I personally do not see what the big deal is with a premine at 2% .... the devs have to have an incentive to continue development and pay bounties for additional support.
I would rather they had a premine which is public knowledge than this be an ICO or Instamine

You guys realize that not a single satoshi of that ICO money is going to me right... I had to buy all my blocknet from the market just like everyone else. I have 0 access to that ICO money and personally I don't want any of it.

XCash is PoS only now and PoS kicked in around 8 hours after mining started. |

I've just been through the 208 BLOCK transactions on coingateway: https://coingateway.net/transactions.phpAt the top of that page it states that the total number of transaction is 687 with a total value of 317.1729 BTC and that's for all transactions, not just BLOCK, going back to 02/08/14. The 2,000,000 BLOCK is worth 500 BTC. The total BLOCK bought is showing as 1,327,039.93. As they hadn't paid the extra 10% with those transactions then that's a total of 1,459,743.92 meaning there's a difference of 540,256.08 not accounted for from the 2,000,000 they started with. NHZ was sold on Polo and XCash did not make it to coin gateway in time so it's shares are probably still held back until that is ready. |

Um, some coins are 'limited' in to the amount you can purchase on coingateway.
For example SSD I cannot transfer as there is not enough tokens. Yet I can with XST.

Yes, it's in the OP. The supply of Blocknet tokens per coin is in proportion to their respective market caps. I'm sorry but I am having a hard time finding that in the OP. So you are 'limiting' the payment option. That seems very unfair. Why could you not take more of any specific coin? Seems like a very sensible idea to me... |

What's the chances of adding futures markets to XHubs? Would be great if ppl could offer to buy/sell currency x at price y in z days, and hold the funds in escrow until the trade is completed. Would be something none of the exchanges offer for altcoins currently.
Anyone can add Markets on their xChange OTC .. or am I misunderstanding your question? RE: Escrow; good question ... Say I have a GOLD/BTC market ... what funds would the escrow be held in? BTC? GOLD? XCASH? |

After a few lengthy discussions and votes amongst team members, we've decided that we will not be joining BlockNet.

Ryno I think you have made the right call. Whilst I think collaboration is great for crypto; the motive behind Supernet/BlockNet is purely to pump their coins. If they really want BlockNet to be taken seriously it should be separate entity, open sourced day one and let other devs contribute in a open fashion. |
