381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: July 04, 2017, 11:50:26 PM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?
The best thing that i can see to do is to just hold in to your bitcoin iin guess its having a bad or hard time to increase its price in the market but i guess even in that it will increase its price in the market i guess no doubt about that also it is really a good investment in the pass years.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoins today and be a millionaire in the future! on: July 04, 2017, 11:41:03 PM
http://www.cnbc.com/2017/06/20/bitcoin-millionaire-erik-finman-says-going-to-college-isnt-worth-it.html

Have you heard of the story of a 12 year old kid who wagered with his mom that if he will be a millionaire at age 18 he will not go to college. To his mothers surprise he is now a millionaire and never went to college. His secret he bought bitcoin at 12$ with a 1000 $ gift from his grandmother.

If we also dream of getting rich in the future it is now time to invest in bitcoins. Many said that we will be experiencing bubbles more often, that is true but we have survived it and still bitcoin keeps moving on.

If we want to get rich invest in bitcoins today. The price of bitcoin today is at 2600$ and moving up but imagine its value 5 to 10 years from now.
Yes it is but not a good idea today because i guess it just already have a high price in the market and also maybe its already reach the limit of its price so i guess it will be having a hard time to increase its price in the future no doubt about that so maybe in other currency.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Pillar - The Personal Data Locker - 60hr Token sale begins July 15 on: July 04, 2017, 11:35:37 PM
Is any agreement with any market yet? Will tokens on Bittrex?
I cant see any of this i guess they are now focus on the campaign or in the crowdsale and then maybe 2-5months before it will have a great exchanges in the market.

It is still 11 days until the token sale begins, a bit too early to talk about exchanges. Most of them have NDA anyway so talking about them by name is a bad idea.
Yeah but i guess it will be a great sale by the pillar i can see the potential in this project will also click like other successful coins in the msrket.
Yes i guess too but i hope i buy in the tokwn sale for a good investment in thw future i can see this project is really looking great but i hope it doesnt take a lot of time in progress.
Yeah i agree i hope i also get updated so i can buy in the dale im not so active at a time so i hope i dont miss it better to wait the time but still great project always by sylon.

385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not dead yet but should be. on: July 03, 2017, 11:59:14 PM
This article is such a waste of time .bitcoin has helped us to earn our hard earned money to such an extend.please dont believe in this article. Bitcoin price might go less but the price of bitcoin going dead is not acceptable at all.
YEah another fake news i guess nothing could predict the cryptocurrency in the market with consistency because its lie a random thing for every body so no doubt abouot that just invest in bitcoin but maybe today its havong a hard time to increasing its price in the market.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Litecoin will have a stronger position? on: July 03, 2017, 11:46:09 PM
August 1, 2017 in the walls of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) will launch a crypto-Litecoin-oriented project, the details of which are still covered with a veil of secrecy. This writes Livebitcoinnews.
At the moment, Taj Dryidge, one of the authors of the whitepaper of the Lightning Network micropayment protocol, is only available.
As the newspaper notes, the date of launching the project may not be accidental: on that day, August 1, the so-called user-activated soft-key (UASF) may take place in the bitcoin network, as a result of which the Segregated Witness protocol should be activated.
And the day before, on July 31, activation of another network scaling solution called SegWit2x, which has already received significant support of the miners, is not ruled out.
It is possible that the authors of the project have prepared a surprise for the crypto-community, which, against the background of possible chaos in the bitcoin network these days, will help Litecoin to take stronger positions.
I can see more potential today in litecoins than the bitcoin i guess the litecoin will continue to success i guess it is still worth to buy litecoin in the market i guess the authors of the project doesnt really have that thing but the litecoin is already getting and increasing its time to increase.
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [BREAKING NEWS]: Goldman Sachs says bitcoin could rise another 50% on: July 03, 2017, 11:36:30 PM
Goldman Sachs: Bitcoin Will Plunge Again Before Surging To $4,000
I guess this is almost impossible to happened today i can see the bitcoin is really having a hardtime dumping than pumping but still i can see some potential to increase its price in the future but maybe not to much like 4000$ but really news cant predict anything in cryptocurrency just another lie i guess.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Governments Shutdown the Internet? on: July 03, 2017, 11:28:09 PM
I honestly think Bitcoin isn't decentralized enough considering that government still controls the Internet and can easily censor or shut them down (is this even possible?) anytime.
The move by government to make us go cashless by gradually phasing out cash is even more worrisome, could make them have absolute control over us.
We need some sort of decentralized "physical Bitcoin" that doesn't depend on the Internet and can be exchanged for online Bitcoin.  It is too risky not to have offline alternatives to Bitcoin to act as backup plan for online Bitcoin in case something big goes wrong.

Pls I need to know something,  Is it possible to exchange Bitcoin with other people without being connected to the Internet?
Let say the government bans the Internet and you have your Bitcoin offline(in cold storage right?), can you exchange the Bitcoin to the next person by simply transferring some Bitcoin from cold storage to his/her computer, phone or even data storage devices(like SD Card, USB, Hard drive etc)?
If this is possible then no need for the "Physical Bitcoin"

This is impossible the internet today was so powerful even the government i guess cannot shut this down but the government can do something to restrict there people in using internet like was it happening in north korea they are not allowed to use internet in that country so they will not be influenced.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Zencash? Extremely undervalued IMO on: July 03, 2017, 11:19:55 PM
For what it is, Zencash is really undervalued. Extremely new project and IN MY OPINION, Has like x30 potential by the end of the year.
Market cap ONLY 9m$, Coin itself is $6.50
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zencash/
https://zensystem.io/
(Zencash is a fork of Zclassic, Which was a fork of Zcash)

I dont really think so in zcash i guess the zcash will not increases its price because its already reach its limit in the market and in the coming years i guess it will gues continue to be dump but there are always a change of pumping at a time of zcash i guess its just a matter of time.
390  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where should i invest 45 BTC risk free on: July 03, 2017, 10:50:07 PM
I have been buying bitcoin when the price was around 400$-450$.Most of my bitcoins are bought at that price around 40 BTC and remaining at less then 600$ price.i have been holding btc in paper wallet since then and already my stash in usd is 6 times.
here is one of my tx

what i want to know is please suggest some ways to invest my bitcoin at zero risk to earn some profit.Even 0.8% to 1% profit per month is good for me but it should be risk free.i don't mind the profit percentage but risk should not be there.if you have some suggestions please post that too,if i should keep holding for more years and if yes how long should i hold?
When your goin to invest i dont think the bitcoin will become protBle for everyone because time over time investment in bitcoin over time the risk in bitcoin investment is increasing so gonna need or invest in other.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Russia] Burger King to accept Bitcoin this summer! on: July 03, 2017, 10:27:10 PM
Source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/burger-king-to-accept-bitcoin-in-russia-this-summer

So yeah, hopefully McDonald, Dominos pizza, and many others will follow after this. I thought that this kind of decisions are taken by the creators of the franchise but It looks like It's not since It's starting on Russia.
If they will it will be great to use bitcoin but today i cant imagined they will gonna do this thing because the transactions today really takes and need a lot of time 12i guess is the maximum but something more than and your gonna be hell when you pay because of the blockchain fee.
392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: July 02, 2017, 11:59:38 PM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment
I guess bitcoin is better than cash and no doubt i guess it is a great investment for everyone instead of banking your cash and w8 for athe yeara and get a small profit bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and the same time a great investment for everyone.
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: July 02, 2017, 11:35:59 PM
Which of the Bitcoin wallets between the Online and Offline works best?
I recommend the online wallet not as good in security like offline wallet but it is lot more useful than offline wallet you can use online wallet easily just using a internet brower and an internet connection in your phone so you can buy it a store using bitcoin easily just using your phone.
394  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: July 01, 2017, 11:33:44 PM
Which one suits you the most?
Most easy to create web wallet also you can bring or open it everywhere unlike other wallet you need to copy it to a hard drive or something web wallet you can use it to buy in a store you can open it in your smartphone and then send bitcoin.
395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: July 01, 2017, 11:26:09 PM

What do you like best about bitcoin?
Decentralization, transparency or easier to move?
Or just it makes you look cool? Wink
It is great because the bitcoin is a good investment so it can make money in just investing in bitcoin also bitcoin is high technology so its make our life easier when it comes in money or currency it has a fast transaction and affordable fee but today fees are expensive.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on? Bitcoin for the rich only? on: June 26, 2017, 11:56:21 AM
Hi,

Even just a year ago bitcoin was useable... now the fees are about 10x what the banks charge. Seems like its changing from a peer-to-peer money system for everyone into yet another convenient way for rich people to exchange funds!

What went wrong> And more to the point, who is responsible? What can be done to fix it?
Thanks
Andy
I guess fee was not really a thing but the thing is bitcoin price was already in a high price rate that causes almost 3000$today and still increasing so i guess investing in bitcoin your gonna need a lot of money to invesy in bitcoin. And of course as we all know a great volume of bitcoin is a great profit also.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 26, 2017, 11:43:34 AM
It seems that experts say that Bitcoin 'Here to Stay,' But Banks Could Disappear.

"TheStreet: How do you think FinTech will impact the way banks operate?

Frank Schwab: Banks either react on, or they will disappear. Anyway, the consolidation of the banking industry accelerates as the behaviour of people changes. Some banks will benefit from [FinTech], some will be pushed to the back end, and some will disappear."
http://www.thestreet.com/story/13419089/1/bitcoin-here-to-stay-but-banks-could-disappear-says-fintech-expert.html

What's your read on that?

Obviosly i guess when you have bitcoin it is more great than depositing in a bank i guess you will not gonna need bank when you have a more great bitcoin wallet have a lot of great feature like transactions fees also it is growing over time because bitcoin price is increasing.
398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin digital gold or digital cash? on: June 26, 2017, 11:23:32 AM
Answers to this question are constantly posted on this forum and on Reddit by people who are not software engineers/developers, nor product managers. Either that or they are truly terrible at their jobs. Reddit in particular has really turned into a garbage dump, but that's something for another discussion.

Anyway, in a business context you want to build software that meets your customer's expectations, so understanding how a user makes use of your software solution is really important for smooth communication and shared understanding between management, marketing and engineering. Normally you want to write out really detailed user stories/journeys, maybe even draw diagrams or create mock-ups that demonstrate the exact problem you're trying to solve and how your thing will solve it.

Here's a teaser:

Alice is at a farmer's market and wants to buy broccoli from a vendor. How does she pay?

Here are just a few important details that we need to know first:

- What country is Alice in, and what are the economic conditions?
- How much money does she make every year/how well off is she?
- How technologically sophisticated is she/how old is she?
- What tastes and preferences does Alice have/what prejudices her in certain ways?

We need a lot more information before we start talking about what BIP we can code up in a day. If you think about these questions only from your own perspective and experience, you're discounting the majority of people on this planet that want to use the same technology. Bitcoin's value depends mainly on how many people can safely use it, and if it's not in use by the largest number of people possible, it will not achieve it's full potential/value.

The correct answer to the question in this poll is "it depends". Bitcoin is for humans, and humans have different needs. Most likely every redditor and bitcoin.org poster's favorite potential use case, "in-person payments at high volume merchants", will not be satisfied by Bitcoin directly. Use something else for that one narrow use case if Bitcoin isn't doing it for you, and support the engineers who are working to make Bitcoin more secure and stable, goddamnit  Grin

Currency i guess so digital cash and digital gold bitcoin was both it is a currency like a cash you can use bitcoin as a currency in buying in store but not today still in a progress also it is a gold because the price of bitcoin is continue growing over time .
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Destroying Bitcoin is NOT Acceptable on: June 26, 2017, 11:16:10 AM

I just came across this news, although it's quite old but still transactions are taking place. These guys are burning bitcoins intentionally and that's really painful part.

Proof of Burn

No reason is enough satisfactory for this kind of shitty practice. Whatever the reason is, I strongly feel that burning (destroying) bitcoins is not acceptable. It's too much worst for the long term. What do you think?

Experts, Please blow your torch if I'm going wrong.

As of today bitcoin isis not really accepted because it is online they have fear of being have in there bitcoin wallet so i guess also the government do not accept bitcoin as it causes a lot of vulnerabilities in many illegal transaction but i guess it is easy to adopt in the community.
400  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Will Bitcoin will be declare as legal or not ? on: June 26, 2017, 11:10:50 AM
Here I am confused whether the Indian government want to declare the Bitcoin legal or not ?.

Here are the proof that they will declare it as legal

1) Why government of India asking to the public for the suggestion whether to regulate , ban , or just leave it as is currently .
2) Why government taking action against the zebpay , whether everyone paying tax or not .
3) If government want to ban , then why they are waiting , why they are not directly declare the Bitcoin as illegal way of payment or asset .
4) Why government want make tax  from the Bitcoin earner , but don't want declare it as legal .
5) The big bank in India SBI want to use technology of blockchain but still they are not supporting Bitcoin.

Here are the chances to declare it illegal , due to following conclusions

1) They already banned in the year 2010 , but after they unbanned , so chances to ban it again are much possible .
2) If the government of India can stop the use of old currencies  , without any prior notice , then it is possible that they can ban easily the Bitcoin .
3) Since most of the millionaires are in the favour of the Bitcoin but still few celebrities are against the use of the Bitcoin .
4) The current government ruling India is against the black money , so may be possible that with the name of the black money they can ban it ( regardless of the factor that every transactions are publicly open for everyone to see ) .

Well here I would like to suggest everyone , whether he is Indian or not , just support Bitcoin  at www.mygov.in   resister your account and say about the Bitcoin .
And tell them that Bitcoin is a best option to destroy the system of the black money , because everything is open to see .

If you have still any suggestion then feel free to share below about this thread and also I requested to you to support Bitcoin at www.mygov.in

note : we have time until 31 may to give our suggestion , so be fast to support Bitcoin .
I really hope that it will become legal but as the progress of bitcoin. Unknown trsansaction in online cannot be trace and can be use in illegal transactions like silkroad so government was against the bitcoin i guess but bitcoin will become illegal in the future as it continue adopt.
