381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: January 23, 2024, 10:09:12 PM
I watched the game between Guinea and Senegal today and it is clear that Nigeria is not one of the favourites to win the African Nations Cup. Both teams put up great performances that would make you think you are watching two European countries. Although Guinea lost the game you could see the determination to win and this is clearly what the Super Eagles lack. The Nigerian team is not organised and some of the players seem to be playing as if nothing is at stake.  For now, Cape Verde, Senegal and Equatorial Guinea are my favourites to win this competition because they have a coordinated and determined team.

Cameroon was just lucky to qualify after a hard fight against Gambia. The match ended 2-3 in favour of the indomitable Lions and they have avoided waiting to qualify as best losers. The Gambian side had nothing to lose but they were playing for pride and they did just that. The match would have ended in a draw if not for the cancellation of the third goal the Gambians scored. I just hope that the Guinean national team will be the best losers because they deserve it.

Senegal by far are the best currently in the continent and that’s why they are the defending champions, if you look at how they play with such organization and coordination you will be wowed. They still came out victorious in this match and are definitely keeping the perfect record heading into the the last 16s, any country meeting them will definitely have to up their game too. Cape Verde also have proven to be a great footballing nation of recent, I remember the last two AFCON where they actually played well but fell short on the road. Same thing with Equatorial Guinea they even reached the quarter finals too something both Ivory Coast and Nigeria couldn’t do, so with North African countries having difficulty in coming out form their respective groups this three are also my pick for now.

The game against Cameroon I don’t think Nigerian national team needs to be too scared, Cameroon haven’t also been playing well in this competition and if we can take our chances when they come then we could proceed.

The hopes of Liverpool fans and coach Klopp are true, but Manchester City is not standing still at the moment so things will also be exciting this season when Manchester City continues to chase Liverpool to take top position. Even though in reality Liverpool is in very good condition, there is a big possibility for Liverpool to continue to stay at the top if Liverpool can continue to achieve victory in the remaining matches this season, especially when Liverpool faces strong teams like Manchester City and Arsenal.

One thing about Liverpool is once they are back in form then they are back. The win against Bournemouth was definitely a statement win because Bournemouth has been in form of recent and where tipped to trouble Liverpool most especially without their Talisman Salah but Liverpool showcased that they have capable hands at call like Diogo Jota to fill up that space. Liverpool are the only club as of now that we know will get close to challenging Manchester city and coming out as champions. The last 5 seasons out of the last 6 this two have pushed each other for the title and I see same happening again because this two will certainly push each other till the end.

Onana, Manchester United's goalkeeper, did not perform well when playing for Cameroon at AFCON in the round 2 group c match. Cameroon then lost 3-1 against Senegal.
In the third group c match between Gambia vs Cameroon, Onana was benched and Ondoha was entrusted with the goalkeeper position in the ongoing match.

The Cameroon coach realized after seeing and assessing Onana's abilities when they lost against Senegal and Rigobert Song didn't want Cameroon to lose again by placing Onana as the main goalkeeper against Gambia.

My question is, why is Erik ten Hag too confident in Onana to guard Manchester United's goal, who often makes mistakes when Manchester United play?

Now the question is how many did the starting goalkeeper today for Cameroon Ondoa conceded again. To be sincere Onana has been awful this season and everyone is pissed but treating him like he is a joke isn’t going to help, Ten Hag actually sanctioned his signing and we all know he is going to prove that it was the right decision. Many Coaches do this just to back their players and Ten Hag isn’t the only one. Although I will like to still see the the second goalie for Manchester United to have some minutes.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The rush to gain profit in crypto? on: January 23, 2024, 07:22:34 PM
I will tell you that 90% of crypto users who actually fell into scams of new projects were actually lured in by their own greed. Not only cryptocurrency but once you see an offer that seems too juicy and looks too promising then simply back out from it, because no one the internet loves you that much that they will want you to get rich. The cryptocurrency world actually paves way to earn some money either through investing into bitcoin or gamble into other Altcoins or simply trade which is risky too but all this are still made possible only when you have the knowledge. It’s only gullible people or greedy people that scammers get to sell their fake project to.

Guinea-Bissau vs Nigeria Match. See how Nigeria disgrace themselves in the field, Nigeria could not score one goal in this match. They won the match with Home Goal and look the Equatorial Guinea won the host of the tournament Ivory Coast hand down without complain with clean goals. Nigeria was struggling to win. If Nigeria play like this in their knockout stage then I doubt they can scale through because those remaining teams are not struggling like the Super Eagles but playing well teams.

Therefore Nigeria cannot survive in the knockout stage in the tournament. I was expecting Nigeria to win 5 - 0 but one goal they didn't score.

I wouldn’t say it was a disgraceful performance but I will say they actually should have done better, as a team going to win a tournament they should have converted most of the chances they got, that’s how to set a mark. Because many people actually defeated Guinea Bissau doesn’t mean Nigeria can win them all in a large score because that’s how football is. look at the other two teams EQG and Ivory Coast you will see that we actually played well against this two, and both destroyed each other today.

The problem this Nigeria team has is that they do not have some very creative player in the squad. All the midfielders are actually central midfielders and not an attacking midfielder and this is the major reason they are facing this goal drought in the tournament

Most of this advise is for people like me as a newbie, I know senior colleagues in this LB already know this. So for those of us here tryna make profit from Bitcoin.... "Hey it's not time yet, hodl and witness the ATH.

You see that bolder part, na there i Dey always advice people or investors on top. If you invest into bitcoin no Dey wait for maybe ATH if you know say you no fit hodl for long. The best thing for cases like this na to set your own personal target wey you know say you go take profit, maybe you fit decide say if the thing do 2x from your entry price then comot like any amount you wish to and then leave the rest inside bitcoin you fit use that money again self enter back at lower price or use am for something important but talking say till you meet new ATH, he no bad oo but no am seriously, just get your target.

Well that one no be for everyone and I think na people wey never understand watin Bitcoin investment dey about nai dey put their hope for the money wey dem put for Bitcoin to grow up. Bitcoin Investment na something wey person no supposed even expect profits for a start so that him no go dey worried everytime wey the market no favour am and this results na watin dey also cause many people to trade their coins and we all know how that one dey end as na 50/50 chance nai dey.

Boss make i cap you something nothing anybody put money inside wey he no Dey expect profit or something from an he no Dey and even bitcoin no Dey left out. The advice na just be say make we use money wey be say if you lose an he no go hit you bad and if the profit delay make worries no kill you. This na the reason why dem Dey advice to use small funds
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People who run Bitcoin Nodes, what's your opinion about the Ordinals/NFT? on: January 22, 2024, 03:38:20 PM
The only bitcoin node owners or say runners that would actually be happy to with this ordinals and it’s likes been stored on bitcoin blockchain would be the miners because the storage actually creates congestion of transactions in the bitcoin network which also result in a higher transaction fee and a bigger reward for them. The last time the transaction fee was so high, a transaction fee accumulate for a block was even higher than the current block reward of 6.25 bitcoin.

As for a Node runner who doesn’t mines then this will certainly be frustrating as they will definitely have a high larger size of blockchain to actually store on there device which is more frustrating with them having to pay higher for transaction fees too if they want to broadcast a transaction. The cost of storing this data without earning from it will definitely not sit well with many of them.
387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 21, 2024, 07:29:51 PM
Bayern sometimes just seem to amaze me and this loss today is really a surprising one indeed because If you look at the odd difference between the two team you would have never taught for a second that weder Bremen would actually win this game but that's football for you and it just surprises because I actually played the game an over2.5 goals and to my shock the first goal scored was the only one that would end the match.

Bayern Munich are not looking like title winners this year and although the AFCON affected some teams in the bundesLiga the effect wasn't really seen in the case of Bayern lavekusen as they did well like champions to beat a more tougher opponent being Leipzig.

It’s a massive win for Werder Bremen, this is there first against Bayern Munich for over 5 seasons and 10 matches now. Personally i like how Bayern Munich lost this game. The game was definitely dominated by Bayern Munich from start to finish end the chance that fell to Werder Bremen they took it, right from the team set up you will notice how Werder Bremen were actually ready to only play a counter attacking game and as such I thought Tuchel will reduce a bit of how his defenders play a high line but he didn’t instead he continue with same pattern and they lost all three points at Alianz Arena. This open up a seven point gap between Leverkusen and them with only a game at hand. This should be another moral booster to Bayern Leverkusen after yesterday’s injury time winner.
388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 21, 2024, 07:17:25 PM

Are we going to pretend like all those controversies didn't happen?
-VAR disallowed Almeria's goal that should have made it 3-1. It was a very ridiculous reason
-VAR didn't overturn Vinicius' goal, even though it was a handball
-A penalty for Madrid for the most bizarre reasons
-11 minutes added time and Madrid scored in the 9th minute.

I'm not one of those that believe in robberies but the match officials ruined things for Almeria with so many wrong calls. That's unfair. I'm sure a team like Almeria would never get those kinds of advantages if the tables were tuned.

Madrid did had a crazy win and everyone is going high over it, I wouldn’t say I don’t like the win because i fancy them to win the Scudetto this season but certainly not like that. I don’t know why the Vinicius goal was awarded when we clearly saw that the referee had actually made a clear call for Handball the VAR overturned it. It’s frustrating because if at all it was a defender and the hand ball wasn’t looked at we would have clearly said that it was was defensive rule but according FIFA rules any hand ball been below even the sleeves by an offensive player is an hand ball. Before I thought it was VAR that had issue but after watching this on going AFCON games and how the officials so far have conducted the games it is clear that the problem is from the people in the VAR room. A win today would have been Almeria’s first but as usual the smaller club get robbed for a title contender.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 20, 2024, 05:26:08 PM
Crystal Palace feels helpless in their today match against Arsenal because most of their key players are playing in the AFCON tournament. I already know that it will be a loss match for Crystal Palace because of that.
Crystal Palace showed no pressure on the Arsenal team, so for them to lose and receive up to 5 goals in their goalpost was expected because they showed a poor performance. It was only Eze who performed better, he can't be the only one to score against Arsenal without having other of his team players work in hands with him to score.
Crystal Palace on and off in their matches is what their coach needs to work on to avoid being sacked the second time. Crystal Palace fans are complaining bitterly because of the team's performance

Crystal palace do not have much first team players on any the on going AFCON and ASIA international competitions, the only player on international duty is Jordan Ayew who is representing Ghana at the Afcons. The other sideline first eleven player is Michael Olise who is having a thigh injury. The other players were available just that Crystal palace has always been very poor against arsenal, they have registered just one win out of the 10 premier league games that they have the fellow London club.

Today Arsenal really needed to make a statement win to cover for there losses, they have lost five games out of the last six in the league which is very disappointing and puts them into a top 4 battle something I never expected them to be drag into this season. Seriously the win will boost Arsenal confidence in the fight back against Liverpool and Manchester city who they are level on points with. Many people have already ruled them out but I still want to give them necessary of doubt.

Kieran Trippier is reportedly on Bayern Munich's radar in the winter and Newcastle's 33-year-old right-back will try a new challenge in Germany if the deal is completed. I think Bayern Munich doesn't have a good right-back after being left behind by Benjamin Pavard last summer, so it's possible that Kieran Trippier's option could further liven up the performance of Bayern Munich's current back line.

But in my opinion, the problem is that he is getting older and with an increasingly busy competition schedule, I doubt that Kieran Trippier can be a good option for Bayern Munich's defense. The cost is actually cheap but I'm not sure the contribution will be commensurate with the current quality. So even if there are other options, Bayern Munich should not need to rush. Do you think Kieran Trippier is the right option for Bayern Munich's right back?

This would definitely be a short term fix if Bayern Munich actually goes to sign him, it is not that they don’t currently have a right back because Mazourrai, the Moroccan international actually plays there, what I see Bayern Munich are trying to do is to add a bit of depth with experience, Trippier is still playing better football that doesn’t even corresponds to his age because he has good physics. Since Bayern Munich are yet to get a young and proven player there yet they could do with Trippier because Mazourrai will even learn from his experience. But come to think of Bayern have Joshua Kimmich who started his playing career from that side of the pitch they could as well just revert him back there since Tuchel doesn’t trust him much in the midfield this days. Also I have found the recent bromance between English players with Bayern Munich this days, or has Harry Kane paved a way for the old ones because we all know it’s only the young English players that leave country to Bundesliga or other leagues because the older players usually end their careers at home and moreover Bayern doesn’t use to have lots of English players in their squad too. Maybe a change has actually happened.

Fabrizio Romano deserves this award without a doubt. For the last couple of seasons he has provided us with the most accurate and fastest coverage of all the transfer developments. Sometimes I think he has even stronger connections than the FBI or the CIA.😅

I am very happy to have him with us and I hope he will continue to bring us transfer news for many years to come and win more awards.

He is very dedicated and committed to his findings, to me he has revolutionized journalism in sports just like Peter Drury has done to commentary. Sometimes you wonder how Fabrizio even get some news before even some club staffs get informed. There was a Frankfurt player that even commented that his transfer was so secret that even his wife didn’t know about it only for Fabrizio to report it. Although Fabrizio himself had came out to say that some players actually give him some informations but I will say he deserved this award and big kudos to the organizers for having this award it only paves way for quality journalism in football
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin an opportunity like land on: January 20, 2024, 02:07:11 PM
Great thread, I have seen people say that acquiring Bitcoin now at current prices is like being real estate in New York 250 years ago. I think it was Michael Saylor who explained it in great detail regarding the comparison. Buying Bitcoin now is something that could create generational wealth for you & your family.

The ROI around bitcoin is by far greater than that of a land. A land can appreciate depending some factors like locations which most at times Take years to develop, yes bitcoin can also take years before a massive ROI is possible but bitcoin also has the ability to overturn that in a space of year. Let’s look at last year bitcoin rise it did an almost 3x from $16k to $46k, landed properties cannot do this. But also bitcoin with this volatility is also what makes it a risky investment because you can simply go in and decide to take your money out immediately it might have dumped then. Now here comes the advantage of less volatile assets like land you can simply get it sold off at just anytime and the worst case scenario is not getting any profit on it except maybe a natural disaster rocked that place. So I am seriously with the opinion that while we at taking advantage of bitcoin ROI ability we should be diversifying it to other assets like land to help make one’s portfolio better
392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why people mostly fail in trading on: January 20, 2024, 01:51:48 PM
The truth about this trading of a thing is that most traders are feeling bossy after knowing the basics of trading thinking that is all that matters. Most of them think they understand the market but in reality, they don't have a good understanding of it. Training is actually necessary and part of requirement to become a successful trader but it is not enough to tell you how market works. To become successful in trading, one needs to have a deep understanding of technical analysis because that's the most important aspect of trading. With your constant training, if you don't understand the technical aspects of trading, it would be very difficult for you to earn profit in trading.

One thing is no trader will actually not feel like a pro after beginning to get some profits after training, this is a natural thing as everyone expected to celebrate wins but the problem is not expertizing or broaden your knowledge by gong for more research and trying to perfect your own strategy. Training is sometimes essential just to under some one strategy so you can combine it with us but it is not yard stick yet to call your self a successful trader, many people do not under go this training but with time and constant practice they later become one, so the difference in all of this is practice. Technical analysis like study of candle stick, time frame to enter a trade or more can be thought but you need to practice and find your own strategy and sadly that’s what many traders who go to training lacks and at the end of the day they start to lose and get emotional.

On the aspect of emotion, as important as it in trading, it's easier said than done because even well known experts still struggle to fight emotion sometimes. Although, it can be learned over time but very difficult to handle. However, the easiest way to learn how to control your emotions is by practice. The more you engage in trading, the more you'll be learning how to control your emotions.

Emotions is one big thing that one cannot control easily most especially if someone is driven by greed or over confidence. This two things are what actually results in many traders losing. The way to cure a emotional in trading is just to learn risk management and this way your emotions limits you to getting into difficulties. Some of these attributes are taking of some profit while a trade is going on, set Stop loss and you do not necessarily have to hit Profit target before closing some trades if you notice something wrong, don’t be overconfident or overwhelmed. All this will reduce loss and be able to control one’s emotions. Because losses and greed are primarily what bring emotions into trading
393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: January 20, 2024, 01:21:19 PM
But this begs an important question: does PSG need talented players or does PSG need players who are fully ready to rumble with the best of the best in the Champions League? They have tried different approaches over the years now to finally lift the Champions League trophy, but maybe building a young team that is hungry for titles would be a superior way to give their hope another shot. They did all kinds of stuff now and nothing worked till perfection. But now they are running out of time because once Mbappe leaves, the club isn't as great anymore for other players as well.

One thing I will tell you is that PSG has in the past got their buying decisions very wrong. They brought in players that weren’t needed for big check books every week. The likes of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe cannot be in a team that had such a below average midfield. The pivotal role in a team set up is the midfield. You must have that Defensive midfielder that disconnects counter attacks or intercept well, have a better box to box midfielder and lastly what they lacked importantly was an attacking midfielder. With Messi they had the most creative football in world football but still they couldn’t excel because the proper defensive midfielder wasn’t on the team. Imagine the likes of Messi, Mbappe and Neymar loosing a ball, we all know they wouldn’t track back like others and without a defensive anchor then the defense becomes vulnerable.

An example is when Madrid gather a lot of galaticos like the kaka, Özil, Ronaldo, Benzema, Raul and the rest during Mourinho’s first season with them, this team were expected to win the Champions League and everything but they couldn’t because they couldn’t play together. It was when Ancelloti arrived and this star players  have reduced that they actually started conquering the world and they won a treble of this competition. Same thing would be what should be happening to PSG if they want to conquer Europe. They should go for young players and build a team and don’t force players like Mbappe to remain in the team but rather palyers that wants to play for the badge. Right now though I don’t see them winning the champion league but with the few signings that Luiz Enrique has done then i see them moving in the right direction

This forum deserves some respect because, as I go through people's replies on this thread, I can see how helpful and useful this forum has been to all of us that are here.
This forum has made me who I am today in terms of the exposure I have and in terms of Bitcoin knowledge and cryptocurrency in general, and moreover, this forum has been helping my financial situations because I do get good advice and suggestions from my forum members on how to do somethings and how to prevent somethings.
In general, this forum is a global teacher to all.

Seriously this forum has been more than a discussion forum but actually a place where one can get quality information From without having to pay. It is a forum that has shaped my believe around Web3 and that I can get legit information, whenever I read reports on social media houses concerning any cryptocurrency news I run down here to authenticate such information because this place has grown to be hub where if fake information or scam attacks are carry out on the cryptocurrency space it is utterly debunk if its fake. There also other advantages that we can’t say it’s not helping also which is apart from getting free resources of blockchain knowledge we get some incentives base on signatures we rent out. This I can say kick started some people’s investments into this crypto space

Sacking Mourinho now is a bad decision. You don't expect them to keep him till things get worse than it already is? They're 9th on the table and I don't see how there can be a turnaround this season with Mourinho in charge. Mourinho is a manager who has a short-term impact on any team he manages, so if good results don't come, there's no point keeping him for long hoping for things to change.

As for De Rossi, the contract was a short-term contract. He's a legend of the club. Someone who knows the club well and understands what the club wants. He might be a bad decision since he's inexperienced or he might be what Roma needs right now. Either way, it's a short-term contract so there's no big deal about it.

Mourinho always gets his second or third season in a club wrong I don’t get why, he either gets into trouble with the club hierarchy or the top players of the club, if you ask me this is one of the reason why he is a top top manager and easily on the list of GOATs. I think he does this stuffs just to leave that particular club and nothing more. As for Roma sacking him, I would say it is too ambitious of them to actually sack him because Roma aren’t longer a top club, Infact it’s Mourinho that actually brought them this far since a decade ago they haven’t won an European Trophy and he did get them one. De Rossi signing Isn’t too bad, but is not yet at that level of experience that Roma will say they want to push them to the tittle or European places. They seriously need to be patience with him because it wouldn’t work over night and I pray it doesn’t ends up like some legends of other clubs

Still haven't heard news from reporters we know like Fabrzio Romano saying Jose Mourinho has reached an agreement with Al-Shabab.
Is it true there will be a fixture between Al-Shabab vs Roma, I missed this news?
Maybe Mourinho will be very angry and want to beat Roma as his concern, but I still doubt like coach Mourinho should go to the Arab league.

It’s all Rumor, yes I know an experienced Manager like Mourinho will definitely attract attention from Saudi pro league because they really want the best players and coaches too, so the news might be concrete from there camp but Mourinho camp would definitely be weighing up options before deciding.

It is still difficult to investigate cases one by one especially with 115 allegations of charges it will take a long time while Manchester City will certainly defend against these charges this will be a complicated matter and maybe the next few seasons will know the results.

Manchester City do not care about money for their lawyers who pay anything.

Of course that's what Manchester City will defend, with so many charges it's not easy, but I hope it will be fine, just imagine if Manchester City relegated many players will leave this team because they don't want to play in the second division.

I don’t think it is a case of time but I feel like many of these top clubs actually get preferential treatment when it comes to cases like this if not when FA was actually sitting for the cases of other clubs like Everton they should have settled that of Manchester City own too but every time we see Manchester city getting an adjournment which isn’t fair, even if the counts are much at least treat each one and hand over each punishments so that other little clubs do not feel oppressed.

The charges against city aren’t just relegation punishable offenses only bug it will lead to them been stripped off the title of ten years they warn in which they broke its rules. Seriously this is a huge blow coming for city but with the number and qualified legal experts they have hired they will certainly get a reduced punishment that might not concerns getting ripped of there tittle

To be honest I haven't even heard the usual transfer rumours regarding Arsenal that are usually in the media, so I'm not surprised they haven't bought anyone this window. To be honest I didn't expect them to fight for the championship from the start and then we saw that this season is not like the others and after that I can't be confident in any team at all

Arsenal aren’t looking for any other recruitment this transfer window aside that a striker and there primary target is Ivan Tooney which Brentford have valued at around $100M. Arsenal just came out of a transfer window in which they spend hundreds of millions and it will be risky spending such amount again this window. Also Brentford are looking not to sell Ivan Tooney this window so it also contributed to the quietness of Arsenal in this transfer

Sale of KYC data on the dark net is something that happens on a somewhat regular basis. It is so unfortunate that a lot of persons are so careless with their KYC information that they easily give them out to scam projects.  Just like BitMaxz mentioned some of these KYC information that are not sold are eventually used as details to aid the scamming of these careless users.

Exactly I think you missed out this point from your post, most of these KYC data’s are not sold but used by the scammers that actually create those fake tokens to get back at people that mine those coins or tokens, ever wonder how scammers send you email messages saying something about you upgrading your custodial wallet like Trustwallet, this is exactly where they get the images. They some how ask those miners to submit wallet address and emails and they make trustwallet the preferred option so once everyone submits now they know you have a trustwallet and the corresponding email is for you. Sometimes this scammers take extra step to even allow you to withdraw some part of the funds before they request for some deposit from you.

Another scammer from this new ICO tokens are the ones that request you to connect your wallet to some DApps and they use that to phish your wallet. This scam has been here for long and they still uses it to get naive people.

It is always common, because almost every coin drops when launched. There is a higher probability that people who mined it will sell off in other not for the value to drop while holding. Just like when core dao launched at about $5 but now it is less than a dollar because the mimniers keep selling an selling in bulk untill dey sold all to new investors untill the investors loose the liquidity in that coin. They will be left with no choice to hold a coin without liquidity. But if the coin rises beyond imagination I think those that held it will have a smiling face.

What some of these project developers do to avoid this coin dumping is by introducing the proof of burning to make sure less coins are in circulation or they introduce staking on their project so that you stake some coins and become validators, this way people don’t get to dump the coin because they feel that the stake coins will bring in more money. There are currently many coins using this proof of stake just to create value to their coin
398  Economy / Economics / Re: A person that is against the creation of CBDC. on: January 19, 2024, 01:04:30 PM
The whole idea of creating CBDC isn't sitting well with me, since their is bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, why would the government bring in digital currency that they would control, most people enjoy bitcoin because of the privacy it allows them. Today  in my country Nigeria, there is e-naira one of the digital currencies launched by the government via the CBN, trust me nobody has given them a second look as citizens are not interested in getting the e-naira. So in answering your question, I don't think there should be need to create CBDC when we already have bitcoin and other cryptocurrency to solve our problems.

The whole idea about CBDC shouldn’t be shocking to you because we all know the government intention in situations like this. the government doesn’t want anything it can’t control and as such they simply just introduced there own CBDC. At first they thought the whole idea behind bitcoin been a decentralized currency wasn’t they actually thought will explode like this and now they couldn’t control it and they thought inventing there own is going to be the solution. I would say CBDC has actually not gain any adoption just because the government missed the basis of why bitcoin got such adoption. People did not Just jump on bitcoin because of digital ability but because it is decentralized and most importantly and hedge against inflation.

CBDC is just a digital fiat and nothing more, when the pegged fiat currency of it gets into economic trouble like lose value due to inflation, same thing will happen to that country’s CBDC.

Apart from that, the mistake I made in the past was that I used hot money to invest in bitcoin and as a result the money was forced to be used for necessities.
Therefore, cold hard cash is required to invest in bitcoin. So the risk of using this money will be very minimal. Because if you use hot money to invest in Bitcoin, the risk of these assets being disrupted will be very large. So in detail, this is what I learned from my experience selling bitcoin when the price was still not high (low).

Apart from that, coincidentally when I sold the bitcoin,  I made a small profit. So basically there is no reason for me to regret this. Because even though it's small, I make a profit.

That’s one area of we need to be aware of there is actually nothing someone can do when your dear needs coming knocking and the only funds you have to turn to is those invested into bitcoin that’s why we see many investors selling at a loss, not that they planned to do that but emergency arises. Personally I will advice any one who try to invest into bitcoin to use funds they are not going to need for at least a minimum of 6 months or year. That money shouldn’t even be part of your savings.

While investing into volatile assets like bitcoin it is even better to have an emergency investment aside bitcoin again, not that you will save all in bitcoin because you think you don’t need it but at least half should be invested into fiats so one can fall back to it at time of emergency. This buys more time for bitcoin before one runs out of option. Also it is very ideal to actually take profits as the market grows and diversify them into another asset too, this reduces unnecessary pressure on selling of bitcoin just any time

Also, what about the fees? you lose money each time you send to the address that you want to spend from. This is problem. Also, exchange rate varies. You may send 0.004855 BTC to the new address you want to spend from, but this may be less than USD by the time you arrive (or more, but less imagine it's less)

I just don't know how to go about this, too many moving parts.

Except conjoin I don’t think you can actually work it because the transaction will definitely get stored in a public blockchain and that cannot be hidden, if you try to send to another wallet address before sending to that of restaurant address then anybody that’s actually after that address information will still get it, because even if yuh use another wallet to send the restaurants the easiest way to find the main address information is to go though the the new address and see where it’s UTXO it is spending in the new transaction is actually coming from. Through the explorer one can easily see the amounts of the first wallet also, this is just more like a waste of transaction fee for privacy seriously. Better still if you’re wary of privacy in public places like this I will advice payment using fiat paper money
