I watched the video for some 20 minutes when my browser froze. Had to restart the video but got angry that I couldn't fast-forward or something so I ended up just googling what the hell he is talking about. Apparently it's collectible gold coins.
The reason you can't fast-forward is that this is a carefully crafted sales-pitch, which depends entirely on the viewer seeing the information exactly as presented. Deception always relies on controlling the when and how your mark receives the information you want them to receive. If people could fast forward 20 minutes and realize its bullshit, no one would watch long enough to get suckered into this scam. It's the same reason all the scam vids on youtube have comments disabled. Controlling the information the viewer receives. It's just like what Hitler did when he took over all the schools in Germany. |
