Thank you very much, I will check out the https://bit-exo.com/ . Is it a reputable site? I ve never heard of it.

Very interesting topics about betcoin poker, I am not sure to continue playing there, smells funny. If this company is so shady, why does people still play there?
This would be a good question to the few players there?

There will be always people who do not know (like you?) or do not care about what is going on at a site. They have also 70 signature campaign promoters who will bring the one or other customer.

There are also affiliates who continue to promote them and bring some customers in. Peeps Place here on BitcoinTalk i.e. give their sportsbook an A- rating! Cheesy

However, they lost 65% on Alexa Global Rank within the last 3 months!
3806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: March 08, 2017, 03:25:02 AM
I am just checking it on google (sites with feedbacks about the gambling site) and here in forum. If you see that users encountered lots of problem and the owner didn't even say a word to fix it, you better avoid the site. I usually visit those with faucet so that I am not required to deposit btc first. Checking the FAQ and TOS is a big help too. There might be a suspicious terms that may help you find out. Sometimes they claim in their FAQ that you can withdraw even you won using the free money but in the end they won't let you. Basically, there is a higher chance that they will scam users if they can't keep what they promise.
Did you google betcoin.ag scam?
3807  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ BitBox - Run your own BITCOIN GAMBLING SITE ★★★ on: March 08, 2017, 02:52:22 AM
O.k., just let me elaborate this:

1) Payment methods

Here in their thread, they state the payment methods Bank, Visa and MasterCard. But if you go to their website, you can only pay with Bitcoins!

2) Pricing

a) Only $400 one time price! Wow, that is really cheap! (backdoor inclusive) Wink

b) Hosting of a gambling casino for only $8 per months! Again, wow.

c) Unlimited 24/7 Customer Service for only $100! Wow, wow.

Curacao licences (which sadly seem to be virtually the only kind available to BTC operators) aren't worth the paper they are written on anyway.
BetBTC.co claim to have a Costa Rica license. Are they lying?

I haven't verified if they do have a license or not, but apeman's point is that those licenses don't really do anything. They are available to pretty much anyone, as long as you pay, and the regulatory body is pretty much useless if you have a problem with those sites/non-existent. Curacao licenses are also pretty much worthless.
I understand that licenses in the first instance are not helpful for players. But if you want to sue the operator, then they are helpful, because the licensor has to forward the identity of the operator.

However, I did not complain that bitsport.bet has no license. I complained that they false and misleading claim to have one.

I also complained that they are hiding, while on the other site reserve all the rights to ask and demand everything from their customers. This is against civil law.

And their 100 x 100 mBTC promotion also turned out as a scam meanwhile. Or probably they did not find any customers, who knows?
3809  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ BitBox - Run your own BITCOIN GAMBLING SITE ★★★ on: March 08, 2017, 01:57:35 AM
Their website link https://bitbox.site/ do not state any company and I would be very surprised if a registered company is behind BitBox.

Yeah it does, it's in the footer...
You mean ©2016 IT-BOX UG? Yeah, I saw this, but this means nothing.

If they would be a registered company, then they would have terms and conditions and would state the operator in the ToS.

Also German law requires to state an impressum with some info and I think you have also to state the tax number.

When I google for IT-BOX UG, there is no entry with the company.

The website is anonymous, they accept only Bitcoins. Pretty sure this is a scam, considering all the info available!
3810  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ BitBox - Run your own BITCOIN GAMBLING SITE ★★★ on: March 08, 2017, 12:50:38 AM
If anonymous people rent a casino software, there is always the risk of a scam. Can you also buy their software?

From the auction thread, it definitely seems like they've scammed a few people. But, i'm not sure they're anonymous. The company name they listed on their website is a German one. It appears to be a valid company, registered to (what appears) a residential address in Munich. In one of their posts they did say they have an "office" in Munich, so that part checks out.

However, before any cyber-warrior goes on a witch hunt -- be very careful as it's very possible or even likely they just hijacked someone else company name who has no affiliation with these actual scammers.
Do you have a link to their auction thread?

Their website link https://bitbox.site/ do not state any company and I would be very surprised if a registered company is behind BitBox.

Oh come on, half the sites you do promote don't have licences but it doesn't seem to put you off referring players to them.
Some have no licenses. But all sites I offer do not false and misleading claim to have one like bitsport.bet, do they?

False representation = criminal offense of fraud!

I don't know why you are having such a dig at these guys before they are even fully released, it looks like they are having a few teething problems and need to improve on their clarity a bit but they haven't done anything so bad it makes them worthy of being labelled a scam.
Read my posts in this thread. Which part are you not able to understand?

That false representation is a criminal offense?

That they blatant lie to the community?

Google bitsport.bet

Second entry is this thread here

Third entry: http://bitsport.bet.hypestat.com/

bitsport.bet receives about n/a unique visitors and n/a page views per day which should earn about n/a/day from advertising revenue. Estimated site value is n/a. According to Alexa Traffic Rank bitsport.bet is ranked number 0 in the world and 0% of global Internet users visit it. Site is hosted in San Francisco, CA, 94107, United States and links to network IP address 104.24.116.64.

Most of their customers would clearly come from this thread, but no one confirmed the 100 bonus!

I know all these Betconstruct White Label scammers inside out. I had accounts at almost every book that uses Betconstruct SW. There are few books that are legit. Most of them are scammers.

Actually, betconstruct’s platform is quite good. Yes, there are a lot of similar-looking clones, but each of them targets their own market. Moreover, there is an option to work on revshare plan only (no minimum monthly fee) with them. This makes point when you are entering small and highly competitive BTC market. With similar financial resources, chances to survive with betconstruct’s platform are much higher than for example with softswiss sportsbook platform (you have to pay for platform itself, which BTW is by far less advanced then betconstruct’s one, and you have to pay for extremely expensive betradar odds feed)

My prediction is that softswiss-powered bookies (betopen.co; powerbet.io; etc) will stay in business for one year at maximum. Betconstruct-powered websites can be successful in the long term, but the right management and clever marketing is a must for them.

As I mentioned previously, online gambling business is very difficult, and I wish all start-ups (including bitsport.bet) to be patient and professional enough to become successful in this niche.

Why do you wish the bitsport.bet scam success?

I don't think immediately labeling them as a scam is very professional tbh. I haven't seen any payout complaints against them so far (admittedly no successful payouts either) and they do appear to be trying to acquire a licence.

As far as i'm aware this is the first bitcoin casino/bookie based on the bet construct platform. Personally, i think having somewhere which is a bit different to the countless softswiss skins while still providing slots from the major providers, is something we should be welcoming. At least until their is sufficient reason to believe they are not playing fair.
False and misleading claim to have a non-existing license is the criminal offense of fraud = scam!

But you are right, they are unprofessional! They treat the community like dumb idiots!
3816  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: March 07, 2017, 11:20:50 PM
CLOUDBET FIXED MY ISSUE AND GRADED IT AS A WIN WOW!!

Now fix mine and pay me back the money you scammed from me!!

oh another problem occur on newbie account does it make sense? Well if you got truly a bad error in their site well much better if you message them up frequently and try to post your evidence so that people can see aswell as the cloudbet management will figure it out and provably solve those errors who still occur on them. And i think also cloudbet really needs some people to with hold/man the support so they can perfectly attain and solve the issue immediately.
Can they solve the licensing issue as well immediately?
3817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC poker against players. Where??? on: March 07, 2017, 11:15:13 PM
I am not really interested in these fiat sites that accept bitcoin just as a way of payment. Ignition, americas cardroom and betonline are very good sites but I am looking for an anonimous crypto only site like 3 mentioned. I was not aware fortune jacks closed down poker, thats a pity. All I am saying is, bitcoin gambling is very popular, numerous casinos could employ players vs. player poker and make nice profit. We need more the betcoin, nitro and swc. May the real poker please, stand up.
All the 3 mentioned bitcoin only poker rooms have a low traffic.

If the casinos could make a good profit with Bitcoin only poker rooms, they would have already introduced it. FortuneJack confirms the opposite!

If you want more betcoin.ag scams, then good luck with this!

are they online since 2014?

Bitsport opened in 2017. They seem easy to work with which is a definite plus. After more history and background, a rating will go up.
Lie about a non-existing license is "easy to work with"? Yeah, lies are always a good start and good for your thread!

This looks bad. I would stop playing there. Minimum of 0.1btc to withdraw. Nope and nope !
This game protect guy what is he on about ? Insurance ? So if I lose $100 because of a scam and I pay $5 a month for insurance then this means that you will pay me out $100 ?? Like insurance for a car ? Is it legit ? Have you paid people out before ? I think k ot is something worthwhile for bigger gamblers to take out.

From what I understood, he'll help you with legal stuff to recover your funds that have been embezzled. (lawyers etc..)
I'm not sure what this service is worth, I haven't heard of him leading anyone to recover lost funds yet so ...

How is it possible when it comes to online gambling
Each online gambling site operates out of a country and each country has laws, a police and courts. Why should it be not possible?

and what if my jurisdiction says that gambling is illegal
This depend on the case:

- If the gambling site let you play even though it is illegal in your jurisdiction, then they can not later say we will not give you your money, because it is illegal in your jurisdiction.

- Legal action, if required, is in the jurisdiction of the gambling site and not in the jurisdiction you played illegal from.

and how can i move to claim my funds
If you have an issue with your qualified account, you report it using support ticket on Game Protect website and I will get in touch with you.

and how will he be able to manage the different jurisdiction.
I will contact lawyers and authorities in the relevant jurisdictions. In larger cases, it makes also sense to personally go to the relevant jurisdiction(s).

If it is a land based service it could have been successful but it is hard to recover the funds when you are dealing online.
Game Protect is a land based service. All gambling sites I am aware of are also land based (gaming server, offices, employees). Lawyers, polices and courts work also land based.

Most of the time, you can just tell.

Always check the forums for scam reports.

Google "[website] scam" and see what pops up.
