir entre los accionistas, que cada uno vendiese los suyos y luego volver a repartirles, aunque sería un poco lío...
Si podría hacerse: compras NXT por valor de los dividendos y se los transfieres a los accionistas, no haría falta ni el assets exchange. |

He estado probando el Mercado p2p ( http://nxtra.org/nxt-client) y la verdad que está bien, básicamente lo que puedes hacer es: 1.- Emitir Activos (Assets), es decir añadir algo al mercado. Una vez lo añades puedes poner una orden de venta sobre lo que hayas emitido. 2.- Comprar activos que venden otros. Los activos una vez emitidos se pueden comprar o vender mediante ordenes de compra o venta. 3.- Vender activos que hayas comprado a otros o emitido tu mismo. 4.- Transferir Activos a un NXT Address. El caso es que el mercado en sí es simplemente una especie de registro de operaciones, luego entiendo que deberan transferirse los activos por la vía que sea. Los electrónicos imagino que podrán hacerse aplicaciones que los transfieran usando la API de NXT para leer el registro de las operaciones realizadas con los mismos y ejecutar las transferencias en consecuencia. Pero imagina que vendes una tarjeta de video en el mercado p2p, en el mercado sólo queda registrado que Address lo ha comprado, que Address lo ha vendido y a que precio, luego deberá hacerse el envío, etc... No se si sería conveniente añadirle alguna funcionalidad de ESCROW o algo así. Veo que comerciar con activos físicos entre desconocidos, por el momento, será complicado, ya que las partes intervinientes tendrán que confiar una en la otra... Eso si vender y comprar cosas a la gente conocida o a tiendas de referencia que lo adopten va a ser muy cómodo. |
