How can anyone be bullish by looking at this chart?
Because they're looking at a mtgox chart instead which has a higher 2nd low and thinking "oh this is just like April when it crashed to 50 and then to 78. Now were due for a rally to 900."

China is only one piece of a puzzle of bitcoin's growth. Then you have bitstamp which has grown from nothing to a high volume exchange with a 16M bid, then you have btce that has grown to a 12M bid, then you have bitfinex, then you have mtgox having grown to 40M bid. Not to mention there is Second Market and all that sort of thing. I doubt you will get $100 coins or even $400 coins.

Too late it's probably going to 900 before it goes to 600s again. I myself missed out on getting in on (and holding) the lowest prices due to all the china FUD today but now I realize it is only third payment processors that are banned and not banks.  Undecided

There will be a rally but not to or near an ATH. Look at the asks sums on all exchanges - they keep growing - the bubble is over. Though non-bubble rallies can be almost as rewarding if you play them right.

So do bitcoiners just use the same protocol after each bubble? A couple weeks after the crash, spread some FUD about the liquidity of an exchange to crash prices almost back to the floor and get back the coins they missed or sold early.
