I have nothing to hide, it's just that I don't want users "stalking" me when it's not needed. I don't like knowing that there is a chance of people following me around when I do something. It's just my personal preference, although you can see my posts, I feel a little bit more safer? I like my privacy. If you know what I mean. I'm horrible at explaining.

I do understand what you are saying, but i fail to see logic behind it, and at this point ill stop even trying, because it makes zero sense, to me atleast.

cheers

I think he means a tool to block someone and make that someone not be able to see his posts never again?? I dont know how that would work and it would be kind of stupid but i think thats what he means
No. Basically I don't people having easy access to being able to watch over me.
382  Economy / Economics / Re: How will Bitcoin replace banks as far as loans and interest are concerned? on: May 15, 2015, 02:12:18 PM
very simple. people here can create a "bitcoinbank" to give out loans to make sure people get what they need. it's not that different from how banks work right now. only bitcoin is more open to new idea's where current banks are not.

I see that working but the only problem is bitcoin has a finite supply so adding interest to a loan seems like a growing burden as all coins are mined.

I don't see it working. The "bitcoinbank" would give out loans to other addresses. Those addresses can possibly default on the loan by not repaying it. It's the same as if the "bitcoinbank" were to store bitcoin. The coins could easily be transferred elsewhere for the coins not to be returned. I also don't see a bitcoin bank being able to operate without anyone having an incentive to use their service. They won't be able to give interest as they would have to up the transaction fee a lot - which bitcoin avoids.

If this feature is to be enabled, there must be a feature or a setting that blocks users from tracking or following you.
I can see this being a feature used my staff, mods and admins.

Why in the world would that be needed ? I can see all your posts anyways, and this would just make it easier and less time consuming.
There is no legitimate reason why anyone would need "a feature or a setting that blocks users from tracking or following you." , if you have nothing to hide, that is.

cheers

hey .. its to expensive ..

( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=942559.0 ) in here $0.4 for 1 key game

It's just $1,but anyway if I don't get any buyers I'll let my brother have it. He always wastes a lot of my money.

hei you are nice ppl ... i think you must give it to him ..

haha ...

I'd actually prefer not to. He's spent well over $120 when I left my account signed in. Life lesson learned.

wtf that ... $120 ..

your brother 16yrs ?

He's 8. Let's not get off topic now.
wait were all games bought for 1 dollar? does that mean that you have 120 cheap game right now to sell?

wait how cant you know what was bought? dont you receive a pay check after submitting the buying form or something like that? what games can it be all in all? just curious

From the email I get and the key redemption page, all It says is"redeem your random steam key". I honestly don't know  I don't buy random steam keys. I assume it's games that were once free before or keys won by giveaways from elsewhere.

Why do you get "paypal my cash codes with receipt bought with cash" and trade them for perfect money?
If you really buy the codes with cash I guess you also buy BTC directly for that cash skipping the step of buying paypal my cash codes, right?

It's extremely likely OP is laundering money. Anyone dealing with him could be helping to commit a crime.

Are you agreeing with him that you are? Roll Eyes
391  Economy / Digital goods / [WTS] Steam CD-KEY. on: May 14, 2015, 03:27:52 PM
I have no idea what key it is. My younger brother was playing on my G2A account and he seemed to have bought a few Random keys Roll Eyes.

The Random Keys go for $1.00. I'll be looking the for equivalent in Bitcoin.

If you do buy, please let me know what you got Cheesy.
392  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Paypal My cash codes, reloadit, amazon, eBay gift on: May 14, 2015, 03:23:23 PM
What Amazon gift cards do you have? I also suspect laundering, for all your Amazon cards that you have please send me the receipts/invoices for what you have.
If I find it legitimate I'll buy some Amazon GCs.

395  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Invest in a New Hobby Drone Business + Buy Your Own Custom Secret Drone on: May 14, 2015, 02:41:23 PM
This is something that excites me. I won't be investing anything but once you have a range of products, send me a list with attached with appropriate specs and images.
Starting a website for it won't hurt as well. If your claims are valid, it's basically what I've seen on majority of drone forums problems solved. I have to go through so much of trouble to find a decent open source software to get my AR Drone to work with a ps3 controller.  Let alone my Phantom Roll Eyes.

Average battery life for majority of what you've sold?
396  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: My new website about Bitcoin, The Blockchain, and Altcoins- ontheblockchain.net on: May 09, 2015, 10:34:48 PM
It's a nice site, but I think the dark green color is not suitable with the Bitcoin icon which is orange and white. Maybe it will be nice if the dark green change to white, and I think every corner of the border must be more sharp.
And that's my opinion Wink

I agree with this. The green should be a bit lighter and more flat. However the content of the website so far covers  for it's design flaws. I wish you best of luck!
397  Other / Meta / Re: Different SSL cert for bitcointalk.org (This Connection is Untrusted) on: May 09, 2015, 10:17:48 PM
Yes, I posted about this here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1053184

I locked the thread because I thought it was probably just a problem on my side rather than the forum itself. Nobody else other than one other person (Operatr) had experienced the same problem.

I was not using Tor or a VPN. I was using a fresh install of Portable Firefox.

Hope this helps. Smiley

So then what would it most probably be if it's not a result of an exit node?  I also got this but on my tablet.
398  Economy / Services / Re: (service request) unroot my galaxy s4 on: May 09, 2015, 10:08:01 PM
Can you tell me how unrooting is done and what is the risk factor in rooting an android phone ?

Unrooting can be done in the same way you root. By patching an update file through recovery mode or via Odin.

Risks of rooting: https://www.google.co.in/search?q=risks+of+rooting . Mainly, destroys warranty of your phone and will have security risks if you install anything from a shady developer.

I appreciate your briefings . I have an unrooted device and I have installed an autocad software in it. Do you have a credit card ?

Credit card? Please don't hijack this thread. PM me if you need to ask me anything.

Credit card?  For what?  Doesn't seem to me as if he's only going to be hijacking this thread.
399  Economy / Economics / Re: What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000? on: May 09, 2015, 10:02:52 PM
Take a look at this graph

Notice how quickly the price spiked?  That's not normal. Basically we can deduce that the price wasn't hit by normal trading conditions. If I'm not mistaken, I think it was merely the period of about a month or two where that the price was able to hit 1k. If you look towards the end of the graph you can see that we're round about where the increasing slope would be, maybe just a bit under, but we're on par.

We won't hit 1000 soon again without something like a another willy bot and a whale or two appearing again.

Summon the Willy bot Roll Eyes
This. People who believe that price of $1000 from end of 2013 were 'real' are blind.  This situation can be achieved once more. All we need to do is establish a group of "Willy bots" on 2-3 major bitcoin exchanges and price will reach the moon once more. All we need for that is a bot and a whale.
