381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Jermell Charlo - September 30th in Las Vegas on: October 01, 2023, 07:43:23 PM
After watching the match I wonder what Jermell Charlo was thinking taking up a fight with Canelo Alvarez. It was a fight that from the beginning you could see Charlo felt Canelo was obviously above him and let's not forget that he had to climb up in weight for this one.

From start to finish Canelo owned the contest he was More on the offense and Charlo was on the defense backing up and it cost him real big. But I would not say my respect goes out to him for taking the fight because money was involved but I would say he actually had the potentials to cause an upset but he didn't obviously believe in himself .
382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: October 01, 2023, 07:23:25 PM
[
The match has commenced and am betting on Athletico Madrid to win following their recent wins and the fact that they have more injury concerns with less bench options as compared to Cardiz.
Griezeman is in form and has recorded some needed goals in this season already. All eyes will be on him to replicate his brilliance.
An above 2.5goal margin is what I can predict because am certain both teams would score after first half.
Well so far not so good for your stake mate. Atletico Madrid is losing by one goal to nil, and with the way the match is going I believe it would be like this through out the first half.
Atletico Madrid hasn't started strongly like they usually do in the previous game they have played especially in the Madrid Derby where they were practically on fire. But hopefully during the half time team talk Diego can make some tactical improvement.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone make Bitcoin investment decisions like Didi Taihuttu? on: October 01, 2023, 06:43:58 PM
Well the truth is that not everyone has the luxury to be like Didi Taihuttu and that's totally fine, making investment plans you have to put yourself as the main subject. You can compare a government worker in a developing country with a government worker in a developed country.

I believe investment has to do with taking into consideration your income and the capital you have at hand this would be your guide in know how much you can afford to invest in Crypto-currency.

Hey guys I greet everyone and hope we are doing good. Before I start firstly guys how do would you feel when during tithe and offering and you see the user passing Bitcoin wallet address to you to make payment into?

Personally I feel that the adoption level is increasing and that's all we have wanted right? But yet again I see a new business opportunity this churches are trying to exploit. We know how the Nigerian churches are significantly extorting their members all in the name of blessings (God blessings doesn't come with a price tag). I think using or a church having a Bitcoin wallet shows how desperate they are and would leave no stone unturned just to get funds out of members. What are your thoughts about it .
385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 30, 2023, 07:47:40 PM
Girona started the match very well, I think it was the feeling of being at home. There were two important positions in the first 3 minutes, one of them was very close. Then Real Madrid slowly started to make itself felt. Bellingham is the most successful transfer of this season and this is felt more and more in every match. What did I say about the pass he made with his foot for the assist in Real Madrid's first goal? It was a really nice pass.
Real Madrid did not leave today's win to the closing moment of the game and that's unlike them since they got Jude Bellingham. On a more serious note I believe that they had a good game and performed well. But I think ancelotti the real Madrid coach needs to throw his pride away and go into the market for a quality striker, this is the biggest position I think real Madrid is coming Short on

If you know the world going to multipolarity means that there are more
This right here is the course of many issues we have globally, with many nations having a sustainable economy they believe it's time they get to drag for the superpower role, and we have the previous superpowers not willing to see any other countries come to challenge them.

In recent times Asia (that includes the middle east) has been the continent developing fast economically and industrially and we have seen many super powers especially the US and countries in Europe trying to be in allegiance with them.

The fact is that the world may never get complete peace because many of the super powers has created enemity amongst themselves to last a life time, but if mutual respect exit and the wisdom that any confrontation can lead to carnage and sorrows then I believe we can coexist in this world.
387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 30, 2023, 06:41:01 PM
I would not say I am surprised because lately Wolverhampton has been in fantastic form and this is just the result of how solid they are. I watched them against Liverpool and I believe they actually out played Liverpool in the counter and especially in the first half but they drop their guard and Liverpool had the edge over them.

Today game against Manchester city I think they were more prepared and the coach made great changes to see that the team carries their lead to the final whistle even those they let Manchester city equalize I still had a feeling they had what it takes to beat the citizens today. Now the league is open, arsenal and Liverpool can try to make this slip up count in their favor.
388  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Joe Biden Appoints Two Nigerians As Special Advisers on: September 29, 2023, 06:39:04 PM
Make we speak the truth those people are more American than Nigerian, yes they may have dual citizenship where they are American and still Nigerian but many times they would always give allegiance, to the united states of America than to Nigeria, we had seen the ex president who was from Kenya and I believe Many Kenya citizens would have celebrated but there was no gains and correct me if I am wrong but I don't think there is any documented record of him in country before during his tenure as the president.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and it effects on: September 29, 2023, 05:30:28 PM
I want to use this medium also to advice you to mind your business and avoid the gambling board since you claim to have stopped gambling, it actually makes no sense for you to read that the forum found it befitting to have a gambling board only for you to click it to type such messages.

There are people who make it from gambling, and some people gamble for fun, just like almost everything has the good and bad side so does gambling and I don't think gambling might be the reason your friends were like the way you saw them (they may be having other issues).
Trading also is a risky business also buying and holding some coin is as well risky but people prefer to see gambling as the devil when there are close similarities with other things we do for financial gains.

What I have come to learn is gamble with your emotions in check, don't gamble with what you can't afford to bear if lost and finally learn to call it a day.
390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 29, 2023, 04:55:04 PM
Barcelona may have been impressive this year but looking at how their defense has been I believe that's the only down side in their game, and it's an important aspect of the game as it can cost them to drop points like they did against Real Mallorca, but what I would not take anything away from the ability of Barcelona to turn any game around and credit has to go to the team spirit and believe.

Sevilla on the other hand has been in a good form and has been finding it easy to score goals this season this is where they can hurt Barcelona, looking at Barcelona conceding four goals in two matches. And they aren't a small team so they may hold on Better if they have the lead against Barcelona.

My prediction is a hard game and very entertaining but I see Barcelona wining today against Sevilla.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is possible to clone Bitcoin? on: September 29, 2023, 04:07:16 PM
You can not clone bitcoin because there is nothing there to copy, bitcoin are result of caculation on the blockchain data, to clone bitcoin you have to alter the blockchain data, and blockchain is designed in such a way that since data is stored and secured they can not be altered this is common misconception.
It cant be clone but it can be forked or created something almost the same with bitcoin. Many users or developers have tried to recreate bitcoin with a different name but has the same purpose but since bitcoin is the first its literally hard to clone.
Yes mate speaking of Bitcoin Fork, Bitcoin has been hard forked numerous times, we have seen some results of Bitcoin folk Bitcoin cash, Bitcoin SV, Bitcoin gold this are the popular ones but they all did not come close to being like Bitcoin. The real deal to the OP's topic is that Bitcoin can not be cloned, imitated.
392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 28, 2023, 07:48:45 PM
I was surprised that Chelsea FC won Brighton yesterday, well it's been a long time that Chelsea FC won a game and the Media has been very harsh on them and come to think of it Brighton has been very solid this season and has been very amazing in their previous competition.

Well many clubs would not take the league cup very seriously for exam Manchester city lost to Newcastle united and I don't think Pep was very hurt about the match, I would love to see Chelsea win in the English premier league.
393  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Beware of social media influencers promoting crypto vendors on: September 28, 2023, 02:27:16 PM
This na serious mata guys, we dey see how many influencers the spring of in the Nigerian scene well many of them dey entertain us no doubt and there is nothing bad with all that, I am a big fan of comedy content and I have followed many of the social media content creators that entertain me with comedy videos and as they get popular they want to monetize their talent well that's not a bad thing.

My issue here be say many of this content creators then turn to social media influencers and not just that they influence platforms that pays them without even checking wetin them dey influence, the result is they get richer and their followers who joins such gets hurt.

No matter how you like or enjoy any content creator this does not make them genuine, they get paid for everything they endorse (it's not free), if you must use what they endorse always make sure you do a very extensive research about it.

395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Conference League 2023/24 Season on: September 21, 2023, 06:53:09 PM
Aston Villa would likely have a very difficult time winning away. Given the starting lineup, I don't think Emery would earn all three points; Douglas Luiz, Watkins, and Cash are on the bench; while I hope they win, I predict a draw.
It was a very hard game and Aston villa was away. I can say that they put in their best into this game, this is their first appearance in the UEFA's club competition for a very long time, this isn't like the English premier league they are used to but they had put in a good performance, I would be looking forward to their next match with I believe they would do well and my prediction is that Aston villa would go very far in the UEFA conference league.
396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread -- 2023/24 | Qualifiers on: September 21, 2023, 06:28:52 PM
Yet again Liverpool had to come back behind. They did this as they won Wolverhampton last weekend, went down by one goal and had to come back from behind on the second half to win 1:3. This shows how strong they are but as a big team they don't need to keep going down before they can perform.

When faced against a tougher team it may not be that easy coming back from behind after going down, I believe that they should work on their defense, Gomez and is not a natural full back and his flaws has been exposed lots of times .
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No KYC vs KYC enabled casinos (Facts you need to know) on: September 21, 2023, 05:46:34 PM
The people have already made their choice, and it's clear they prefer a KYC casino over a non-KYC casino. I believe it's more appropriate to refer to it as 'decentralized gambling' because some casinos claim to be non-KYC but are still regulated. It's important to question the longevity of such claims. When a casino is regulated, it's obligated to adhere to the implementing rules set by regulators, including KYC compliance. So, it's wise not to trust those that claim to be non-KYC casinos.
It's not possible to get a clear statistics on if people actually prefer KYC required casino over no KYC required casino, personally I have no problem with kyc required casino platform or no KYC. But there are factors that should be considered before choosing.

Anonymity: many Crypto-currency enthusiast are strong on having their identity secured and protected so they would tilt towards the no KYC required exchange but if the security of their identity can be assured then I see no problem with undergoing KYC requirements.

The individuals: some individuals can have criminal history and would definitely not go for KYC required process.

398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 21, 2023, 05:38:21 PM
Ten Hag the Manchester united gaffer currently has no one to blame, he is quite notorious with blaming players for the losses the do have or the lack of good performance the team shows.

I think he is trying to cover up the fact that he is not fit for the Manchester united boss with a strong and discipline coach personnel. It's time Manchester united face the fact and act changing the coach and also try to build the team on a new player (Marcus Rashford has shown that he is not just that guy).
399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Sites and Bug/Exploit Reporting and Rewards. on: September 21, 2023, 05:32:48 PM
Well you are right mate, many exchanges fail to check how strong they are against attacks like hacking and also many of the gambling platform don't do regular maintenance to prepare themselves or correct any bugs that may hinder the free flow of activities on the platform.

But the Truth is that the gambling platform and even exchange sector has many options for consumers to choose from, I think the users also has a part to play in all this, before selecting any gambling platform is best to do your own research, check how trusted and fair they are, check the rating on such platforms and the history (if there has been any attacks, bugs and how the platform has handled such situations).
