381  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial education and why it should be a priority. on: January 24, 2024, 04:58:13 PM
Financial education is a skill that is not been taught in schools, but to me it's the most important subject a man must learn in other to be financially independent.

In the history of finance, I'm not sure if in the forbe documents a lecturer or a teacher has ever become a billionaire before and that's because the teachers are too theoretical when it comes to finance. They spend their life teaching how to do this and how to do that without having the time to test run what they teach and will they possibly teach that in school? They don't have the experience so they can't teach you what financial education is all about but they can advice and gives you some hints about life lesson and how to use them in the future.

Quote
This knowledge gives you smart money making decisions, and it improves your standards of living, It gives you priceless money management skill, you can't spend more than what you earn as a financial literate.
I still don't know why it's not been taught in schools up till now.
The  rich dad poor dad by Robert kiyosaki explain all what it entails and the stability it gives financially.

You need to understand that some people are meant to make smart decision but going forward, they have people that work for them and manage their resources. Let's use Mark Zuckerberg for example, he was smart to build something like Facebook app, he dropped out of school and people invested into his app and today, it has grown more than what anyone can imagine. Now, check the circle of his friends, he didn't do that alone, there could be group of people that are behind what he is today and people managing his finance.

Check even Robert Kiyosaki and how these men got wealth, the stories aren't rossy the way they present it but then it's good to always encourage young ones on their journey to wealth but definitely, not the way we do think about it in reality. This is what they don't tell you too but this doesn't justify in any way why financial education aren't thought in school.
382  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin has never pass ATH before halving but it has always dip don't panic. on: January 24, 2024, 04:43:43 PM
Bitcoin dip below $40,000 yesterday which most people thought was going to be the support or lowest price of the market as we were all bullish after Bitcoin ETF got approval from the security & exchange commission. The price of Bitcoin has recovered to trading above $40,000 but it might dip again therefore I'm writing this thread to advice the forum members not to panic. I haven't been too long in the industry as I started my journey recently but during my research and comparing Bitcoin prices before and after the halving, I noticed Bitcoin has never crossed the ATH before the halving but many people are thinking it'll do that this year rather I noticed that it always dips before the halving and that what is happening to the market therefore we shouldn't not be alarmed, this is what happens always from the history of Bitcoin and history always repeats in the market. Lets be guided and don't lose faith as the market is only dipping not crashing.

You should have provided your analysis with a clear chart to make your explanation easy and simple for you explanation. $40k is a support but not a global support, it's a support of where many trading activities happen and it was a weak one for that matter, that's why it didn't last upto 24 hours before it broke.

There has been some information about Grayscale selling Billions of GBTC which were was deposited to Coinbase exchange and the markets react to it and not much buying pressure, that's too tell you that there is more coming, the support is weak and further sell off come later.

ETF hype finished, Blackrock and SEC has done their part of business, SEC has cashout for the forms and Blackrock is into business, it's left of Bitcoin to move on his own now which the hope remain the halving. I'm positive about April halving but don't be shock if nothing happened on that day. Because from MACD, we are going into sell zone of the market which might last for 2 months or even more depend on how fast we get out quickly, so tighten your belt very well.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin completely erase the Traditional Banking System? on: January 23, 2024, 11:01:58 PM
For one, I would say that moreover that Bitcoin has gained popularity and also disrupted the financial industry , it is only safe to say that it is unlikely to replace the traditional banking system in the nearest future. I mean , mortgages , loans and financial services are functions that are carried out by these traditional banking systems. But then, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have the potential to provide alternative options and challenge certain aspects of the traditional banking system .. What do you think?

Bitcoin cannot erase the traditional banking system, atleast not for now. There is low acceptance of bitcoin in doing what the traditional finance is doing. I just feel Bitcoin wasn't meant to replace the traditional finance system but to expose how traditional system has been corrupt and manipulated people to his own will and that is the people controlling the traditional finance.

Bitcoin teaches us how to improve privacy that we least café about, bitcoin makes people understand that there is freedom in sending value from one place to another without been disrupt by anyone, this is what Bitcoin censorship to resistance showed people, Bitcoin shoes freedom and how to be independent of the traditional market and you don't have to leak their ass to make them send your own money the time they like.

However, Bitcoin will have been competing with the traditional finance but it is slow speed of transactions comfirmation and transaction fees drawback it's merit, many has tried to push layer2 scaling solution but even the bitcoiners don't use it often because of the complications of node routing and channel opening and closing and more importantly the centralization.
384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If satoshi shows he has still controll of all of his coins what would happen ? on: January 23, 2024, 10:31:48 PM
Lets assume that by mistake satoshi moves his coins. What would happen to bitcoin?

Is there anything like mistake? I mean someone will enter his wallet seed phrase or private keys and then try to send Bitcoin from the original wallet to another, he didn't realize he is doing a mistake, he went ahead to sign the transaction and after all that, he mistakenly broadcasted the transaction hash on the Bitcoin boded to be propagated from one node to another, no my friend that can't be a mistake but intentional mistake and purpose.

If Satoshi sent his Bitcoin from wallet to another, that shouldn't be a cause for panic after all we have seen how institutional investors are moving bitcoin from one wallet to another, some of them move them most often to Coin base for sells, some are been move from wallet to another to sell but this are over the counter (OTC) sales and you don't know it's Bitcoin they are selling. So, it's nothing to be serious about and I doubt if Satoshi will even send to centralized exchanges, it can't happen and people will hardly notice if sell is going on.

By the way, didn't team unlock shitcoins everyday and sells and nothing happen to the projects? Is Bitcoin that is only the problem here. Millions of tokens are been unlock on coins that are having low liquidity than Bitcoin and nothing happened but people panic over nothing when old wallets moves bitcoin from one wallet to another.
385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: January 23, 2024, 10:13:53 PM
The Super Eagles are playing average football but they are getting the results. They have not given us the confidence that they can go all the way to winning the title. So far, only a handful of the players have impressed me. The other players have not displayed the skill and stamina needed to play African football. Victor Osimhen gets chances and he throws them away, the Osimhen at Napoli would have scored those goals yesterday but the Osimhen at the AFCON is shooting wide. I think it’s time for José Peseiro to trust his other strikers.

I will like to see how you will breath if you are allows to run 100m race, some of you downplay Super eagles and it's not encouraging, like I use to say give them some credit and stand with it, Ghana has all with 7 good total goals in the group stage but they should be at home resting now, someone jokingly said they will use their 24/7 electricity to watch Nigeria matches while it last.

I think Nigerians are trying even if I dint get the vibe of old Nigerian players. Our yesterday match ended with an own goal but do you think tte defender was going to have own goal if not because of the pressure? The pressure was much in the first half and second half of that match, but Nigerian players didn't want to be aggressive because that coach seems to be not happy, too serious like it was a final match sharing yellow card like to everyone and double mistake will cost them a player loosing the next match.

I'm not impress about Osimhen. He is trying but I expect him to have more contributions for this match than anyone especially the hype he has had over last season to bagging Caf award, but maybe he will in in knockout stage when we meet with Cameroon.
386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 23, 2024, 09:56:38 PM

I think expecting De Rossi to be more successful than Mourinho is a bit too much for him. We have to look at the whole process of Mourinho leading Roma, what he has brought to Roma is very remarkable that their previous coaches could not do. Mourinho's personality was not popular with the owners, so it is understandable that he was fired.
And Rossi taking over is only a temporary solution, we just hope Roma is temporarily okay during Rossi's time in power. To qualify for the Europa League, I think it is still within Roma's reach. They are only 4 points behind the 5th team, and this is the most realistic goal for Roma in this tumultuous season.

What is too much for him? Didn't he saw the contract before he accepted and got Morihno sacked? He confidently accepted the task because he was sure of his capacity to handle the team in a way that will bring success to the club. There was even more people than him but I'm sure that he won the bid due to what we is reveal to the public but I'm sure the whole people of Roma believes he can do it and hence the reason the papers were signed.
As for the temporary management, that's what teams do most of the time in the second leg of the season, since the beginning of the season is always filled with many transfer, he is going to be reevaluate if he can continue or not.

He is exactly 2 weeks old as the coach of Roma and has lost 1 and win 1, I will be neural for his performance but if Mourinho could turn down Saudi Arabia and be dedicated to thus club, there is no point in sacking him, I just think something is wrong somewhere but he definitely has plenty of time to push Roma out in where they are currently but things ended quickly, but this will be for the interest of the club and not Mourinho
387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 23, 2024, 09:41:49 PM
I'm sure the group that owns Girona will invest more when they see this performance. They can continue as a team like Atletico Madrid for La Liga in the future. We are watching a great 2023-24 season performance from them. I hope Girona's performance continues. They add extraordinary excitement to La Liga. It's great that they beat Sevilla by 5 goals.

I'm impressed by the style and play making of Girona but the more my brain want to think that this guys are special, the less I want to accept that because there is no modifications in their players nor much signing like that, they bought and signed 2 and the rest were either returning players of loan or the ones they bought and they have come far this big to be tormenting the Laliga with all kind of touches. I can't believe they beat Sevilla with 5 goals but it's what it's, I still think they are having a lot of hype and it's helping them boost their moral but soon, it will clear off.

Right now Girona is in a confident and happy state. So they do not have a heavy burden to win because the target of entering the top 3 is achieved, avoiding relegation is also achieved. It seems that this is what keeps them in a stable state. Of course at the moment Madrid and Girona are the most likely teams to win the La Liga title. I also admire Dovbyk, he scored 3 goals against Sevilla. So that Dovbyk became the temporary Top Score of La Liga with Bellingham.

I don't think you are in position to say that though, no team comes to a tournament to relax and I don't think Girona will be happyto floating on the top 4, they definitely have aim and it's to finish the league as the top team so as to win the Laliga title. If not for that, there style of game would have change by now. It doesn't even make sense to say such because winning title is giving more ranks and names to their club.
388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 22, 2024, 08:07:31 PM
I was thinking the same thing as well, concerning how Liverpool will be able to cope without their hit player, I later realized that one thing with nature is that, nature will always fills every gap, might not be exactly the way you want it, but trust me it will be filled up. You can see that the other players have come to the realization that their hit player is not around, so they need to play to leave up to the expectation of the club and so far they've been doing very well. The players you mentioned in their last match, where very brilliant in their pattern of play especially Diogo Jota and Gakpo.

When he said miss Salah as the playmaker, I paused a minutes to recheck the statement, he was right but the last time I see Salah as playmaker was 20/21 season, since then they have not been doing much again, the fallout started when Mane left. Manse was even more of playmaker than the way Salah was when he came but their two contributions in the Premier League was unmatched but that wasn't the case anymore.

This season was fair though. They have made names for the club again but Salah absent shouldn't be a big deal. He is even injured from the Afcon match he last played and the agent comfirmed that he will be away for 21 days atleast, so basically he is missing the rest of Egypt matches for Afcon and there position on the group stage is also bad but that is going to be his less concerned since Premier League is the ultimate goal to return to because if they mistakenly drop form this table, that is going to be the beginning of their fall from top 4.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 22, 2024, 07:21:43 PM
Xavi didn't get the money that he wanted and that is a reason he didn't bring the results that were probably expected from him. But before he came into the team he knew that the situation was going to be like this and he still took the job. So he knew what he was getting himself into. So now complaining is not an option for him. I am not saying that he is complaining a lot. But better results are expected. And the tactics are also not the best from him right now. He could do better.

But the problem for Barcelona is that they can not afford to bring in another new coach. Let's say for some reason Barcelona thinks that they deserve better results. They fire Xavi.

who will they bring in?

Who is going to agree to work with a club that has an empty vault?

Didn't he sold lots of Barcelona players for PSG and loan some, what happen to the funds that was collected back from old players that were sold?
This is medicine after death talk, Real Madrid was in this same situation as of last season, when January transfer season came lots of fans were abusing Anceloti for not signing new players, they cursed him because Benzema was having injury then and everyone think we needed striker and now this season, instead of a striker, he bring Bellingham that is versatile for the club and has done the work of striker and a midfielder and they are all impress, this is to tell you that it's about the style of game and not the players.

Barcelona are not in good shape and I can't say they are very bad right now just that were we needed them are far from where they are right now and Xavi need to work on his way for the club. Just know that because we think Lewandowski is an expired player that need to be discarded and replace might not be exactly what Xavi will be looking it but even me I consider him old cat to be in that team by now, a striker has less goals than a midfielder, that's bad.
390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a means to an end, Do it for fun and don't take it as a job on: January 22, 2024, 06:58:19 PM
Once you find yourself in that condition just know that you are going to waste your time, money and energy in gambling and the reality is that most of the people that have a fixed mentality that they must win in their gambling are the ones that always loose their money in process.

Gambling is not a means to an end and their is no guarantee that you must win in the process so just do your prediction and enjoy the fun, if you win, thumbs up for you but if you don't win don't allow it get at you and don't assume you can always win back your money, learn and master the right time to walk away.

As simple phrase this sound, 90% of gamblers here including me don't gamble for fun, maybe there is fun in the process but money is my motivation for gambling, if there is anything about fun then I know another place to have it and not from gambling. I know what some people will be thinking but hey! That's the reality many of us don't want to talk about, people gamble to make money and not because of the fun but it's bad when you use it as a source of income, I don't indulge in that because it's even foolish to have that thought.

Gambling is not a source of income but people that lack work and doesn't have job do it to sustain the financial pressure until things align back to normal. These guys are good in some way and naturally win from betting, what I even learn about them is that they don't bet on football as many sporybettors do, they bet on other less attention sports that people overlook, it's help their consistency in winning. It's hard to copy them though even when I tried because I don't understand the games the  play and I can't blindly follow what others are doing but they make money from it anyways.
391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Increased Gambling Risk for the Younger Generation on: January 22, 2024, 06:33:59 PM
With the easy accessibility of the online gambling sites and tools, the younger generation is more involved in gambling. The risk for them is not only that they will lose money but gambling at such a high rate and at the age of teenage will cause them a lot of problems like lack of physical activity or no interest in the studies as they will more inclined to get easy entertainment in the form of gambling.

The most effective way to address this issue is for the parents and teachers to play their part and convince the young generation the do and don't of gambling and how it can harm our personality and life if we are addicted to it.

This is not surprising and not new to me, maybe the way people now gamble here is making feel like dejavu. The rate at which people play sports betting here is alarming and the primary reason is low job opportunities and the available ones are too competitive or low pay check and because of this, the rate at which people gamble has now supercedes the numbers we used to have before. Can you imagine that women now share bet codes to each other as soon as tickets bets code are dropped? It's really scary.

The only way this numbers can be reduce is to make sure that there job for both the young and adult looking men, people don't gamble for fun anymore but for money and if the government want to reduce it, they have to provide job for people. In places where job opportunities aren't the problem, I think restrictions measures should be adopted and also reduce the  number of gambling platforms that is also on the rise.

Did you also notice that there has been increased in gambling platforms? It's a very big concern.

The super eagles game is ongoing now and the Nigerian team are playing a boring draw with Guinea Bissau. I don't know why the Nigerian team always put itself in a complicated situation. They ought to have scored goals by now and take control of the game. I don't know but they should be careful before they get any unfavorable score line that will be detrimental to them.

Give super eagles some credit bro. Wink
They are now 1 goal leading Guinea Bissau, thanks to Moses Simon for that cross ball and even when Opay Sangate was the one that did that own goal, Number 11 Samuel Chikwueze and Number 9 Osimhen were active and ready to scored that goal. Overall, I'm satisfied with the central forward which Osimhen is protecting, the forward midfielders are also active, the defenders are not sleeping too but the way our back midfielders isn't connecting well, sometimes you wonder who choose this guys to represent super eagles.

Guinea Bissau aren't good like that, this should be a sweet and last moment for super eagles in the group stage. Now that they are leading with one goal, another one wouldn't be bad. It's time our coach bring in Troost Ekong to make this game look palatable, that guy has some fire in his right leg.
393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 21, 2024, 10:19:25 PM
Winning a lot, maybe Arsenal are back to their best. Although the opponent is not heavy enough, at least they are able to answer the doubts of the supporters. Maybe their new mentality will be tested when they compete against Liverpool in February. The next schedule against Nottingham Forest does not seem to be a big problem. They should also be able to win more than 2 goals.  The position of EPL champion is still open Arsenal still have the same chance as City, and Liverpool. There are still many matches and Arsenal must work hard to win in every match.

Nottingham Forest sit in number 16th place in the table but they beat Manchester United that sit on 7th place with 2 goals to 1 and not that alone, they beat Newcastle that is number 10 with 3 goals to 1, sometimes the team you least expected on the league shock you the most, stop saying they are not heavy enough. They are heavy all heavy teams perhaps Arsenal was able to cohort their tackles so easy and that's why they couldn't do much and I'm happy for Arsenal for winning that match, everyone has given up on them after the last 3 losses the had in a row.

They are now above Aston Villa but share the same points but I think it might be very easy for Arsenal to stay in t the top 4 than Aston villa because of the coming line up of each teams. Next time Arsenal will meet with Nottingham Forest, that victory will be flawless for Arsenal than for Aston villa to beat Newcastle.

Lolz South Africa is using Namibia to shine their eyes. South Africa 4- Namibia 0. South Africa is oppressing them in the field and Namibia defence is leaking very serious that whenever ball comes in either they score it or shot it. South Africa has a very good defending. South Africa surprised me I this game and they have a tactical plan that they are using to win the game.

South Africa were smart in using the Penalty to pin down Namibia, it was immediately they scored that penalty they added 2 goals under the space of 45 minuted of first, they play defensive game throughout the remaining matches and Namibia was even finding it difficult to convert their chances, total shots on target compare to South Africa that had 12. I just think that by performance, Namibia aren't upto South Africa in this game and they also need this game to remain in the Afcon because Namibia ready had 3 points.

Quote
South Africa is one of the strong teams now in the AFCON 2024.

They aren't that strong but good winning mentality they possess, if they are that good then Mali wouldn't be there problem at all. Even with this result, they are having similar points with Namibia, I just hope we don't get the football shock if Namibia win Mali, not possible but never say never.

Real didn't wow in the match against Almeria today... Two goals from Almeria in the first half is very dangerous... But if someone took the opportunity to bet on Real's win after Almeria's second goal, they could catch a good odds... There is one more important game left today - Girona vs Sevilla... For some reason bookmakers are not 100% sure of Girona's win... I think that the odds of 1.8 is a really big...

I was flabbergasted how Real Madrid allow Almeria to have all the chances to allowed them concede 2 goals in the first half but couldn't get the same in return. Very tough match I must say but Sargio Arrribas goal that was canceled spark a lot of reaction about the referee judgment and the way he was dishing out yellow card for different players. Thank goodness Real Madrid was quick to retaliate and equalized the goals in fast mode, they will have lost today game against Almeria and that will be the beginning of their decline from the tree of the table.

I have not seen a team that made a quick recovery like Girona and remain solid for an entire season. Today when Real Madrid hasn't played, they were top but the moment Real Madrid win Almeria, they came top but now Girona is leading another match against Sevilla and I'm sure they will come back to replace Real Madrid at the top. Nevertheless, Real Madrid has a pending game to meet up with them for round 21 match.
396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do i handle my first gambling experience on: January 21, 2024, 08:57:10 PM
Hello senior citizens and my fellow newbies gambler's, now I gat a straight forward question for you all.
How do I prepare myself for my first gambling experience?
What are the things I should expect as a first time gambler?
How do we react to my first gambling results be it winning or lose?
Thank you all for your helpful opinions.

I have a question for you. Why are you gambling? Are you gambling for the fun of it or you are gambling for the money? The answer will give you what you should expect in gambling.
If you gamble for fun, if you win you will be happy and motivated to try again and if you lose, you will be disappointed but will be motivated to try again because you don't care much about what you want to get but since you are doing what you do, you wouldn't care about what happened next but regardless of what you get, you will gamble for what you believe without getting emotional because of the money involved.

If you gamble for money, you will get sad if you loss and you will get happy anytime you win but regardless of what come, don't be too over excited to gamble immediately when you win and don't be sad to revenge gambling trying to get back the money you have loss in gambling. If you chase loss, you will only get hurt trying to get back what you might never get again. Above all, don't get addicted, not like you will make life changing money from gambling.
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Patience can help alot on: January 21, 2024, 08:48:55 PM
The game of gambling isn't something that people with low patience can survive be it the different types of gambling @sports betting  @casino games like dice and slots, patience is still the key to survive. Sometimes anxiousness and anxiety can make a gambler take decision that he might end up regretting.

Today I experience this ill feeling although am okay now but I thought I should share my experience and thought with some of the gamblers here to see if we are on the same page.

Gambling is not a type of activity that has a manual, if a sport predictor, you can bet and win and you can still bet and not win anything. As for casino games, what you get at the end depend on the house hedge and your skills but I want you to know something, game that will win is going to win and game that is going to be a loss will be a loss, there is no speciality anywhere other than your skills in selecting games and the game you are use to if you do the casino games.

Quote
I made a very wrong decision on a game I staked today and this is unlike me because I don't normally check on my games until its settled because sometimes you will tempted with some crazy things like cash-out which is what I did today and although you won't blame me to some extent but still if I was patient enough as the final results if the games came through and Instead of winning the whole money, I got only a fraction of the funds.

You did what you did and you should blame yourself for the cashout you did. Yesterday, I was expecting some guys that bet X to share their winning and trend because the only game stopping them from winning was only left one and guess what, they did exactly the opposite of what you did and did they win? No. The last game cut the whole bunch of accumulated games they played and bone of them cashout.

Incase of next time because your story looks like you use Sporty bet to played, when you want to cashout next time, do partial cashout and keep the rest of the money. With this, you will be leaving like half stake amount on your pending game and if it goes you expected you win the rest of the money and if it does not, you loss the rest of the money.
398  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why KYC is extremely dangerous – and useless on: January 18, 2024, 05:14:57 PM
I agree that KYC can be extremely dangerous. specially if it is done in the platforms where the money is involved.. But I think there are some legit businesses also who ask for KYC because they also have no other choice. they are forced by govt law inforcement agencies for that. IF they don't do KYC and don't provide required details to govt their services will be shut down.

This is so wrong of you to say, because Binance has mandated all his customers to do KYC doesn't mean there are no other places to use. We still have some centralized exchanges that offer no KYC accounts and can trade peacefully without any restriction. Government involvement in crypto is not a good deal for everyone because of personal reasons and political reasons, it becomes a conflict of interest when the government get involved in anything, you don't want an Irak person's account to be closed because the US don't like him or because they suspected him of anything that threatens their national security, US is not the only species on this planet right!

Quote
I think consumers should avid doing KYC in multiple and unkown places. and minimize that as much as possilbe. for example by sticking with just one crypto exchange. using Non Custodial wallets, using DEX instead of CEX.

If there is any way to turn back the hands of time, the centralized exchanges where I have done KYC I will remove them and close the account completely but it is too late for that because even if I deactivate my account, they have my details already and it will remain in their company forever, so it's like trying to live a plant that you have already killed, it is not possible to do that again. I still don't like the idea of centralized KYC platforms but if you are cool with it, don't encourage others to do the same because privacy remain the number one thing everyone should keep to their self, not for the public.

I researched various crypto recovery services and found only one legitimate service, Payback.ltd, according to both Trustpilot and Sitejabber. Although there have been complaints that this site is a scam organization, there have been way more positive reviews than negative ones.

I made a mistake by depositing money on a cryptocurrency site called webulltradingbot.com.

QUESTIONS
Is it possible for a cryptocurrency recovery service to extract funds from this website?
Has anyone used Payback.ltd and if so, what has your experience been?

You went from first scam only to be scam the second time, damn but you are not giving us all the information and what led to the second scam.

You didn't specify what happen to the first scam. Did you loss your private key? Did you loss or send money to a wrong wallet? Did you send money to random person address and run with your money? Did you loss access to your seed phrase?  If this what happened, then you have no business to contact any person for help because your access to that coin is gone, nobody can save you when loss access to all the above questions.

Never send coin to any person to recover money or loss coins for you, it will end in another typical scam that you will regret later. It's better to live the case or at most, kindly report the case to a security agency if big money is involved and you know that it's a person you can get through them like maybe exchange situation but if it's an external wallet to external wallet, the chance of getting it back is very slim. Hard luck but next, do a proper research or ask questions here to clean your mind.

I have read on the forum that people can still exchange their money for crypto currencies without kyc with bisq and robosats. then why many peoples don't buy their crypto's this way? Can't people withdraw them or what?

You know what? Even if you have a reliable source that says centralized exchanges X is going to collapse tomorrow and this indeed is confirmed to be true, some people will prefer to keep the rest of their coins on centralized exchanges X until they confirmed that the source before they will withdraw their money. That shows you how condemned the centralized exchanges has capture the attention of everyone, they just don't care about privacy nor what happened if these exchange run off one day.

Many people that come to crypto today are been introduce to centralized exchanges even before they learn about bitcoin and other coins because the first thing they think of is how to buy and sell and when they eventually get money, that's the place they go, that said.

Now. We have very few Dexes and most of them aren't interoperable, you can't just buy all the type of coins in a single chain. If you want to buy a coin that is having it's own native chain, you have to buy it on the dedicated decentralized exchange or you have to go extra mile to use a bridge or switch of the chain is EVM compatible and these process looks complex for newbies. Some centralized exchanges operate like brokers which are the conventional way of trading but Dexes don't operate on oder book system but on liquidity pools. This might look complex for a new person that is new to crypto.
