You didn't specify what happen to the first scam. Did you loss your private key? Did you loss or send money to a wrong wallet? Did you send money to random person address and run with your money? Did you loss access to your seed phrase?  If this what happened, then you have no business to contact any person for help because your access to that coin is gone, nobody can save you when loss access to all the above questions.

Never send coin to any person to recover money or loss coins for you, it will end in another typical scam that you will regret later. It's better to live the case or at most, kindly report the case to a security agency if big money is involved and you know that it's a person you can get through them like maybe exchange situation but if it's an external wallet to external wallet, the chance of getting it back is very slim.
