382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proof of pure luck on: November 23, 2020, 11:41:59 PM
Exactly the point. Casinos knows what they do. If a gambler discovers a strategy, it will only work for a short period. It stops working once the casino discover that there is a strategy that is being used to collect money from then. Next thing they do is to change the way the game is programmed and it will only favour the first set of gamblers that discovers the strategy.
Yes, I already know this thing and casinos won't let this thing happen, they don't want someone to make the best strategy that will let someone bags all the money, so they will change the odds, the tricks and algorithm for them to win over the gambler. And luck is true in gambling, I believe in it and sometimes me myself is winning a game because of luck only, I didn't expect anything but luck. I love lottery because odds are big and difficult, so the only thing I have is pure luck.
383  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC.com - Withdraw Disabled, is it scam ? on: November 23, 2020, 09:17:42 AM
after 5 days still same error :
Withdrawals are temporarily disabled on your account. Please contact us via this form.

this shitty exchange should release my money.
disable new deposits or disable trade, but not only withdraw if they are honest.

i'll post review about this shit everywhere if they don't release my fund  Huh  Huh

UPDATE :
i was going to ask support on reddit, but i find tons of similar cases on their reddit page.
i'm getting more sure this site is big scam.

https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/
does your withdrawal amount is beyond the rule that Kyc is not needed? Maybe it is the reason or try to chat their tg if they have it, i don't know that there will be some kind of this problem, all I know issues before are their withdraw shows succeeded but they didn't receive anything, or vice versa they will deposit but it will not reflect in their wallet. so whenever I will use hitbtc I will make sure that I will get every transaction that I will transfer so I will make it in 2 transfer or 3.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 mistakes to avoid when investing in Crypto on: November 22, 2020, 07:54:23 PM
thanks for your topic. I think it is very important. Also I want to add some recommendations.

You should:

1. to learn Self-control
2. to study investment and financial mindset
3. to practice with a small amount of money
This is the fundamentals that every trader should know. Number 1 is the most important thing for me, it is always be the hardest thing for me and I need to overcome that  because in all my trades, emotions makes the  biggest role. Number  2 and 3 can be achieve if we are determined to learn and we have so much time now, I mean if we have an extra time, not all of us are full time trader but we should allocate some time to learn and apply it in real time trading, for us to see how does it works.
385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multiplayer vs single player games on: November 22, 2020, 03:08:11 PM
Single games might seem like the best game for an introvert but then, a multi player game is absolutely the best form of game there is. It puts into consideration both controversial players skills to the test and quantifies them based on performance to determine who is best.
This is what the single player games does, it's just you and your computer all day which in turn, you find it difficult to quantify and get appreciated for your effort.
Most of the time I prefer to play alone than playing with other users, I don't know maybe I can focus on playing without them, and I prefer to be alone so that I believe I can win more, rather than in multiplayer where some of the money is being divided by how many you are in the game. this is just my cents, I don't know to others, but there will be some considerations maybe if by 2s I will play it, but if the game allows 3 or more players I don't want to  participate on it.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi protocol Pickle Finance hacked for $20,000,000 on: November 22, 2020, 01:51:38 PM
I spoke with the representatives of Pickle Finance in their telegram chat, and they were very defensive, even banned my account and deleted some posts.

I questioned if there will be some compensation on the loss of funds of people who were holding finance in Dai Jar, but their response at the moment was "we got our attention at the hack itself at the moment"

The most interesting part is that the project was audited for security with 2 companies -- MixBytes and HAECHI, doesn't it mean it's supposed to be secure from external attacks? Something's really fishy in this whole situation...
Being audited doesn't guarantee you a 100% free from external attacks, it will just give you the assurance that during that certain time, that smart contract is being audited with no error in their code and ready to use in their project. But the thing is, even a certain project is audited still it can be hack once it will receive some transactions internally and externally. and I don't know they audit company you've said as well, but then I believe in some defi projects as well, but we should learn how to choose which defi project we will use our money and spend our time.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: November 22, 2020, 05:53:16 AM
Worthy bounties are very rare unlike the past ICO hype where most projects moon. We are investing time and money (internet data is not free) doing bounties, we should respect ourselves and choose atleast what you might think base on your judgement or research that might be worth something, understanding the risk atleast I should say.
Yes indeed, I barely know some Bounty that pays as much as we get last time, or a legit Bounty that worthy for our effort. Me myself doesn't join any Bounty right now, I only chooses some Twitter Bounty sometimes because that's what some of the defi projects are offering  if I get money thru Bounty or giveaway I immediately transfer it to my wallet as savings. Sometimes if I feel that this project has a good future or this will be good in long term trade, that's the time I will risk my hard earned money and make a long term investment. Some of the people now considered in crypto there is an easy money which is not true.
388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 21, 2020, 03:02:26 PM
I don't spend much on gambling so I don't expect to win big so whenever I win, it's just a small amount of money that I often use to buy small things that I need. If I don't have anything urgent to buy, I use my winnings to buy foods like cravings just to treat myself as well as my family. I have not tried giving my winnings to my family because it's just a small amount but buying foods to share with them is still nice because I'm treating them even if it's just a normal day. They don't mind if I'm gambling as long as I'm limiting myself with the amount I spend, and it's my money after all.
Me too, if I won in lottery for example i always set aside some savings so that when emergency came and I need money there will be a backup money that I can use. normally I will save 60% to savings then 40% for gambling again, but I am not betting everyday, when my mood is good I'll play but when I'm not in the mood I'll skip, emotions are very important to me when I am playing, for me it has the biggest role in winning and playing.
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPals Bitcoin is a scam on: November 21, 2020, 01:08:59 PM
I have been using Paypal for a long time, so I really believe Paypal will not do anything that could damage its reputation. We cannot
blame Paypal for not allowing its users to withdraw Bitcoin. They do this must have their own reasons, we give time to Paypal to perform
services that they think are right. I believe all the rules they make regarding Bitcoin are temporary, do not rush to require Paypal to provide
the services that many people want.

Because I believe they are more experienced in the digital payment world, so Paypal knows what is best for their platform. At least there has
been great progress Paypal has finally accepted cryptocurrency, if there are still shortcomings, because this is still in the early process of adoption.
Me either, I'm using PayPal for good and for a long time but still don't have any problem with that, maybe this new feature is of course a new one and needs development, maybe soon they will open that withdraw option, PayPal didn't scam people I think, it just that maybe this thing is included in their toc, or disclaimer but we didn't notice it.
390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 21, 2020, 12:13:59 PM
Today I gambled for the first time in ages.

I started wining like the 20%, then lost 90% Shocked

I deposited more and won, almost recovering the loss. Then lost like a 20% again.

Quitted after that, so overall with a little loss. I don't think I will gamble in a very long time again. I have the hunch that if I kept betting I would have lost everything. So in my case, I thankfully recovered a decent amount, and didn't lose more in the process. I take it as a cheap lesson that has taught me that I don't like gambling: I didn't enjoy the experience at all, more stressful than entertaining.

I think it is much better to invest in crypto Wink at least you always keep the hope to recover from a bear market if you don't sell, without risking more than what you invested initially.
As long as it will makes you happy and satisfied then it's okay, just play and play, enjoy it, but if you are losing too much or consecutively learn how to rest as well so that it will regain your strength and maybe it can help you to decide the better odds to bet. Sometimes I am making a chart or excel file, that all my bets amount are being documented for me to track it.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Low, Sell High on: November 20, 2020, 11:23:01 PM
Greed is what all humans are born with only few are able to control it, most people are predicting a new ATH for BTC which most are not even sure of but with the current market situation only time can tell if we are going to have it soon.
Even that is normal in human, it should be handled carefully because trust me greediness will only bring you misfortune. I lost so many money in trading because of greediness, instead that I already get my investment, it turns out all in bubble and nothing left me, so every time that I earn something, I already take my profit. just in case that the price might goes down like last time. it should be a lesson for me so when your coin becomes high as much as 50% from your initial price, I suggest to TP.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UPS AND DOWNS IN BOUNTY ACTIVITIES on: November 20, 2020, 08:22:32 PM
There isn't any effective way to avoid scam projects, they are always available every time, here are few things to watch out for to atleast be more safer ..

1. Join bounties from reputable bounty managers.
2. Avoid bounties with high allocations
3. Join bounties with limited participants
but that is the thing, most of the hunters now doesn't care about that, they are just joining any project that they want, and doing task without effort I mean, I always see some of their posts from other campaign then they will copied that and put different hashtags then they will submit it, as of it is original ones. it's kind confusing that why don't they even do some effort to make a quality posts or even check the Bounty before enything else.
393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 16, 2020, 11:00:19 PM
It is really common to see many people losing more money while trying to recover. I had some periods like that too. I learned something from it. The most important thing is not being greedy. When you lose the control, greed can cause you make stupid bets and lose much more money. You should always keep that in mind when betting.
Yes but it is needed to rest for awhile, for me do not play until you are not yet recover I mean when you are still regretting that you have so much losses i think you should stop that and start to think and to move forward because as much as you think about it you will only get so much possibility to lose, so do not play and lost more.
394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Risks Of Bitcoin Going To Zero Has Gotten More Lower Than Ever on: November 16, 2020, 09:25:55 PM
We are coming in to the future where all is digital and bitcoin has gotten a lot of attention and popularity all throughout its 12 years journey on the internet. Bitcoins probability to go zero literally is close to impossible if not impossible right now, day by day thousands of people are adopting bitcoin joining in and valuing bitcoins and the things bitcoin has to offer. We've seen bitcoin experienced huge % of losses and is still able to bounce back even bigger. There is only a bright future for bitcoin.
Yes especially during this days, digital currency is very popular this pqndemic draws the attention of many people, I think maybe it become in the top searches keyword as well this year. So I think as time passes by there will be that doubt that bitcoin will be zero because it would never happen. and people is aware now what bitcoin is.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UPS AND DOWNS IN BOUNTY ACTIVITIES on: November 16, 2020, 03:05:52 PM
I think Newbies that started bounty activities this year 2020 never knew or understand fully how this space works. i think they need to research properly on this fourm on past topics posted here about how frustrating and annoying it could be. campaigning for projects that will suddenly turn their back on hunters meanwhile at the beginning they were friendly. i have seen so many projects pay hunters and most projects launched this year. it looks like we are back in the good old days.

As you join campaigns and earn your pay, remember that it could be frustrating at some point especially after the bitcoin bull run run that is been experienced recently.
My suggestion, build your knowledge and move to the services section for quality campaigns
the altcoin bounty section is highly unpredictable.
Agree with this! Like omg! some of them maybe didn't read the rule or didn't use the search bar before posting. It is good that they want to create threads and share their thoughts but duplicate topics are not good, and sooner or later it will be deleted by Adkins and mods. I also monitoring some Bounty and Twitter? unlike before our tweets and posts are better than them.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The last time we saw 16K on Bitcoin price on: November 15, 2020, 08:29:29 PM
It's hard to believe that bitcoin reach 16k$ once again but I guess this could only mean one thing for most of the investors, surely the potential for profit is high, Bitcoin market price could easily skyrocket up to 20k$ hopefully in the coming months.

Still, when it comes to altcoin there is still a lot of potential for investment in altcoin, trading altcoins in the market is really profitable even in altcoins or investing in a project. But I'm surprised that there was no major movement into these altcoins.
I read somewhere that it will actually happen maybe next month or Q1 of 2021  and I believe in that, that's why I am holding my money now and wait for it to pump because I feel it! 20k is coming, maybe it will go some dump now but eventually it will go higher so keep your bitcoin now, get away to some fud and trust bitcoin.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Now the 20th Biggest Asset by Market Cap on: November 15, 2020, 03:14:19 PM
I am not in agreement with the current methodology which is used to calculate the market cap. IMO, lost coins should be completely excluded while calculating market capitalization. As per reliable estimates, there are close to 3 million lost coins (i.e those without private keys). Also, market cap should take in to account those coins which are not in free-float. Should we include coins which were mined in 2010, and not moved till now in the market cap calculation?
I don't agree, there are more unlined bitcoin that is still in there, out of the market, how come they can compute the market cap? I don't know maybe this is only for me or I am right, but bitcoin will always be bitcoin and will top for me in case of market cap. nothing can beat bitcoin in everywhere.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap discussion on: November 15, 2020, 02:06:18 PM
there will be a time is this year, yes DEX is becoming popular,
because listing on DEX is also very easy, one of the most popular now is Uniswap,
Uniswap is now the top crypto exchange, even though last year Uniswap was only a small exchange,
this is the magic in cryptocurrency.

i really like uniswap, what I don't want is the fee, it is easy to trade in uniswap but there are a lot of bots in there, I think they can eliminate it because for me, it is unfair for small time trader like me, i knew that there are also some bots in other exchanges but I think they should not prevent that so we can generically created the orders.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not needed but only for investment purposes on: November 14, 2020, 06:13:58 PM
If Bitcoin is for investment purposes therefore Bitcoin is needed. For whatever Bitcoin is to be used like in savings, mode of payment, trading or investment Bitcoin is needed. And ofcourse why many people are holding bitcoin is to earn profit from it, so bitcoin is needed especialy by many investors. And I think if you know the timing of when to invest and when to sell it you will not lose from it.
Yes perfect timing is really in need for us not to lose so much nor missed the pump period and end to sell it lower than the amount that we bought it, so I suggest that we should wait for the perfect time maybe not now since the bitcoin price is high, wait for some dump then buy it. since we consider bitcoin as investment, then wait for the good time
400  Economy / Economics / Re: Second lockdown in Europe can their economy survive this?. on: November 13, 2020, 10:35:09 PM
Lockdowns is very difficult to everyone and everything is being affected not only everyones needs but also the economy. Europe is one of a developing country and I believe that this country will survive economic problem even they have lockdowns again for s second time caused by covid pandemic. If other small country survived, Europe will survived too.
Yes of course, Europe is first world country they can provide everything in their whole country there's not  doubt that they can actually surpass this pandemic y, yes it will affect their economy but unlike the 3rd world country they can make it back to normal in about a year or half of it.
