382  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Dumbass who bought a pizza for 10k bitcoins on: September 17, 2012, 12:41:44 AM
If BTC continue to increase in value (big IF) I wonder if in 5 years people will say WOW look what that dumbass purchased for 10 BTC. That could have been a new car now. Hindsight is 20/20....

LOL We already can say something like that! Bitcoin was as high as $35 USD per bitcoin, now it's down to $11.

But yeah I know it's only going to go up from here.

My only problem is the possibility of being hacked, I don't know enough about the software. Like why can TorWallet access addresses and put password locks on them? Does that mean that my one and only address right now can be accessed by TorWallet?

Uh no retard, I am an investor in real life, so I know what I'm talking about.

If you had stocks of Microsoft when it started selling its stocks on the first day(let's say a million shares), does it make sense for you to sell it for a pizza? or the equivalent of a pizza? Of course back then it was just penny stocks, but now it would be worth billions.

Bitcoins is just like stocks, you're suppose to take risks and make the right calls then and again.
385  Other / Beginners & Help / No Money in Bank Account when withdrawing to Paypal = $45 CHARGE? on: September 16, 2012, 05:46:29 PM
In the month of July, I tried to add money to my paypal account from my PCF account and it failed and there was no such charge.

However in the month of August, I tried to add money from my bank account twice and I got hit with two(2) $45 charges, what the hell is going on here?

390  Economy / Lending / Planning to be a lender in the future on: September 16, 2012, 04:54:35 AM
I'm definitely going to lend people in the future, it just sounds exciting. But my lawyer has advised me to have contracts prepared for people to sign as they will stand up better in court.

This is what I'm planning to request from people:
-legitimate contract prepared by lawyer that states how much is being loaned and how much is going to be returned and at a specific date
-promisory note
-collateral
-credit rating
-referrals from others
-co-signor

Anyways just putting this out there as there seems to be issues with lending/borrowing in this place.
