ICO website is containing deceitful wording regarding claimed security of the setup We employ state-of-the-art security technology for you, with the storage of fiat and digital assets embedded into an Ethereum contract! This is completely false. The only thing that can be embedded in and Ethereum contract is Ethereum based assets such as MKR, REP and DGX. Every other crypto will have to be held in custody in centralized hot and cold wallets managed by we don't know who (no information provided). The whole matter of how funds will be handled is completely ignored in spite of the fact this is probably the most important aspect of this project. Storage of assets: not covered Audit of assets: not covered Change of service provider: not covered Counterparty risk warning: not covered Transfer of assest in case of change of service provider: not covered Who stores the assets of open managed funds: not covered Whether ICN holders get dividends: not covered The nature and calculation of ICN holders dividends (if applicable): not covered The whitepapers are more highlevel sales pitches than whitepapers and explain strictly nothing about how the whole thing is going to work technically. So - what exactly do you buy in the ICO and how does the token / coin profit if:
a) the index fund performs and tracks the market reasonably well or if money flows into the fund;
b) the actively-managed fund outperforms the index or if money flows into the fund;
c) the fund platform gains public acceptance and is used by other participants.

Thx for questions. Since you have quite a finance background this should be easy to understand. With ICO you buy "shares" of ICONOMI. An Asset Management Company (AMC) that will build ICONOMI.index and ICONOMI.performance funds to start with. And then Fund Management Platform (AirBnB for AMC). a) index fund performs just the way market performs. S&P 500 performs well when whole economy performans well. When everything goes bust, S&P doesn't work well either. the more money flows in, the more maintanence fees and therfore the more profit. b) INDEX.performance will invest into "new born companies" in the new economy. ICOs as of now. Here better decision of investment will be more cruical at the beginning. Later more money inflow will be needed as well. c) that's the ultimate goal. and win for everyone Thank you for your answer. a) What will be the management fee (2%)? If ICONOMI cryptocurrencies are kept in multiple cold storage address and there is no direct way to interact with them via smart contract, So how can be user access token to get cryptocurrency or how can be token evaluated and what will be price and who decide price.
Majority of assets will be stored in multiple multisig paper wallets. Small amount will be kept in hot wallets to allow outflow of assets, but not more than needed for security reasons. Prices are always determined on the exchanges by free market. |

this is falling day by day so probably it will be used to calculate last week witch will be like eg. 5 from 7 days. So you get share 5/7 from last week of ICO this is good because they will pay for every day not just WHOLE weeks (7days periods), you are right. we will pay for each day you have our signature. For example, we post 10 posts in 5 days, we can also earn a week stakes? not a whole weekly stake (because you will not have signature for whole week), but you will get 5/7 of weekly stake. If one guy has only 1 day extra, he needs to post at least 10 to get only 1/7 of weekly stake? I am a bit confused now. In that case it needs to post 1/7 of 10 posts rounded to the first round number. In your case that is 2 posts. |

Will dividends be paid in bitcoin to those who invested with bitcoin ? Now as bitcoin price is rising, how will tokens be alloted? Will I get less tokens because of high btc price?
ICN token will be issued on top of Ethereum platform. Therefore dividends will come in ETH exclusively. Technical reasons. For the last 3 days we'll take hourly weighted price averages for BTC / ETH / LSK (sourced from coinmarketcap, as they are plugged to most if not all exchanges) and daily averages from European Central Bank (published daily at 4pm). That will be used to calculate price for each asset and tokens will be proportionally distributed according to final prices we'll calculated as described above. If you invested Bitcoin and price is rising now, you will receive more ICN because you will effectively invest higher USD amount. |

I don't think so. Just if polo thinks that the coin will have a good volume would be enough for them. They get the fees so... they are more interested than nobody to add the coin at the markets. It's pure business logic here. If an exchange think trading volume could be high and they can earn nice fees they will add it. |
