Every btctalk user with a username as "coinnameDEV" has been a scam. New user with 14 posts and a whole lot of promisis. And huge hash to start with? He mined it all, no one else could connect and in turn owns 60% of supply if not more. Sells then abandons. Same as darkcash, apex, aegis and plenty more coins. If the dev reveals his real identity it will prove otherwise. if you like throwing your coins down a hole then invest at your wish. Dev I will remove this post if you pm me and reveal identity.

Can you guys confirm the 16th as a launch date?
Right now this is still the launch date and we're busting asses and angering wives to maintain that date If it slips or might slip we'll let the community know ASAP. So far so good, only thing that had to be scaled back was the features exposed in the UI via the QT wallet (mentioned earlier) but we'll still be incorporating all of the core services into the QT wallet shortly after launch and of course they're all there via console. We want the wallet experience to be solid and not half-baked. Will try to post screenshots very soon, and should have a video of the boilerplate opensource market frontend we're creating (github) within the next day or two. How long does it take to receive the confirmation email that your syscoin is 'reserved' from moolah.io AFTER having sent your BTC in to them (having sent the BTC within the 30 mins. time frame of course)??
Wait wait so hold up here.. the features mentioned will be released on command line? And not with the GUI? Mmm command line, that just screams worth 1500btc

I still have the local file encrypt/decrypt to link up, but I can test the teleporting without that, so I will probably procrastinate on it until a bit later. So, I am sure I have some small parts not quite right, but at long last I feel I can call it "code almost complete" Before you get excited, this doesnt have much error handling and it hasnt been ported into BTCD core, but it does have multisig support, ready for user defined cipher sequences for local files, randomized cloning times, and I made it so that it should be pretty much an install it and run it design. As long as your BitcoinDark.conf file has "server=1" and rpcusername/password defined, Teleport should be enabled. No need for hours long reindexing of blockchain and other horribly inconvenient install issues. Turns out 80% of MGW code was needed to achieve this! With all the new features, especially multisig added after I started, it feels like I need three days to get this debugged, so if I can achieve that timeframe, then on Wed some people will be able to do some command line teleports. After that I need to partition the code to make it easy to implant into BTCD core. I plan to make a libjl777.a that can be linked to the BTCD core and with a few small hooks, we can have just a single wallet executable that has everything needed for Teleport. until the QT has been updated, it would still be command line, but from the QT debug window console Let's say two days to get it into libjl777.a form and the weekend to get it into BTCD core. This is getting more speculative, but if all goes well, a week from Monday, we could have a BTCD-qt with teleport built into it. Now this first pass will not have full privacyServer + onion routing. That is a totally independent transport mechanism and I wanted to get a teleport enabled released into testing sooner rather than later. While the basic teleport is being tested, I will make the privacyServer that is embedded in the BTCD-qt do all the things it needs to do. Even if I meet this schedule it is Aug 18th for the teleport enabled release, so I am three days late... Blame multisig! James ### I totally forgot! The other reason for libjl777 is to allow other coin's to link up to BTCD network, most importantly InstantDEX and Teleport. This will allow creation of a super network composed of all the participating coin's networks. It wont require a hardfork and would be a matter of linking the library and make some few interface functions. After they do that they will be able to utilize the encryption network and more importantly have access to InstantDEX orderbooks. The more people (and tradebots) trading on InstantDEX, the better liquidity, lower spreads, and more commissions. Also, if they can connect directly to the encryption network that increases Teleport traffic (and fees) which increases anon levels (and dividends) All part of my master plan for liberation from fiat govts awsome work, only a week? let the panic buying begin.

design is better, perhaps change the case from BITCOINDARK to BitcoinDARK.
the buys vs sells in the order book are amazing, almost no one is selling.

I dont know I dont think I really have time to wait months for wallet releases, when other teams are working around the clock to get this work done asap. Why wouldnt I just invest in the failing darkcoin if all this coin does is copy it? I sold a few hundred thousand. Still got a few left. But dissapointing but good luck. I had high hopes. You guys need a better team. And invest yourself in it, then you will strive to succeed

Take your time guys make it good. Will there be a whitepaper coming also in the near future?

Looks like we will see a market correction back to 0.0035. Let the dumping begin

I've talked to every exchange about the Github update. I'm excited for the roadmap release tonight!
Ah im excited also about this roadmap! What timezone are you guys in?

People are strange. We already have multiple anonymous coin currencys available. Yet people are flocking to this one like its a new feature. Then you have a real world feature like cryptonites mini blockchain, first of its kind and unique, and it gets dumped to the ground. The crypto world confuses me, it all seems to be about the hype.
Edit: ok now looks like btcd is getting a bit of a dump
Congratulations, you're the first one to FUD this thread! You've clearly not done your research if you think there is nothing fresh and new here. But..... I guess that's what you guys do. BTW, we don't have any anonymous coins yet.... we have a lot of coins trying to be anonymous no anonymous coins? let me just provide you with a few completely anon coins with superior technology, monero, boolberry, fantomcoin, aeon, ducknote.... shal i continue? or do you get the point that your statement is invalid. we already have fully functional anon coins. and as for being able to teleport BTC, so bitcoindark is more of a tool rather than a currency? so it holds no real value, because its just used as a dummy to make other coins anon? i appreciate the effort but i just don't see anything really innovative here. but it might be just me.
