Question. 100% of all ICN represent ownership of 100% of all profits From the Iconomi platform. Wallets less than 42 ICN will not receive any profits however. But the profits do not disappear. So where do they go?

Say I break down all of the ICN that I own into hundreds of wallets each containing 41 ICN. I will not receive any dividends, but where do those dividends end up?

I agree. Though in this case, 4739169284 (or whatever the hell his name is) has clearly shown himself to be a fud spammer in the past. We clearly know his intent. Likewise, if we see a new account with just one post that comes here to spam fud, we can safely assume they are connected to the fud spamming ring.

However, I absolutely welcome genuine discussion that exposes ICONOMI in a negative light and I have asked ICONOMI tough questions in the past.

I have to say, Liqui has really put itself on the map thanks to Iconomi. It is currently at 20% of total 24 hour volume. Definitely a smart decision to list ICN by them.

One reason I brought this up is because I thought the core Team members have more important things to do than wasting valuable time on trivial matter such as monitoring and moderating a BTT thread.

I understand that you might be reluctant to share the Iconomi account with community member because of Private Messages being sent to the official account. So I have a suggestion --

Is it possible for a trusted member (or a group of volunteers sharing a single account) to open a new self-moderated thread and lock this one, and you just use the main Iconomi account for announcement purpose, and let the community handle the rest (policing the thread and dealing with bad guys)...  I feel that tapping into the community and use it as a resource will be a good idea, especially now we're facing harassment from people with evil intention on a daily basis.

If you don't think it's a good idea and think it's too much of a hassle, don't worry about it.    It's just that I hate to see those evil doers taking up your valuable time.

PS: I second the motion and think "daparski" would be a good choice.  Get a community manager from the pool of trusted community members, so you won't need to waste your valuable time sifting through posts in this thread. Just my 2 cents' worth.

Never trade based on fear. When the ICN platform launches, I don't care if it's 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 years from now...if you get caught on the outside ICN will be damn near impossible to buy. Do you really think Kraken, a US exchange would list ICN if there was going to be an indefinite issue for US citizens? Now....you can do whatever you want to do with your ICN. I'm buying and holding. I look at Iconomi as the future version of the DOW Jones industrial fund. I'm exited and lucky to be part of this project. You do realize that out of ALL crypto currencies ICN is consistently ranked in the top 12 and at one point was in the top 10...while the product is still in Beta. I'm a REAL investor. I don't trade based on fear. Reminds me of Chinese investors dumping Bitcoin due to Government fear tactics. Nowww look...Bitcoin is close to reaching all time highs. Whoever sold is kicking themselves in the ass right now. Oh yeah...I'm up 80% in the stock market and 400% in the cryptosphere. I have balls...I don't fear dump...it always pays off. Word of advice...if the trolls say sell, BUY. They don't have your best interest at heart. They want to see you fail.

Apparently 141 buys went through with 33 people getting 50% of the coins.

That's very few people to be holding all the coins, the distribution is shocking.

Hey Daparski, I haven't completed my Melon project research, and for sure there are a couple of issues that concern me (i.e. a) decentralizing, is it too early for this or perhaps overly complicated - issues with security b) the inflationary model, need to run some numbers, but something doesn't jibe here c) the time frame, which you already addressed)....but let's say for argument's sake that the project were to address some of these issues, tweak the model and suddenly it looks really attractive.  If that were to happen and Iconomi does their vetting and makes an investment, I would see this as a positive thing.  

First of all competition helps validate this particular segment of the crypto space.  Investment from Iconomi gives them an opportunity to hedge a bit in case Melon really takes off or is able to complement the market by offering something different...then Iconomi benefits.  In my view, this doesn't have to be a "there can be only one" scenario.  Competition is healthy and my hope is that this Melon team gives it a legitimate go.  That doesn't make me anti-Iconomi.  It makes me pro-crypto fund segment.

lets look at it this way... even with all the dumping of coins we have now people who have bough higher than ICO price,,, hence it will now be very difficult for it to drop below 30000sats. if anything this will recover and become an even more stable and stronger asset. long time holders dumped and still made profit, but ones that bought up wil have to hold and sell at higher rate. So all in all in the long run,, we are better off and wiser.

I would request the ICONOMI team to atleast respond with a comment here and there frequently and let the wolves know that the shepherd is not asleep and away.... lol..
