I still remember the days where I invested in an ICO with ERC20 Token based but the project did not go through as expected. That is when I learned that not every good project really goes through. No one knows who did a big transaction or a group of smaller transactions that become big and then call it a whale. Nevertheless, no one will give an exact answer to your question. If there is a chance that we will know the movement of a whale, we are also getting rich than them.
