More Breaking News: John Kasich Is Suspending His Campaign.

It's over, folks, except for the formalities. Donald Trump is the Republican candidate for the 2016 general election.

Hi again, pardner! Smiley

There's a certain practicality to Kasich for VP.

He appears competent, can work with Congress, and can deliver Ohio's electoral votes.

I'm  not a believer in issue, race or sex oriented picks for VP.  We need actual new work done, and bad work undone.

Besides VP, there is an entire cabinet that Trump could pick.  There are many very competent people to pick from.

Kashish would be great for people with insomnia.
3822  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Rent software keys? on: May 05, 2016, 11:02:32 AM
I would say not renting software key but software key with some expiration date, for instance for 2 weeks.
It can be done in 2 ways:

1. There is a web application generating and selling this software keys for BTC.

2. A programmed smart contract which can get or generate software keys. But in this case you will get ETH instead of BTC.

The Bitcoin blockchain can be used to track ownership easily. nLockTime could also be used.

Maybe software on each user's computer that checks the blockchain for ownership.

^^^^ Lol... a Trump victory against Hitlery would be earth-shattering. Mainstream media would be forced to eat crow and apologize to the American public.

BTW... I am still confused about whom Trump will pick as his VP nominee. The GOP establishment is trying hard to get someone close to them as the VP pick. But I believe it will be best for Trump to pick someone who is not with the establishment. For example, someone like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Really? Arnold is a friggen nazi. He has been photographed many times in public wearing nazi regalia, and his father was officially a member of the nazi party.

I think Trump should pick former congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. She is a brilliant woman that couldn't possibly be more anti-establishment. She is also a black woman. Watch all the social justice warriors heads explode as they can't justify calling Trump racist or sexist any more after putting a black woman on his ticket. The best part of this choice as a VP, is she is supremely qualified, probably even more than Trump, so if they put one in his head the establishment will be even more fucked than they were to begin with.

U must be from GA.  Smiley
She was BRILLIANT, especially during the Iraq "War."
I figured he'd pick Chris Christie -- if only to get him out of his @$$....

SNL skit was great:  Chris Christie as Endorser / Hostage!   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzIsHMWCvy0

Nope, Illinois, but I don't need to be from Georgia to know she is brilliant and would make a fine compliment to Trump's ticket.

Agree on Mckinney.  The woman is fearless, and right on on so many issues.  I think that Trump already has a lock on the 'conspiracy theorist' vote (e.g., me), however, and doesn't probably need the help here.  In a straight-up numbers game, he'd probably lose as many mindless racists as he picks up in the black vote.

Agree also with TS on Schwarzenegger.  The guy was plunked in for one mission: make CA's claim against Enron, for fucking us raw on natural gas, vanish.  This he did within weeks (though it didn't ultimately save Enron) and he was then free to do as he pleased.  He wasn't actually all that bad of a governator.  I never trusted the guy due to various aspects of his history.  There was a push on the nasty right (e.g., the Lindsay Graham types) to get rid of the rule against foreign born being prez and I think they even referred to it as the Arnie effort.  This made me trust the guy even less of course.

Cynthia McKinney? The woman who after 9/11 the Saudis offered a donation to New York and they declined McKinney jumped up and said "I'll take it!".

She's a big fan of Moammar Gadhafi, she used to camp out on the house floor for six hours when the president spoke just so she'd be seen on national TV. And just about everything she doesn't like she equates to racism.

I'm glad she's no longer in congress. She just needs to go away.

The Saudi connection to 9/11 was only part of mainstream knowledge relatively recently, and certainly not known to any but the most very well informed at that point in history. Saudi Arabia has been seen as a key ally up until very recently, so you can hardly call that action some kind of fringe activity.

Gadhafi was no angel, but he certainly was serving his people and was trying to build independence and infrastructure not only for his people but also Africa as a whole. He also did well keeping out violent extremist Muslims. He was removed from power because he threatened to stabilize Africa making it more difficult to steal its resources by globalist plunderers. Also he had a shitload of gold as well as control of one of the largest aquifers in Africa. He is not completely the demon that the media represented him as, he was simply the enemy of the corporate profiteers that wanted to continue to rape his country and the region as a whole.

As far as your comment about racism, I have been following her work for a while and I do not agree with this assessment. I think much of your information is coming from extremely bias mainstream media that have interest in demonizing her and marginalizing her work.

Not from mainstream media at all. I lived in Georgia when she was in congress and heard all the time about her batshit craziness.
Heard from where? Other people who got their information from mainstream media?

One guy I listened to on and off was Niel Boortz. He lived in her district so he followed most of what she was up to. Not a fan of Boortz but he talked about her all the time.
3824  Bitcoin / Project Development / Rent software keys? on: May 05, 2016, 08:41:57 AM
Would there be a way to rent software keys for bitcoins?

It would likely require different software for each key company but it would be great if possible.

If you only need some software for 2 weeks but a year license is $5000, then a couple hundred bucks for the 2 weeks would be good.

Could you list your OpenBazaar link in the OP? I see it for sale on OB but there are no reviews yet so it could be anyone.

Elvar,

We have no reviews at OpenBazaar yet, because we want to ship to Indiegogo Crowdfunders in a first row.
All OpenBazaar purchases have to wait until we fulfil the initial orders.

Cool, thanks.

I would rather pay with bitcoins and try out OpenBazaar.

How do they profit themselves? Is it sustainable for them?

Their 21Inc computers mine bitcoins, 40% goes to the user, 60% goes to 21inc.

"Why would anyone run this?" You ask. Their response is the vast software network that the computers connect to.

I would not doubt it if they take a percentage of every microtransaction.

The microtransactions work by going to the 21inc server and then they get combined into one transaction. There they can easily pull bitcoins from that transaction.

They initially promised that they had a chip that could mine 10 times faster than what was on the market. This helped to get them the investments. They did not quite deliver on that promise.

Interesting theory that Wright's friend David Kleiman (who died 3 days after telling Gavin he was moving on to other things) was Satoshi.

Or lose to him in November.

Getting worried about the sharp gender divide.

Check this:

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2016/trump_41_clinton_39

Quote
Trump leads 48% to 35% among men but trails Clinton by a similar 44% to 34% among women.

During the 2012 elections, the gender divide was not this much wide.

Also check the other findings:

Quote
Trump now has the support of 73% of Republicans, while 77% of Democrats back Clinton. But Trump picks up 15% of Democrats, while just eight percent (8%) of GOP voters prefer Clinton, given this matchup.

Quote
Clinton earns 71% of the black vote, 45% support among other minority voters but just 33% of whites. Trump gets only nine percent (9%) of blacks, 33% of other minorities and 48% of white voters.

The polling booths aren't located in the kitchen. Nothing to worry about.

beanie babes gonna be traded on CME ... read 'em and weep haters ... moonbeams all around.

Can anyone explain why that is such a big news?
I don't get it. Help appreciated!
Incoming paper Bitcoins
COMEX for example is part of CME

They've kinda gone out of their way to make Bitcoin as legal friendly as possible in London.  Now they've got some more London aristocrats running this.  This tells me if there's any type of manipulation, it's going to be way up as a form of wealth extraction by front running it and then getting all the pensions and everyone else to come in after.  There will be manipulation...by adding a few zeros to the end of the Bitcoin price.

Damn manipulators!
