3801  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is your Bitcoin really worth $xxx.xx? on: December 19, 2016, 11:51:35 PM
well the golden rule is don't invest what you can't afford to lose cause nobody knows what tomorrow will bring and it's better to be safe
but in my opinion yes there are enough buyers in the market , and there are some people who buy bitcoin if it goes down as little as 10$

so far I still believe in bitcoin but as I said we can't be sure about what will happen in the future
3802  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitlander Review on: December 15, 2016, 04:02:45 PM
Is bitlander a good way to earn bitcoin? I'm hesitating to be active or not in that site

I used it in the past but these days I don't know how bitlanders is doing cause I stopped using it
it was good for me since you can throw some links with your affiliate and sometimes communicate with other bitcoiners but their paying rate wasn't that high

but I think that you should try anyways cause in general it's a nice experience
3803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to determine the price of a product in bitcoin on: December 15, 2016, 03:57:32 PM
if you want to sell with the USD rate then there are some services that can help you
for example I know a site called coinpayments and some merchants use this site when they are offering some products in fiat but in the same time they accept cryptocurrency

I'm sure there are even more such services , so it's not a big deal

thanks again for the great giveaways Primedice  Smiley
3805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Have you ever exchanged BTC face to face? on: December 13, 2016, 10:54:33 PM
sadly I haven't cause people here don't know about bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency , I would like to exchange some btc from time to time
but in general people here have zero experience when it comes to online money in general , cause all the popular ewallets and even master and visa aren't supported

maybe this will change in future if the people here started to realize that they can spend and make money online
3806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Giving up on Bitcoin... on: December 13, 2016, 10:51:24 PM
can't tell you what to do or to think cause this is a personal matter , but personally I won't give up bitcoins
so far I'm not seeing anything wrong , and I'm actually really optimistic when it comes to bitcoin future

if circle gave up bitcoin that doesn't mean that they did the right thing
3807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Omicron - Dividend-Issuing Currency - Fifth dividends issued: 310 sats/OMC on: December 10, 2016, 03:30:10 PM
nothing to worry about , the drop comes from a low volume as you can see there is less than 1K omc sold at low price
and probably this because some people are trying to sell the extra coins that they stake so it's ok in my opinion
I would be more than happy to buy what others stake  Smiley
3808  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: FORTUNEJACK ☆★☆ Christmas Prizes ☆★☆ Win Everyday 💰 on: December 08, 2016, 11:32:51 PM
to be honest I was expecting something better from FortuneJack , cause this doesn't sound as a christmas giveaway at all
I mean come on wagering at least 0.1 30 times to win 0.02 ?? you can get way better offers in usual days in other sites

also why 500 times on dice ?? this doesn't make sense at all !!
3809  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Erdogan: Turkish forces are in Syria to end Assad's rule on: December 08, 2016, 11:27:26 PM
I am personally predicting that soon Assad can be out of Syria and a new government can be installed in Syria which can be more leaning and more favorable to Iran. This is part of the game-plan employed by Iran and Russia will let Iran rule the land.

this won't happen especially after the wins in Aleppo , it's over guys and Al-Assad is the true leader for Syria
all the people were betting against Al-Assad in the last 6 years , but here we are and Al-Assad now is even stronger

most people in Syria love Al-Assad but your media is fooling you and soon Erdogan and all of Syria's enemies will ask for Assad's forgiveness
time will tell , you can mark my words  Cheesy
Do you think that Assad has to apologize? President who made his country a slaughterhouse, also called on its territory of foreign troops does not deserve to be President.

no Al-Assad did what every true leader should do , he protected his country from Wahabis and before talking without thinking just look at what's happening in Libya
Russia is our ally and there is nothing wrong with asking their helps when you are fighting a group of fighters who are supported by the US and the west
3810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Alt Coin Projects Active on: December 08, 2016, 03:19:08 PM
personally I hate all alt coins and I do believe that holding bitcoin is the best
but I'm currently an investor in Omicron which is an investment platform , there is no new technology with it but simply holders receive profits in btc every two weeks

this project is running by a good trader who was able to make a lot of profits for his investors and the last two years , he was running Delta investments and now he launched this coin to make his job easier

3812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best alternative to bitcoins on: December 05, 2016, 10:05:41 PM
since we are talking about investing then for sure bitcoin is the best , other coins may make you more profit but they are not stable while bitcoin is moving up steadily so I think you should only hold bitcoin
alt market is unpredictable and there is much gambling there , ETH was doing great at the beginning of the year and now it's suffering
I just hold bitcoin and avoid the stress that comes from holding other alts
3813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When did you begin using Bitcoin? on: December 05, 2016, 09:54:30 PM
I started using bitcoin at the middle of 2014 and I was totally noob in the whole making money online thing
basically I was using a lot of ptc sites and I saw many ads promoting bitcoin faucets , then I started to research bitcoin and I found that it's really great
and since I like gambling and poker I was hooked with BTC  Smiley

3815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We need to STOP The Billion coin! on: December 03, 2016, 08:34:28 PM
well what caught my attention was that the people who were promoting it on FB were the same people who are involved in one coin
but someone said that this is different and it's a real currency , but in general I don't care about it so I didn't research

but now your story explains  why most people on FB are trying to sell some of their coins to others  Cheesy

hey Betcoin , any news if you are going to bring the normal SNGs back to the site
currently I'm playing in another skin just because SNGs are my main game , but I miss the old days when my bankroll was purely in bitcoin

I asked this question long time ago , and didn't get an answer from Betcoin
but now I opened the poker client and found that some SNGs are back like 15$ and up , but I want to know if you are going to bring em all back like usual
also I know that you removed them because there was an abuse , but what was that abuse ??

thanks in advance

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616152.msg16311863#msg16311863

(they just delete it if you try to discuss it here)

oh at least now I know what kind of abuse that was , but as I understand this is only for HU SNGs right ??
but now if you open betcoin you can find the full ring regular 15 and 30 $ , not sure why they didn't fill the whole levels and why there is no turbos
3817  Economy / Gambling / Re: Official Americas Cardroom Thread on: December 01, 2016, 09:02:38 PM

I know it's been a long way, there are lots of development that needs to be done but we already launched the game live. All players that assisted to the Punta Cana Poker Classic event were able to play Sit&Go 2.0. However, the online version should be ready by January. If you checked the Bet The Clock promo, it does not need much development since is a rebranding of bounty tourneys and there is nothing new with them, so, again, the new concept is brought by Americas Cardroom

so officially we need to wait till the new year to play the SNG 2.0 Huh or can that be changed ?
come on guys , at first the news was that it will be in November then Phil Naggy said that it should be available in December and now you are saying that we have to wait till January !!!

why to announce something that need that much of waiting  Embarrassed

3819  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Saudi Arabia: Billionaire Prince Calls For End To Women Driving Ban on: November 30, 2016, 06:52:56 PM
Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal has called for an end to the country’s ban on women driving. The billionaire prince who does not hold a political position in the kingdom, wrote about the ongoing debate on his Twitter account Tuesday.

Here is the tweet : https://twitter.com/Alwaleed_Talal/status/803672332485017600

http://www.ibtimes.com/womens-rights-saudi-arabia-billionaire-prince-calls-end-women-driving-ban-2452713

alwaleed bib talal is a great prince when we compare him with the other princes , and as I see in the news he always trying to spread the good
but since he has no political position this will not change a thing , cause you can't imagine how the king and the religion men are ruling there

if you are the greatest scientist or researcher on this planet you still worth nothing in SA when you are arguing with one of their religion men
so I don't think that women will drive the cars any soon in Saudi Arabia
3820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Omicron - Dividend-Issuing Currency - Fourth dividends issued: 910 sats/OMC on: November 28, 2016, 07:30:27 PM

Yes, basically connections show the number of people who have wallets open. In reality it is a bit more complex: more exactly it is the number of wallets or just nodes running and accessible from your network. It could be a regular user wallet, or a headless node (think Linux), or a block explorer node, a seednode etc.

Many users keep their wallets running all the time, and that ensures they (and others as well) have many connections. The longer you keep your wallet open, the more connections it will find.

thanks a lot for responding again , but I still don't fully understand it I mean like in general is there anything that I can do ??
also sometimes I'm getting 0 connections as it's showing in the picture
http://imgur.com/a/dRoUf

and it will stop staking at that point and it won't refresh if there is a new connection , so basically I have to close the wallet and open it again which is basically wasting a lot of staking time especially when I'm sleeping

also I've noticed that when there is low conncetions ( under 3 usually ) some of the blocks that I find showing " generated but not accepted " , so is that fixable ?? cause it's only happening when there is low amount of connections

thanks in advance my friend
