The ICO issues the FML tokens.   These are for transaction fees.  You can of course convert these to USD or EUR on our payment gateway as they will be a contributing token along with BTC or EUR.

Personally I think the many regional groups is a distraction from a common goal, DIm is not really big enough to warrant such an approach. I feel the contributions to Dim are best served here for now.

DEvs haven't set any dates yet. It depends on a lot of factors - e.g. how many pre-ico applications devs receive in the next 4 weeks, how much devs will raise in the first 2 weeks etc.

If loan amount was $1000 and had 20% insurance that would be $200 of insurance to the lender as the loan is paid, say to 600 dollars the insurance would take on less risk because now it is 20% of 600 that would be $120 ..  with the lender paying a monthly premium would attract a fee, and the rest would build a insurance liquidity pool..

I bought more yesterday, lowering my cost basis from ico. Crazy how people are selling now knowing that a top 10 artist is signed to promote the exchange listing which will be coming most likely this next week

Devs do not accept US & China investors in ICO. They mentioned in Interview that KYC is not required during the pre-sale, not for ICO.

Is there a reason the eth address is getting the 0x at the beginning of the address cut off? Does that still make it a valid address without it.

I'm guessing that there will have to be cognisance of local laws. Bit with Hadron the end user is making a deliberate, hopefully informed, choice. Whereas the bitcoin scenario is not within the end users control
