I would be aware that when ordering these, you may be breaking the law in the U.S.

Make sure it is legal to own spore prints in your state. (State laws)

Also, make sure that it is legal to ship spore prints to your state from a different state. (Federal and state laws)

Be careful, play nice, have fun.

I bid 0.03..

I won this auction.
but I OP not responding me.
by the rule off auction I already won this. so OP should be fair and come to the deal.

Doesn't that go against the whole "Trust" thing?

I would post negative feedback to show others and to warn others that you can't do this and get away with it.  The OP will think twice about doing this again.
389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to buy bitcoins without showing ID or credit card on: April 06, 2016, 01:21:50 PM
I need to buy a small amount (like $20 a month) worth of bitcoins to pay a service.
I do not want to provide an ID or associate with my credit card.

I prefer to do it online as well and not in person.

Can anyone please advise me on how to do this?

TIA!
buy to trusted person, use escrow and make transaction once,i think in this forum so many people who sell and buy bitcoins without showing their ID or credit card, just trade with what you want.

But how do you get the cash to the seller?  If you use escrow, are you suggesting sending the cash to the escrow agent?

I guess if you really want to stay as anonymous as possible, you could find a trustworthy person here on this forum and send them $20 in cash a month thru the mail to that person, and they could release you coins.  You can buy coins from lots of people on this forum, including me.  Just make sure you use a trusted escrow service.

I am thinking of other online alternatives, and all exchanges or even wallets require some form of id, even if it is something like a phone.  Maybe localbitcoins doesn't require a phone and just an email address, but I don't think you would be able to send funds without using id...UNLESS, and it is a big UNLESS you wanted to trade using a prepaid card.  I'm not sure if the store will require you to show an id when you pay for a prepaid card using cash.

The other problem with using prepaid cards is that, because they are the favorites of scammers, you will have to pay a premium to the seller as kind of an insurance.  For example, a $20 Amazon card will probably buy $10-$12 worth of bitcoiin.

If doing this method works for some people then good for them.  Keep in mind, though, that the more people do it, the less effective this method will be.  Signature campaigns will get so watered down that the people will have to move on to something other tedious chore that pays $1 or $2 per hour
391  Economy / Auctions / Re: Bitcoin site making $4k monthly for sale - 9 days left on: April 05, 2016, 07:50:45 PM
He seems to be driving his traffic from his other websites including donald coin and adalso, which looks to be an ad network.  So basically he controls most of the traffic to the website.  If he sells the site, the buyer might be held captive to paying for all the traffic to the site.

Good luck to the new buyer
392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best Bitcoin Wallet? on: April 05, 2016, 06:59:09 PM
It depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking to store a lot of coins safely then offline hardware wallets like Trezor and paper wallets are the best. If you want quick access to smaller amounts and spend them out and about then you have phone wallets. My fave is Mycelium.

I vote hardware wallets as well, I have used and like both the Trezor and the Ledger Nano (the latter is cheap).  Both are pretty easy to use.  The main advantage of hardware wallets is safety.

I have tiny amounts (to buy a coffee if I can find a coffee shop who will take BTC) on my cellphone and a web wallet (both blockchain.info) for convenience, I do not recommend keeping much in either.

For those people who are using hardware wallets like Trezor or Ledger Nano, how do you know that the company did not put some dormant malware, that in 3 years or so, it will empty out your wallet?

That is my concern.  I am a technologically-challenged, so how would I (or you if you're using one of them) ever know?
393  Economy / Securities / Re: What is the best storage place for bitcoin? on: April 05, 2016, 01:24:02 PM
If the storage is for a while and you don't want to touch the coins, hardware or paper wallet is the way to go.  Trezor for hardware and bitaddress (dot) com for paper wallet.  There are some threads on this forum can help you with setting these wallets up or with reviews.

If you want to do short-term storage, because you need to use the coins a lot, I would consider an online wallet like blockchain.info.

Whatever online wallet you choose, make sure you have 2-factor authentication on it so your wallet doesn't get hacked.

A good link that gives you many options: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

Before you decide which wallets to use, search the web/this forum for what people are saying about the wallets.  I know some people who HATE blockchain.info's wallet, for example.

What a rant!  You must be jobless if you have that much time to post this much!

This whole thread is full of haters!  It starts with the Jews, then moves to blacks, and circles around with Muslims.

And the conspiracy theories!

I am guessing most of these posters are white males- the most privileged people on the planet doing the most complaining!

Get a life!

You can not point out people for being racist and then say they are most likely whites!
Generalizing like this is not going to help you win a argument in any context because you will surely end up pissing off some one you hit with friendly fire. The member you quoted does seem to have a agenda but bashing Jews is a side act for the most part.

Of course I can.  The Jew haters are mostly white or Muslim.  The Muslim haters are mostly white.  The black haters are mostly white.  It's just the way it is.

Now, I am sure there are plenty of Muslims who are deplorable.  I'm sure it's the same with the Jews and with blacks.  But this thread in particular is filled with hatred towards those groups I mentioned.  Use some logic.  The hate on this post is, and, I'm going on a limb here, is probably from white guys.  And, the guys part- cmon, we know that most people involved in bitcoin are guys.

Maybe you have not traveled much?  Your generalizations may well apply to certain areas in USA, in Europe, something like that.  Only...

Ok, I see your points.  I have seen racism in other countries, no doubt about it.  Although I am no globe trotter, I've seen anti-Japanese sentiment in China and anti-Chilean sentiment in Peru as 2 examples.

This thread in particular is, by its title, aimed towards Jews.  So at least in the US and Europe, Jew-bashing is done mostly by white guys with conspiracy theories or Muslims.

Also, is this how you make a living, or is it a side job.  Just curious.  Trying to learn as much as I can about the bitcoin economy.

Thanks!

399  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and investment partner on: April 03, 2016, 03:22:41 PM
I was thinking to ask someone here on forum to trade and invest BTC for me, for a provision from the amount he earns. What do you think, would that be possible, does anyone have simillar experinece or someone to recommend? Any suggestion is welcomed.

I could help you with trading advice for free.

As far as trading for you or investing for you, there is that whole trust issue.  I think you'll find that with anyone else on the forum.

One thing you could do is see who is on LBC and Paxful who has ads who are local to you.  You could meet someone locally, and start to establish a relationship.  Eventually, you will find someone you will be able to trust with your money and your bitcoin.
400  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2016, 07:50:35 PM
I think since the dawn of humans, men have dominated over women anything that is financial-related.  No matter where you live, more men work than women.  Of those women who do work, men make more than women, even doing the same job!

I have been to bitcoin meetups, conferences, and trades, and by far, it is mostly made up of men.

Bitcoin really hasn't been marketed towards women.  If Amazon started accepting bitcoins, you would probably see an uptick of women using bitcoin.  It just hasn't hit "mainstream" yet, but in 5 years who knows?

I think the real growth in women using bitcoins is in the BRIC countries, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.  I imagine whether it's a signature campaign or a faucet or a  fil-in-the-captcha, etc, whatever the payout is could be good coin for some people.  This may be a feasible way to earn a living.
