We were downgraded to D+ for having slow payouts for one day out of our ~8 months of operation. If I didn't care less I would actually complain. Either way I agree with OP that the grades are ridiculously skewed.

I had this problem today too. My confusion was because the withdrawal window says BTC but you have to enter it in credits. Maybe just a line that says "Please enter your withdrawal amount in credits." Your casino looks amazing, but at 500 USD per bitcoin even my bitcents have value and I'm thinking of cashing out.
